  • LorcanDuval carsoflondonontario (@LorcanDuval) reported

@FreedomMobile When will LTE plus be available for all of Ontario? I'm in London Ontario, and I only get LTE+ in two areas, but it's as slow as 3G

@FreedomMobile trying to upgrade my phone online but every time I try, at the last step when the order is submitted it keeps giving me an error. Tried doing it through support too but the agent had the same problem

@freedomsupport @CharlesMicah I think you're being told it's not a device issue. It's something at your end. Can't your socials team tell your tech team? @BAICanada

  • CanadianRacc00n CanadianRaccøøn (@CanadianRacc00n) reported

@FreedomMobile I am having issues with the app but I want to be able to get a new phone plan that gives me more data per month. Mainly because I fly through my data in less than 2 weeks.

@freedomsupport Hi! I don’t have cell service at all today. Can you help?

  • garysimmons 🇨🇦 Gary Simmons (@garysimmons) reported

@freedomsupport I'm moving to Montreal in May... Is there any chance we'll see an integration of the Videotron Quebec network that quickly so that I don't have to leave Freedom?

  • soryitaontoast Soryita | TOAST (@soryitaontoast) reported

@FreedomMobile is a joke. I moved to an area that doesn't have Freedom Network, I'm limited to Nationwide data, which is only 1GB on the plan I pay $65 for. I have to pay $30 for another 2GB of data. So I'm paying $95 for 3GB of data.

  • indi_jenn_ous Jenn Jenn (@indi_jenn_ous) reported

@APTNInvestigate might want to ask @FreedomMobile why they don't honor tax exemption for on reserve Indigenous people. Why they are rude and dismissive once they know it's an Indigenous customer. Including agents hanging up and saying to call back to get a different agent.

  • _BrianMahoney Brian Mahoney @Brian_Mahoney@mas.to (@_BrianMahoney) reported

@FidoSolutions What's to go over? I paid you $49.46 for four and a half years, no problem. Now it's $51.46 because Rogers bought Shaw. Hell, I'm not paying for that. @Videotron offers a much better plan for $50.00. 20 Gigs! @freedomsupport is up next.
