@freedomsupport sent you a DM regarding an issue I've had since February 26th where I cannot send or receive mms messages (picture or group text). I applied the fix suggested by the support person without success, and messaged back to say that. Now, no response from you.

@freedomsupport I’m so annoyed with you guys. After more than 8 years with terrible service, the only thing loyalty can offer me is 10 dollars off my plan. Great.... you guys are so cheap.

@freedomsupport Can you explain more what that means? I want to drop down to the $55 plan instead of $80 plan I don't need 15GB of data in lockdown. I don't want to pay $878 for that change

@freedomsupport I'm tired of dealing with customer service been trying to get an issue resolved since around November or December and I keep getting the runaround and the fact that I cannot speak to someone higher then customer service is absolutely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE

@freedomsupport Okay, so in other words, you *can't* help with the problem I described. It's not available online. It's out of stock. Christ, I'd forgotten I had to deal with getting a tab phone on my brother's line, just after my own experience. *******. I hoped I'd be spared a little while.

@FreedomMobile Too bad you can’t tell me the cost of my monthly plan when I call your customer service to ask.

@nathanyyc @freedomsupport Are you using the app? I have had issues with it in the past. I can logon via web browser firefox. Try mobile view first, but if you still have issue try "desktop" view, sometimes the multi factor authentication pop ups don't display correctly.

@freedomsupport If there's something practicable to be done on that, telling you the phone should at least be enough for you to know if you can in fact help with it. I'm not going to waste even more time on DM's to resolve this. Why offer this to your customers when it's basically a farce?
