@RogersHelps on the line with Rogers for business trying to get a new phone. This has taken hrs. and a month. need to send the broken phone I got back. i am going forth and being on hold. not getting the right person. Third hold at present.

@Rogers Super disappointed with your service. Someone from the sales team sold me the plan to get it back rogers, as I left fido a month ago. Its been a week, the order has not been placed and nobody knows what's happening to my account.🤦🤦

@Rogers cancelled my plan on July 19. Lost all voicemails including sentimental ones from my grandma I can never get back. Spoke to multiple agents who apologized and said my plan would be reinstated. Now I’m told I have to pay for a feature I had for YEARS. You guys don’t care I’m hurt!
