    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

    Hey @FreedomMobile why can I dial my wife on your network and only get through every 3 time . Your service is brutally bad in the Rural area’s outside of Edmonton .. Tower issues ???

    DO NOT SIGN UP WITH @FreedomMobile , they make you pay for something and then don’t offer the service. It’s a scam!!!!

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    . @FreedomMobile - your TV app update has failed. I would at the least expect the company to email users to say - 'its broken'. So essentially I am paying for a service that I can't use until you fix it.

    @FreedomMobile is the ABSOLUTE worst service provider ever! 14 years as a customer and I’m being treated so horribly, cancel your services with them abhorrent customer service
