    (2/2) business call + client not able to hear. Call 5X, no connection, dropped from network + have to roam around my yard to find a signal. Told I'd get credit, that didn't happen. A constant battle for 3 years. Enough is enough, @FreedomMobile. #unhappycustomer #business

    After complaining to corporate and sending them a letter @FreedomMobile I never received a reply, an apology, nothing so I am now taking mine @UntilTheNextTee and my sons phone from them going to Bell.. my recommendation DON’T GO TO FREEDOM!! They are the worst and disprespectful

    @FreedomMobile, I've tried to play nice for 3 yrs, but I'm moving. Coverage has been brutal + tech support has pushed me off multiple times. 3 people in my house + know of at least 5 others that are moving bc of poor coverage. It's embarrassing trying to have a (1/2)

    @Rogers The internet was down all day on Thursday and last Sunday in my neighborhood in Toronto. Luckily we used my @FreedomMobile cellphone as a hotspot so my kids could do on line school. Still no explanation from Rogers on the cause of the outage.
