    @FreedomMobile confirmed several times the phone i wanted. Even though you “record calls for quality assurance” you won’t honour the price I was quoted. The error was on the part of your agent. Not me. Why not honour the price to keep an existing customer since its recorded? 2/3

    @freedomsupport its fine, when i get the manager to call me back i will just ask to cancel my service as i no longer want to deal with this inconsistency .

    @cibc No details necessary. Apparently, there is a technical issue on the part of @FreedomMobile and the payments customers are making are not showing on their system . We just got confirmation that some customers from your bank are going through this .

    @freedomsupport I feel I pay what is satisfactory for service but it maybe an issue I need to address with my LG phone manufacturer !

    @FreedomMobile is the absolute worst phone company on the face of the earth. Not only did they not apply a promotion to our account that was the only reason we signed in the first place, we call them and tell them to apply it and refund us for it. But they don’t refund it.
