@RogersHelps @mbnicolosi @universallyx Will this be to every customer affected because I’m sure thousands of Canadians would appreciate this for being so severely impacted.

  • LolaSpeaking Rita Chand (@LolaSpeaking) reported

@RogersHelps While i appreciate you getting back to me, looking forward to my response does seem like a stretch given all you said is there is nothing you can do. That's too bad. I guess i will just keep blocking the numbers and hope they stop coming in.

  • s00708544 Khalid (@s00708544) reported

@RogersHelps @mbnicolosi @universallyx Surprised that this entire incident has gone without any repercussions on Rogers.

  • ernielittle ernie little (@ernielittle) reported

Btw this was promoted by @Rogers and it is talking about how good we have it not even 24 hours after a country wide blackout lol

  • peelay Phill Hodgkinson (@peelay) reported

@RogersHelps Keep ur credit. What you need to do is publicly apologize for how poorly you handled the msging on this. To not admit there was an issue until 7-8 hrs in, even then saying “some” customers and “intermittent “ when it was far worse, is where you went wrong!

  • danstark81 DanS (@danstark81) reported

@RogersHelps is service still intermittent? I still cant send texts.

  • deedubbleya Ddubb (@deedubbleya) reported

@RogersHelps what's going on with their internet, streaming is choppy and internet is slow.

  • ahudani A.K. Hudani (@ahudani) reported

@tahanmartins @Rogers @RogersHelps I think it’s the influx of network traffic with Shaw being down :(

  • TCEquine Ashley 🐎🐝 (@TCEquine) reported

@RogersHelps I still cannot access extended coverage areas on my phone, is this an issue that's being worked on? Have not had access to this since the everything went down yesterday. Very frustrated as I rely on going on other networks as I work and live in an area with sparce Rogers coverage

  • JustinMcgrawth Justin Mcgrawth (@JustinMcgrawth) reported

@RogersHelps Everyone needs to cancel with rogers and show them who really controls who. #CancelRogers.
