    @MishkaOttawa @siannio1 @FreedomMobile Some of that is not your provider. It’s HWY 7. Terrible coverage regardless of provider, from what I can tell.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile Getting a hard PDP authentication data block. Reps ignored the network error to push to upsell a phone (scam). Filed complaint with @CCTS_CPRST Just want my data re-provisioned, been w/Freedom 10 years. Stop scamming!

    @FreedomMobile I contacted you guys 4 hours ago about a very simple issue, my internet was working great but I couldn't reach one site, now my internet isn't working at all! I've been on WhatsApp for 4 hours with 2 of your techs and nothing! I'm disabled & work from home

    @FreedomMobile can you please review your APs in the Guelph (Kortright & Hanlon / Kortright & Edinburgh) area. I have 5g with between 2 & 3 of 4 bars but data is borderline unusable. IF it connects it's brutally slow.
