François Caron 🇨🇦 (@Milnoc) reportedUgh! Tried to set up an account with @FreedomMobile, but their system is horribly broken! I've wasted too much time on this. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap plan for my upcoming backup phone? The original data requirement was 40 GB for the year at $15/month after taxes.

Maria Miccoli (@sistermedia) reported@PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile Getting a hard PDP authentication data block. Reps ignored the network error to push to upsell a phone (scam). Filed complaint with @CCTS_CPRST Just want my data re-provisioned, been w/Freedom 10 years. Stop scamming!

Farhan Z (@Far4Truth) reported@CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
