Went to @FreedomMobile store at oakville place to get 2 nos. shifted from my cousin to our name. Exec. refused, saying it will take 4 hrs n to come another day n smugly added that they didnt even hav time to cancel. We went nxt door n shifted to Fido in 1/2 hr #CustomerService

@freedomsupport no surprise that ive been on hold with @FreedomMobile for 4 hours as some sort of ploy to prevent me from cancelling my number with them... filing a complaint with the commissions of complaints for telecom services

@FreedomMobile I heard people say Freedom Mobile is is an awful phone company and I didn’t listen. Take my advice think twice about going to this company. These people don’t even know what people are going through in this hardship time to do something like this is so messed up.

No doubt @FreedomMobile hve wrst customer service. Literally the customr service agnt told me to cncel the service if I wanna without solving my problm his answer “idk who made tht charges & when I asked him whom I should talk he said “he works for freedom nd nt represnt freedom”
