    @RogersHelps I refer you to my original post Eric. I simply want to talk to a customer service agent who has some idea of how things work and some internal gravitas to fix customer issues. As a customer of over 10 years this is but a small ask.

    @FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet Sportsnet continues to make bad after bad decisions regarding hockey and hockey coverage. Why buy the license if you are just going to kill the coverage? And in turn the fanbase?

    @RogersHelps How can I tell if I have 2.4 wi-fi. My wireless camera requires it and won’t connect. The network works fine with my phone and laptop but is not named SHAW-???? 5.0

    Officially on hold with @Rogers for 1.5hours... for tech support.. because someone damaged a rogers line to a seniors residence. Good job Rogers!
