@FreedomMobile I want to break free from their terrible service. Its like a @freedomjail. After the data cap, their support said its 9600 modem speed. Im thinking 1995!!! I don't even think its 9600 as vital toronto covid page would not load. As well as twitter wouldn't load.

@freedomsupport Hi, since yesterday i started having problems with phone calls. i can receive or dial, it's like no dial tone. but text and data working fine. Is just me or freedom issue?

@FreedomMobile service is garbage. Support is doesn't exist they do nothing don't even answer questions just accuse you of changing settings. That's how it is then I'm leaving and not paying anything more once I've switched

@FreedomMobile such a **** company can't even get an apps to load on this data. Why am I pay for a service with 10 gigs of data when it won't even load an app and can't use data. Leaving freedom and not paying another cent can't provide basic service

@FreedomMobile #freedommobile I have called freedom mobile yesterday after noticing that my bill jumped from $45.20/month to $73/month I asked them for money back since I have never consented to have this service and the guy told me that this isn’t an option to get my money back

I decided to stay with my current service provider @FreedomMobile At this point it doesn't make sense to switch as I just want to ride out my contract & it's too expensive for me to pay my tab on a very expensive phone. Besides, I don't plan on being here forever. I want freedom
