    @Sportsnet650 @ScottRintoul @FreedomMobile I have to say I love the theory behind @FreedomMobile but it’s not feasible for me in my neck of the woods right now sadly. I’d love nothing more than to rid myself from bell but there’s no freedom store here and from what I’ve been told service isn’t the best in rural areas 🥺

    @FreedomMobile i have the worst experience with freedom internet service.Using the freedom internet service for long time and recently requested to move the the internet/wifi service to the new address and i requested that on 30th July 2025 and its not started yet.Please help

    @FreedomMobile why do you advertise certified pre owned phones on your website as a good option. But then they are NEVER in stock. It’s an excellent choice for my mom because she doesn’t need newest and wants to keep. But we can never buy. When will it be an option?!

    @FreedomMobile @Rogers please help my freedom internet is down from last 10 days and still the issue has not been resolved.Called freedom services many times they said they escalated the issue to rogers but the issue still persist.Please help

    Esim options are terrible for Canadians. Like even the new @FreedomMobile ones... $30 for 5GB, stinky.

    @FreedomMobile oh and yes...their customer service was absolutely useless as ****!!! I did a lot of digging myself to get the info I needed and they had no choice to admit they had it all along once I had the proof! I wasn't gonna let them get away with that garbage!!!

    PSA: Don’t trust the @FreedomMobile store at Jackson Square. I cancelled my prepaid plan on July 15 after switching to @koodo, but they still charged my card for August. Now I have to wait 5 business days just to see if I can get a refund. Your customer service number is a joke

    @FreedomMobile the worst internet in Canada, everyday my wifi is glitching and customer service is completely useless, not worthy at all!

    I tried for the last time @FreedomMobile has no loyalty. A customer since 2012. Was actually told to sell my phone. No customer service. #freedomobile #nocustomerservice #loyality
