barrieguynow (@barrieguynow) reportedWonder if @rogers will ever have a customer service department? Anyone know? Might help their business if they actually hired some customer service reps.
-
Batsirai (@batsirai) reported@Rogers I don’t care how many support calls you get… there is no excuse for this long of a call queue. Hire someone to pickup the phone #rogers #customersupport #switchtobell It’s like you know I’m calling to cancel… I was about to come back to Rogers… Yes - I’m still on hold. Even the live chat agent handed me off to the same call queue.
-
freebird2014 (@freebird20142) reported@RogersHelps Found a new cheaper cell service. Will be moving to it soon.
-
B Rachel (@b_rachel18) reported@RogersHelps the amount of time I’ve had to spend trying to correct a billing error you made is ridiculous. I have been on hold for over an hour and the online queue is just as bad. Please provide better options for customers to resolve issues.

Shawn Tock (@TockShawn) reported@RogersHelps @rogers: 15 hours with no internet, using my @telus phone as a hotspot. At 8 am, you said it'd take 4 hours to fix. Then 4-6 hours. Then the Rogers outage page kept extending the resolution time by an hour. Now an agent told me 24 hours. WTF? Unacceptable.

Rich (@GRichM77) reported@RogersHelps is Eric a real person? if hte phone is not compatible, why ******** is a support ticket needed? going back to the place that sold me a device that is not compatible with the network, to that same kiosk person, that's a solution? what ******** can they do ?

Aakash (@aakashkapadia) reported@RogersHelps hangs up on you after an hour because they know you have nowhere else to go. Peak Canadian monopoly behavior. Zero accountability, extortionate pricing, and third-rate support. Burning my money would be more satisfying. #rogers
