I see @RogersHelps again is just pitching their customers to the wind. Having a bit of a rough go so I have been paying a month behind for a while. Today's "you're behind" email states pay in 24 hours or we're cutting off your data. 25 years straight as a customer this year.

@RogersHelps Are there any known tv issues in St. John’s. Picture is freezing or going to black screen and little or not audio. Rebooting router has not fixed it.

@RogersHelps The intermittent sound 🔊 issue we reported has nothing to do with our personal account. Check #Rogers Cable TV Channel 12 in Toronto. We have been watching TV all night (TSN) and it only affects SRC @iciradiocanada channel (as far as we noticed). Check satellite broadcast link

There’s a problem with my wireless phone line @Rogers. I keep getting calls from random people. Today, a 60 yr old man from Calgary ftimed me and for some reason I picked up (I was curious!) claiming I called them, but I didn’t. I have never communicated with these ppl before.

@Rogers Why is your Rogers on Demand service so terrible? Half the shows stop and restart at the beginning and when I pause you provide me with the error of “something went wrong” then kick me!

@Rogers 10 days of 25% internet service time is enough. It’s not my responsibility to tell you what your problems are. Get it together. Do your job. 3 services. None work

Rest assured that when the class action suit starts up, I’ll be right there, asking for easily $1,000 in money I paid to @RogersHelps for services that were never used, that they turned around and gave to their CEO. I’m so very done being a customer.

@RogersHelps imagine charging people nearby $40 a month to watch their games just to get blackouts. When we’re lucky enough your service even works. And when it does the streams are about 3 minutes delayed. My phone notifies me of goals before my stream even plays them. Scam
