    @freedomsupport I called 46 minutes ago about my phone not working my location you can see and I give them alternative number call me back that's the way they can resolve the problem on my phone but they never called me back

    @FreedomMobile you suck! Home internet with you has been a horrible experience. * Daily outages. * On the third modem in under year. Internet has been out for 2 weeks . * Customer service is pathetic and no resolution to issue. * 1 hour with customer service and I was bounced around between 5 people. Because of your worthless internet I used up my mobile data, trying to get that corrected and I was told โ€œ buy more dataโ€ Why would I pay more when Iโ€™m already not getting what I paid for ? CRTC has my two complaints.

    @FreedomMobile I do not recommend this network to anyone in Canada. After bombarding me to converting marketing emails, I visited their stall at Fairview Mall in Don Mills Toronto- guess the worst experience I had from the sales man in the store he wanted to beat up bse I over questioned him.

    @FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.

    @FreedomMobile why are you throttling internet up loads? can no longer upload any file larger than a photo. I'm a musician & upload music files I'm working on, but cannot upload to any cloud storage service. I can't upload from any of my computers whether I'm using Linux or W11
