    @FreedomMobile so I go into the store to ask for the Samsung S9. The store they do not have it call 611 and they will help you so I called one and it said we can help you go to the store this is terrible customer service

    @freedomsupport horrible customer service. Was on the phone with Ann. She hung up on me. Called back another representative I could not understand her because her accent was very strong

    You guys have the worst service @FreedomMobile, I tried to switch from Rogers to your carrier, no. was not even ported to Freedom, I went to the store, they also cancelled the service after 6 days and you guys already deducted my $88.48 from my auto payment. Are you refunding?

    @FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.

    Usually you guys are the worst service providers in Canada. But in the 6 years Iโ€™ve used yโ€™all Iโ€™ve never had this much issues. Why is my reception off since yesterday freedom? @FreedomMobile Itโ€™s 6:37 a.m on a Saturday & Iโ€™m up because of you guys. Whatโ€™s up?

    @FreedomMobile Iโ€™ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times Iโ€™ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. Iโ€™m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

    @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.
