    @MishkaOttawa @siannio1 @FreedomMobile Some of that is not your provider. It’s HWY 7. Terrible coverage regardless of provider, from what I can tell.

    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I would recommend this network for anyone. I placed an order since Dec 21, 2020. It did not came to me. I wanted to cancel it while they say wait to receive it then cancel. I asked when can I get it? they answer that they do not know where is it

    @FreedomMobile I really hope you aren’t trying to force me to change my plan by refusing to accept payments from methods that have worked fine for over a year. Because no. I like my legacy plan. Fix your billing.

    @FreedomMobile worst company ever. DON’T go with freedom. They fool u when selling phone, tell u connection fees will be waived by calling rep & whn bill comes you see fees, liars! Asked cust rep to clear tht & they arrogantly said to return device & switch back @freedomsupport

    For more than 24 hours, @FreedomMobile was not able to locate where is my ordered phone or even cancel the order. worst service ever. Never recommended

    @MysticTheFox @FreedomMobile I think this is not about coverage. They decreased the speed per user, so they can allocate the same bandwidth to more users. In short, cost reduction. They are gaining time on something they already know. Blame the customer's phone, the environmental factors bla bla.
