    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    @ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

    @freedomsupport been trying to reach live body for phone support since yesterday but keep getting message to call back within business hours when I’m calling DURING business hours … or were you closed yesterday at 3PM EST, 4PM EST & 6PM EST

    @FreedomMobile I preordered on September 17th, 2021. I got my email confirmation but that is it I have not gotten a tracking number oh, your customer support team knows nothing. And today is the official release date oh, did I make a mistake?

    @freedomsupport Anyone else still waiting for their Pre order for IPhone Pro Max 13? I am and I did my preorder on Sept 17 2021 and no one from Freedom knows anything. No one can help. So much for Freedom. Maybe it's a code for leaving your company

    PSA: Don’t trust the @FreedomMobile store at Jackson Square. I cancelled my prepaid plan on July 15 after switching to @koodo, but they still charged my card for August. Now I have to wait 5 business days just to see if I can get a refund. Your customer service number is a joke

    @FreedomMobile So quite disappointed! Looking at an upgrade with this promotion. Been a customer since U were created & U don’t provide any loyalty incentives to stay with U! Walked up to the local depot & just called your toll free line. No one is able to work with us. Goodbye Freedom!

    So very disappointed in @FreedomMobile!! Did everything that was required for myself and the person who referred me to get the referral credit. Have been contacting them the only way possible…..by email….only to get no reply. This issue has been going on for a month!!
