  @freedomsupport Kind of garbage that as soon as I identify as trans to your customer support, all of a sudden I’m being put on hold and transferred between people that won’t help

  @freedomsupport day 2 of "server errors" when trying to make a phone call. Any incoming grts met with a busy tone (I am not on the phone at any point during this). Little hard to get things done when you cant contact anyone and they cant contact you.
