@freedomsupport @radgod31 Hi Freedom, I received the $50 upgrade package as well 4 someone who has been with Wind/Freedom as a loyal customer I would hope we also get a great rate I can easily go elsewhere but I stay with Freedom out of loyalty & because U R different from the big 3 telcos Thnx

@followthetwitt @freedomsupport It’s unlimited data access. You get 20GBs of that in high speed LTE. It’s all in the same big letters- not sure what the comprehensive issue is other than you would just like it to be something it says it’s not.

@freedomsupport My network never works properly. I always have issues sending and receiving text messages. I’m getting really sick and tired of it.

@freedomsupport why do you guys say you have unlimited data but dont put down that if you go through your monthly data say its 20gb that you guys slow down the internet to worst then dialup. So its really not unlimited is it and that aint right

@freedomsupport Loving the customer support and the way you all stand by your product. Bought $50 charger as I was told it was guaranteed for life. It stops working, I have no other charger and you won't replace it. The store where I bought it is closed...now what?

@FreedomMobile u guys are advertising it as unlimited data but really its not cause once you go over your monthly gb say its 20 then you guys slow the speed down to almost what dial.up was and you cant do anything with that. So really data is not unlimited

@freedomsupport I am a customer with you guys and what i want ppl to know is that yes u can technically still have access to the internet if you go over but you guys slow the speed down so much that its hardly usable 256k is not good at all
