@FreedomMobile For a new provider, after extensive attempts to reach out, both myself and all my family members will be terminating our services with @FreedomMobile #customerservice is absolutely horrible, I strongly recommend people to stay for fsr away

@FreedomMobile @Rogers please help my freedom internet is down from last 10 days and still the issue has not been resolved.Called freedom services many times they said they escalated the issue to rogers but the issue still persist.Please help

@FreedomMobile says that if you use your phone outside Canada for over a month then your services will be suspended even if you pay your monthly bill or are travelling. Looks like now it’s the time to change my mobile service. #strange

@FreedomMobile Girlfriend and brother got 80 extra gbs just for being a long time customer. I’ve been a customer since you guys were called Wind mobile. How come I didn’t get anything? Account has always been in good standing too.
