@Rogers Internet is down in Courtice, Ontario. Any reason why and when it will be back ip?

  • macnwigs Macnwigs (@macnwigs) reported

@rogers has to have the worst customer service in the world! With all the new streaming option you would think they would put some effort into customer service! #deathofcable

  • reikokoyama79 Reiko Koyama (@reikokoyama79) reported

@RogersHelps I spent an hour and change on a call with your call center, and didn't really get any resolution, as they didn't know why my payment date changed either.

  • Roadrunner2 Donna Pidlisny (@Roadrunner2) reported

@RogersHelps What a joke. They can’t even keep day to day services without problems. 🙁

  • djdemuir Demuir (@djdemuir) reported

Surprise! @Rogers internet services goes down again. It’s consistently been unreliable in the Mississauga area since February 13. When are you guys going to get your **** together?!

  • ish_pre Ishwara Prematunga (@ish_pre) reported

@RogersHelps 6th day this month of no Rogers home phone, internet or tv service. Called tech support with number on file to follow-up on tickets. Why does tech support ask for my date of birth as an authentication question? No other provider asks for it. Even my Bank doesn't ask.

  • ish_pre Ishwara Prematunga (@ish_pre) reported

@RogersHelps CTV news story I linked earlier identified a major problem with your authentication process. As 1 of 2 major telecoms in Canada why do you not use text-to-verify? Or perhaps, internally notify the tech support agent that caller has selected "following-up" on a previous ticket.

  • Maheshkaranamm Mahesh Karanam (@Maheshkaranamm) reported

@RogersBiz @RogersHelps Again my service is down. I took the wrong decision by choosing rogers 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  • EmeksOfficial Nnukwu Mmanwu (@EmeksOfficial) reported

Another @RogersHelps outage. Are you people not tired of being useless?
