    @RogersHelps NO!! You haven’t restored ****!! Ignite TV and PVR doesn’t work at all. Half my channels are glitching and don’t load properly. Recordings don’t work at all. This is the third day and services are not working properly. This is pathetic. FIX IT!! Stop saying everything is fine.

    I came back home and found my @Rogers router back to factory reset!!!! What a mess @rogers sending a remote reset operation over the network. Now imagine the less tech savvy users they are still out I am sure.
