.@FreedomMobile I've been with your company for 5+ years and I want a new phone. Your staff refuse to help me over a dollar difference. Is that really how you do business?

  • PRAKASH57990570 PRAKASH (@PRAKASH57990570) reported

@freedomsupport I am an existing customer

  • reneedipasquale renée di päsqualę (@reneedipasquale) reported

@FreedomMobile I called to cancel the line on Oct 29th and still getting invoiced for service. Was told that it wasn't actually canceled on your end, and I still need to pay for a line that doesn't exist. Are you a joke?

  • katlikethief kat (@katlikethief) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@freedomsupport Okay, but so help me god if it’s the same “we’re working on fulfilling pre-orders” response I’ve been getting for weeks...

  • imarkstr MikeL (@imarkstr) reported

@Bell Top of my wish would be for @Bell to stop screwing up with customers. You ported my number a week after I called to cancel the port, and now I owe @FreedomMobile almost $1000! To make things worse, I'm paying more each month!

  • mkeshnnn mike shannon Ⴟ (@mkeshnnn) reported

@FreedomMobile You’re advertising this, but it doesn’t seem like there are iPhone 12 Pros actually available... At least after chatting with a few retail locations. Is it a supply chain issue due to Covid? Also, what’s the latest update on the 5G network next year?

  • inevergoeasy The Shovel 🏴‍☠️🇨🇦 (@inevergoeasy) reported

@FreedomMobile I've been a customer for a few years.. I've recently been considering moving to a different carrier...

  • LeBlancJpl John LeBlanc (@LeBlancJpl) reported

@garden_nome1 @FreedomMobile I found the screens but the disable/uninstall options aren't available for the Emergency Alert app and the alert permissions checkboxes are greyed out. I'll root it and uninstall the app.

  • Kk_Ffs Blank (@Kk_Ffs) reported

@freedomsupport Ok. Thats fine. I will not clear my history. You app is also not working.

  • ONeizy O'Neill Adam (@ONeizy) reported

@FreedomMobile what’s the deal with not allowing existing customers to switch to better plans that are only for new activations? Where’s the customer retention in that logic?
