    @freedomsupport I called 46 minutes ago about my phone not working my location you can see and I give them alternative number call me back that's the way they can resolve the problem on my phone but they never called me back

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been a loyal customer for 2.5 years, and lately the monthly plan has become tough to manage. Others R offering better prices with similar data & intl minutes. I’d genuinely prefer to stay, but I need help to make my plan more affordable. can do to help me stay with freedom?

    Hey, @FreedomMobile, quick question. Have any of your employees ever used your customer service systems? Because my experiences today have been astoundingly bad - among the worst customer service experiences of my life. I'm trying to give you money, and it's just brick walls.
