    @Sportsnet650 @ScottRintoul @FreedomMobile I have to say I love the theory behind @FreedomMobile but it’s not feasible for me in my neck of the woods right now sadly. I’d love nothing more than to rid myself from bell but there’s no freedom store here and from what I’ve been told service isn’t the best in rural areas 🥺

    @FreedomMobile You guys are con artists. That is 20 GB of throttled slow internet. Give us real speeds.

  • ToanQuyTran Chức Năng (@ToanQuyTran) reported

    @freedomsupport Hello, I've just had a very frustrating experience with a CX Care agent in one of your call centres, perhaps located in The Philippine, going around in circles about my specific billing inquiry. Can I get some Canadian on-site help please?

  • __Triish__ Sunaii (@__Triish__) reported

    @FreedomMobile has been over charging my monthly bill and the agents are of 0 help to rectify the issues. The plan fee doesn't match what the bill is (ridiculously high with horrible service).

    @FreedomMobile Hey freedom mobile I need you to have a manager to contact me please. Or somebody in customer service that deals with customer relations

  • HeartofDanielle Daniella Carmen 💡🌎 (@HeartofDanielle) reported

    @FreedomMobile Do not even bother with this internet provider. Worst customer service on this planet. All offshore customer reps. Billing issues created by them end up with threats from collection agencies. For $35. Choose another company. Run the other way!

  • DarianRoy1 Darian Roy (@DarianRoy1) reported

    @FreedomMobile Wait…I’m paying 45 for 7gb…wtf.

  • MattToronto 爪att (@MattToronto) reported

    @freedomsupport 2FA is great, but the site should remember me and I shouldn't have to 1) perform 2FA when the site recognizes me, and 2) require me to enter my phone number or email address every. single. time. That's absurd and bad practice. Especially with the app, but even in a browser!

  • hallacoast halla 🤎 (@hallacoast) reported

    @FreedomMobile what’s the point of a texting service if an agent is taking 30 min to respond? #FreedomMobile

  • fleffras steph (@fleffras) reported

    I pay $100 a month for my service and I go to a cottage an hour and a half away from my house and I can't even use data. Then I get told more nationwide data is $45 for 3 gb. Literally half of my bill. I can't wait to switch service providers @freedomsupport
