    TERRIBLE NETWORK! I lose service completely when I am in downtown Toronto. A lot of times it just goes to SOS. Other times I see only 1 bar even on 5G. I had so many client calls drop this week and every single one of them has complained they couldn’t hear me. @FreedomMobile

    Hi @FreedomMobile just switched to you last week but have since found out your system has both my name and my email spelled incorrectly. Getting the runaround from customer care about correcting it because I can't even get a PIN

    @FreedomMobile stop ******* up the connection at night time yall not making my text go through when it’s night time why are people saying they just receiving my text messages that’s 24 hours ago, provide better quality service to your clients and customers thank you .

    @Rogers @RogersHelps dealing w/ AI today(Anna) it was wrong about damn near everything. waiting for customer service I was 100 in queue. Then dealing with the multiple reps, who didn't seem to give a damn. I've been a customer 20 years, considering @FreedomMobile in Jan '26

    I know I haven’t been paying a second phone bill for two months now cause I guess these employees don’t know what unblacklist my phone means whole time it wasn’t even the phone they just gave me a SIM card for a number that don’t exist , what the actual **** @FreedomMobile 🤬🤬🤬

    @FreedomMobile Your outbound sales team offered me a discounted plan, but the discount wasn’t applied. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps—no resolution. Can someone actually help fix this?
