    @FreedomMobile Live agent says he needs my login PIN to access my account inorder to suspend a phone line eventhough, I’m already logged in before chat. How can I trust a random person from Freedom to know my PIN?

    @FreedomMobile Today, the network quality dropped substantially in NorthYork,ON (Don mills and Finch area). Please get it fixed ASAP

    @freedomsupport @ThePlatypusCA That's funny cus I'm paying over 100 for 15 gb with @freedomsupport they charged me 10 dollars to change my number because they failed to see how many yrs their service has been brutal because they only look back 3 months history and not to mention bad customer service
