@FreedomMobile The worst day of the year for me was when the kids went back to school. Freedom? Freedom was being able to play in the park with them, go to the beach. Now they go back to Covid instead of being safe at home. Not a great ad, folks.

@FreedomMobile you have very poor service and reception. You have treated a disabled customer with no regard. Your tesponse: I am really sorry, but that is remaining balance on your contract that you will need to pay 600$ (+ tax).

@freedomsupport Been there and done that. It doesn't work when I click on the tablets. I get blocked by the upgrade question and then it says that I am not eligible when I select upgrade.

A booth worker ID never seen before at a @FreedomMobile mall kiosk poked around my phone without permission a few weeks ago, and now my email is getting spammed by this unknown to me @ozy news group multiple emails a day. Not happy with this practice.

Dear @INTERAC, I wonder if you can help my "friends" here at @FreedomMobile , they seem to be having trouble with their interac on line. So they grossly overcharge people who must come into their stores to pay with interac. $2.00 per interac transaction? Please help them. #Telus?

@freedomsupport Your service is extremely poor and frustrating. I have never had proper reception, you keep taking $$ out of my account but you do not resolve the issue. Now you're asking me to pay $600 to find another service provider. I am a disabled person and cannot even call my Dr.

@freedomsupport Total lie. Poor service. Then you respond: I am really sorry, but that is remaining balance on your contract that you will need to pay 600$ (+ tax).
