@freedomsupport Your responses were to tell people to do something totally meaningless. Caches and cookies are only relevant for repeat visits. Next time multiple people report the same issue, assume you have an issue, not us. To do ANYTHING otherwise makes you sound like *****. Big time.

@freedomsupport I should also mention that since the device was the best one I could get for $0, and it was out of stock online, (and presumably still is since it's no longer in production) I was not given a choice but to go down to the store, or else I would have ordered online and saved money.

@FreedomMobile Don’t trust Freedom! Was lied to that I’d get a call from higher management, two days later nothing! The whole chat and phone CS team is highly incompetent and horrible! They’ve made multiple mistakes on my account over the last few days and my issue has still not been resolved

@freedomsupport As you found out Yes you have to be a current or former @ShawInfo customer in order to get @FreedomMobile Home Internet !

@FreedomMobile Please work in listening to customers. Your customer service is subpar and get rid of double verification. So when calling should take 6 verifications via 3 modes to verify who I am. No other cell service provider does this.
