I’d love nothing more than to rid myself from bell but there’s no freedom store here and from what I’ve been told service isn’t the best in rural areas 🥺

The call center says one thing, & the store says another both trying to do everything not to honor what your agents promised. Even says on file but changed it on the fly so as not to give it.
