I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.

So humour me on why I haven’t had any service since yesterday & it keeps saying no sim or invalid sim. Mind you I have a sim from yall & an e sim too. Scott C (@scottacalvert) reported@FreedomMobile find out it was an issue on your end. 5 lines not working all day, can't get a hold of anyone until 6pm. Asked what is going to be done about 5 ppl not being able to work all day. Responses was nothing.
