@freedomsupport That is not true! Because I paid the previous bill where cap was reached and activated the add-on on the next bill! @FreedomMobile has the highest price based on the quality of service you receive!

@Ryan_r_Williams I was charged more than a a few hundred dollar for 400mb of roaming data by the @FreedomMobile and when I asked to cancel my service they said there will be “consequences” and I won’t receive my phone number!

Thanks @RogersHelps for almost making sure I lose my job by such inefficient customer service . Two weeks and still wifi is not fixed Customer service contacted through phone,chat and through twitter. But still here i am using my @FreedomMobile hotspot from phone to stay afloat
