    @rogers what the hell? What’s wrong with your service in Newmarket? I called support and was told there’s no outage. Google says an outage was reported 5 hours ago. I work from home and this is costing me money. #rogers #internetoutage #youpromisedbetterservice

    Knowledge. The @rogers app is also very glitchy. Have had many interventions to try and fix it. Smh. We are at our wits end especially after contacting @rogers to find out why our monthly bill has Increased. They tried to offer an annual discount for faster internet, 5g as well..
