    @MishkaOttawa @siannio1 @FreedomMobile Some of that is not your provider. It’s HWY 7. Terrible coverage regardless of provider, from what I can tell.

    @freedomsupport Well that was a failure. No help at all, can't wait to switch back to a reliable carrier but too bad they made us pay for a year already. Buyer beware!

    @freedomsupport Copy paste answers only... no solution nothing.. many times I wrote called no solution. I am warning everyone Freedom cares about you only until signing .

    @FreedomMobile Promises are broken even if they give you a case ID. I found being with @Rogers they commitment is much better dealing with their loyalty team. I say if you do talk to them, record the call and then bring it to the #CRTC

    @freedomsupport I was no.6 on waiting list and if you’re telling me you guys were not able to get 6 iphones from Apple in more than 60 days then let’s just be real & you guys should just close down your business and start selling something else!!

    @FreedomMobile i have received horrible customer service from one of your stores and they have lied to my face about certain things while ordering an iphone 12 pro max. Its been a month and when i ask them about an update they it could take a month or year, they dont know.

    @FreedomMobile Received email for $10 off for 15 months. I pre order iPhone 12 pro max on Nov 26. Yesterday I went to pick up my phone. They said this deal is over. You can’t get it. I want to buy phone on that day but you guys didn’t have phone. any solution?

    @FreedomMobile My husband and I have been waiting since October 23, so... a couple weeks ago we went to the store to ask about them and they said that we have to keep waiting. We are considering to cancel the pre order tbh

    @FreedomMobile fix your payment system. Now I have $200+ in locked up pending charges because your bad card processing. Also love being hung up on by your reps or being told to call back tomorrow because they don't know how to fix something.
