    @FreedomMobile next step will be to move all my lines to Roger’s and pay the penalty with freedom. That’s how disappointed in this company who is willing to loose a customer of 6 years

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
