What a waste of customer & service time, your automated systems don’t work, support workers have wrong info or can’t do anything. Major fail after being a customer for 15+ years @Rogers

@RogersHelps @GeesDubb Go **** yourself @RogersHelps This is absolutely criminal, and our government needs to step in. They are holding people hostage with no way to get ahold of them.

@Rogers Your door to door sales people literally ignored the sign posted on my front door. “No peddlers, Agents or Solictors” so now I never want your services. Blame that pushy sales person.

Fck it’s unreal how useless cell coverage is in NL. @TonyWakehamNL the amount of money wasted by certainly federal and maybe provincial towards @Bell and @Rogers while we have garbage service is mental. High cost phones and bills but utterly useless service …

@RogersHelps Tried several times calling given contact number but they do not pick call even after waiting 3 to 4 hours. Waited for them to pick 2 to 3 times since last week. Do you have any concrete solution?

    Col_in_hellifax (@Col_In_Hellifax) reported

@RogersHelps the error is something to the effect that the number is tied to an account with more than 30 lines and that i should contact my company's telecom admin or customer care.
