    @FreedomMobile been on hold all day to fix our home internet - over 3 hours now. But when called and said add more services you picked up jn 1.47 minutes!

    @FreedomMobile I got home internet from you guys mid February and it was decent, but since my payment from March went through it's been horrible. Its like 90s dial up speeds with things not working. What do I do?

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?
