    @Sportsnet650 @ScottRintoul @FreedomMobile I have to say I love the theory behind @FreedomMobile but it’s not feasible for me in my neck of the woods right now sadly. I’d love nothing more than to rid myself from bell but there’s no freedom store here and from what I’ve been told service isn’t the best in rural areas 🥺

    @freedomsupport You rocking anything faster than 3G? Last time I tried your service (late 2017) it was like time travelling to 2008.

  • HuxBear HuxBear 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈🐻 (@HuxBear) reported

    @freedomsupport Nevermind -- just fix your damn system please? Telling me to *leave my house* (hint: that's part of the problem) to find a dedicated Freedom kiosk\retailer to buy a top-up card at *that* store is just saying "Find a different store if you don't like that store." 🤦

  • Abhishek24792 Abhishek Pandey (@Abhishek24792) reported

    @FreedomMobile Go with the phone, go with the colour...butdont go with @FreedomMobile one of the worst network in brampton

  • StablesValerie Valerie Stables 🇨🇦🏈 Proud Western Canadian (@StablesValerie) reported

    @AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Service sucks, will your coverage within Calgary improve?

  • HuxBear HuxBear 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈🐻 (@HuxBear) reported

    It's ridiculous that I've been trying to top-up my cellphone account so I can, oh...I don't know...USE MY CELLPHONE for 2 days & your system STILL can't process credit cards. Being told "Oh, just go to the store & buy a top-up code. Bye!" is NOT a solution. @freedomsupport

  • ForbiddenSun215 Brandon (@ForbiddenSun215) reported

    @FreedomMobile 's Customer service has been terrible. They just keep making everything hard on me and doing nothing to make any of the inconveniences they place on me right. Might be time to find a new carrier.

  • MalaMoragain Mala Moragain Mistress Of Chaos (@MalaMoragain) reported

    @AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I left Rogers after an employee got jiggy with my plan by adding device protection and funnelled 18 phones through the portal without my knowledge. I have been happy with @FreedomMobile so hopefully that will never happen again.

  • Foamhead2 General Foamhead (@Foamhead2) reported

    @FreedomMobile I'm returning my new phone tomorrow, unopened. Charging a "connection fee" when I am already a customer is outrageous. You aren't connected squat when I'm already on the network. The $2000+ and $90+ per month isn't enough? Time to find a new network.

    @AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I'm a Freedom customer 😎

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

    @RogersHelps No point in lying about how I feel about the company — (I know you are just the social media person, certainly not your fault personally) It’s why I switched my cellphone from Rogers to @FreedomMobile Better or same service, way less money. Competition helps us all
