@freedomsupport After being hung up on 3 times I'm not exactly motivated to call. I was hoping Freedom would appreciate me as a client and reach out but I guess that's not the case. Great customer service 👍

@freedomsupport I got hung up on so I'll try Twitter. I want to remove the Phone Protection Plan 9 from my account. I've had the phone 3 months now, I think I'm good. There used to be codes you could use to cancel various add-ons; text that code & it gets cancelled.

@FreedomMobile,I cancelled ur plan in Oct 2020. In Nov 2020, Freedom issed a final balance statement and said that I will receive a refund check within 6-8 wks.I am still waiting even after 10 wks! Contacted customer service atleast 5 times but no response.Worst customer service!

I am beyond disgusted with the "customer service" provided by @FreedomMobile. I have been dealing with their ineptitude for three months now, and am going to have to go through my bills to see how badly they've screwed everything up. Just what I need.
