@harry_tml @RogersHelps @Justin64190239 Agreed. This was mishandled SO terribly from the start. Even now, touting how many people are "back online". I'm one of them, and trust me, dial-up was better than this "back online" **** they're trying to sell as a big accomplishment now.

  • Burner69_RS Burner69 (@Burner69_RS) reported

@RogersHelps , I don't know what you did to fix your mistake, but your fix has wrecked my home network. It looks like my previously bridged modem has been factory reset, and I can't even log into it to fix it. The kicker? When I try to call tech support they promptly hang up!

  • Apelino_ Apelino. (@Apelino_) reported

@Alexandlpa @birgitomo @Rogers Yep…maybe Air Canada should be government run too….Ps. Most of the issues that airlines are facing are ground crew related and not the airline.

  • BET_Kevler Marc Sunga (@BET_Kevler) reported

@RogersHelps l6X area still down for internet

  • VMediaCSR VMediaCSR (@VMediaCSR) reported

@bubblywums @vmedia @RogersHelps Rogers has restored service for many, however, the outage has not been fully cleared yet and we regrettably have customer who are still waiting for service to be restored.

  • tran_jeffrey Jeffrey Tran (@tran_jeffrey) reported

@RogersHelps Markham 5:15pm July9/22 (land based internet) down 36hours! Ignite TV returned mid day with spotty service! TV sound cuts out every 15sec and picture is freezing up on 30sec intervals! So basically 2 days of full outage. Unusual service disruptions.

  • The280Times The280Times Trivia Channel (@The280Times) reported

A Majority of Canadians wants you to fix your **** @Rogers

  • HellCatRedux HellCat 🐾 (@HellCatRedux) reported

@YellinIntoVoid @RogersHelps @Justin64190239 "online" and remotely acceptable, consistent internet service are apparently 2 different things. I'm losing money by the day without a consistent internet service. Might have to take the business elsewhere because of lack of transparency and acknowledgement of reality.

  • mikesports1992 Mike (@mikesports1992) reported

@DrsDefundPolice @Rogers How would breaking up the telecoms solve your issue? The new Compaq Ed would still be using the existing towers and infrastructure already in place. No one is building brand new towers from scratch country wide

  • megomam Meg O'Mahony 🇨🇦💉💉💉🥾🦉🌲 (@megomam) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers Yup...this is where I'm going to start. But I'm also going to be talking to other service providers & seeing what they can give me. I have no loyalty to corporations anymore.
