    @APTNInvestigate might want to ask @FreedomMobile why they don't honor tax exemption for on reserve Indigenous people. Why they are rude and dismissive once they know it's an Indigenous customer. Including agents hanging up and saying to call back to get a different agent.

    @FreedomMobile Please for the love of God. When I call CS and have to listen to the automated system. It does not need to tell me 3 times what my balance is, what day it expires, what hour, minute, and second it expires. I came ]~[ this close to cancelling my service over that #petty

    What a joke @FreedomMobile is, better part of 1 and a half hours asking why my Data was used up in 3 days, after never having used up my data since 2016. First encounter: about 5 minutes to go through the menu options to talk to someone who hung up 30 seconds into the

    @freedomsupport Thanks for being so quick to answer because I just spent for the fifth time hours trying to fix an issue ! Everytime I need to beg to freedom to listen to my problem as a customer ! Should I go to the TV or other social medias to solve a simple charge on my phone

    @FreedomMobile When will LTE plus be available for all of Ontario? I'm in London Ontario, and I only get LTE+ in two areas, but it's as slow as 3G
