    @FreedomMobile I don't get any network in my office building in downtown Toronto and when I call you technical support team, the people either shout or cut the call. If this is the service one receives I am done with your service. Scammer company

    @FreedomMobile i dislike your phone company and your customer service very much. it’s really terrible how you steal money from customers and then when they call/live chat support numerous times, i don’t get respected or helped and the manager even spells my name wrong

    @FreedomMobile is there no way to actually contact support right now? Can't get a reply through any text platform and on hold for 40 minutes on the phone
