@FreedomMobile love that my service inexplicably couldn't be renewed this morning so I had to borrow a friend's phone to get to the hospital for a pregnancy emergency and now the website won't let me top-up either. 👍

If I'm already logged in through 2FA, why can't I update my own address information? If the expectation is that I'm going to call Customer Care or visit a store, I'm just... not going to bother doing that. @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport I have already logged in through 2FA with a code sent to my device. The problem is not being able to update my billing address details myself like an adult after having moved well over a year ago.

@freedomsupport That is the problem, they do not want to re-mail the check, they want me to wait forever for a check that never got here, I keep asking to just assume it was lost and re issue one
