    @FreedomMobile Ordered a SIM online and the next day Canada post went on strike. They were unhelpful so I tried to buy another SIM and have it shipped via purolator or FedEx. They refuse to offer another shipping method despite the nationwide Canada post strike. Customer service says I can buy one in store. I would have done that already if it wasn't a 5 hour drive. Pathetic.

    @FreedomMobile Excited to cancel my plan with freedom! Can't wait to activate with one of the tons of providers who have the exact same plan and coverage but for half the price!

    @FreedomMobile Your outbound sales team offered me a discounted plan, but the discount wasn’t applied. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps—no resolution. Can someone actually help fix this?
