    @FreedomMobile so I go into the store to ask for the Samsung S9. The store they do not have it call 611 and they will help you so I called one and it said we can help you go to the store this is terrible customer service

    I am very disgusted with @Apple in Canada service. I tried to do a factory reset on my phone since then my phone is carrier locked. They told me to contact my service provider and I did the same but @FreedomMobile also didn’t unlock my phone as the imei number was changed. 1/2

    @freedomsupport Thank you, the issue is the prepaid account says the top up is due today as I opened the new prepaid this and of course I wanted to pay it off right away but didn’t work and I want to make sure I wasn’t billed any extra due to the top up system error. Will I be charged extra?
