    @freedomsupport doesn't let you downgrade your data plans even though you don't get cell service in the most basic areas that should have service. Then tells you the discounts promised are actually expiring now so your plan is increasing even though you have bad service

    Wow… I am using my phone number with multiple providers old is @koodo and new is @FreedomMobile both have my number active in their system. @koodo sent cancel confirmation and now monthly as well. My mobile receiving freedom network. It possible 1 number 2 providers?

    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Its sad I have to chose this medium to communicate. I was a Freedom customer till 4 days back, however was facing so many network issues and after reaching out to you multiple times and getting resolution, I had to move to another provider (1/2)

    @plutoorbust @DaveSfmg54 @FreedomMobile Hahaha have you called and had any real issues where you had to speak to customer service or you one of Freedom Mobile's employees sticking up for them, because you're obviously oblivious to the lack of service apparently

    Heads up #ldnont @FreedomMobile does not care about long term customers. Billed me extra saying that I was in the USA when the Borders were closed, they don't listen and added the extra phone protection plan when I Said NO to it, customer service at its worst ! Very unhappy
