@freedomsupport Or ask Customer Service how many calls they have received concerning processes errors. Have IT look into it. Stop insulting customers by saying the bank has declined their card.

@FreedomMobile the worst network and the customer service for any network. They are thieves so please stay clear. I bought 2 lines and it was completely unusable. I had no reception half of the city and moved out promptly. Now they are not refunding my money saying tough luck.
