@FreedomMobile Worst customer service experience with Freedom’s agents. Been given misinformation about my plan by TWO agents! It’s disgusting how they treat their loyal customers and how poorly they train their workers! UNACCEPTABLE!

@FreedomMobile Great job Freedom for doing NOTHING to repair the problem with my husband's phone on his Birthday no less! I guess you don't care at all about customer retention nor do you care about customer service. The worst telecom provider in existence. #freedommobilesucks

@FreedomMobile Freedom is the worst company to have a phone with the network is abesolute garbage, went to Richmond Hill and have no data reception plus barely in Toronto its such a unreliable service

Hi @FreedomMobile I accidentally changed a plan on the wrong phone number, I dialed 611 but the numeric menu seems broken as it doesn’t continue when I press any numbers. Plz help
