    @freedomsupport I've spoken to C.S. and they have indicated an issue in my area, and are working diligently to rectify the issue. I was just hoping for an update.

    @FreedomMobile so I go into the store to ask for the Samsung S9. The store they do not have it call 611 and they will help you so I called one and it said we can help you go to the store this is terrible customer service

    @freedomsupport horrible customer service. Was on the phone with Ann. She hung up on me. Called back another representative I could not understand her because her accent was very strong

    @FreedomMobile Take me back to before internet. 3 weeks after you force me to convert to Videotron there is now an outage. This isnโ€™t acceptable. I work from home and now canโ€™t work. Do better.

    @FreedomMobile Wow , my wife cannot even receive phone calls and all Freedom will do is a $10 month discount . Works perfect in Edmonton , but #Camrose it sucks . More Customers , lack of infrastructure = terrible service #FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile Mind you, my phone bill is paid. Everythingโ€™s paid. So humour me on why I havenโ€™t had any service since yesterday & it keeps saying no sim or invalid sim. Mind you I have a sim from yall & an e sim too. So kindly humour me on why my reception is on sos on day 2?

    @FreedomMobile your refusing to help me get a new phone bc my old phone no longer works, now I have to leave my long term account (over 8 years) with you and go to one of your competitors because your representative refused to help me. Loyalty counts for nothing.
