    @freedomsupport I called 46 minutes ago about my phone not working my location you can see and I give them alternative number call me back that's the way they can resolve the problem on my phone but they never called me back

    @Rogers @FreedomMobile @Bell your service really suck! Nothing works inside the houses. Are we supposed to just rely on wifi in house? Your services just work outside with best speed. Look into this matter

    DO NOT SIGN UP WITH @FreedomMobile , they make you pay for something and then donโ€™t offer the service. Itโ€™s a scam!!!!

    @FreedomMobile Reply Humayun Raina โ€ข 1m For close to a month and a half, I have been calling your customer service to get an issue fixed - my Roam Beyond data is being used and the allocated home data is left untouched. I am in Canada on 'Freedom/Nationwide' network all the time

    @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan
