@RogersHelps I contacted your support team, they said they have no idea what to do about it, and If they can do that in private then you can to the public. Verbal harassment is still harassment, over the phone or not.

@RogersHelps Found the problem, before it worked without a unit, doesn't work if you don't put in a unit, and doesn't warn you that you need to supply the unit when you don't put it in

@RogersHelps When it was down I was getting a "Try Clearing Your Cookies" message and something about login cycle timeout attempts or something like that. Clearing cookies did nothing.

@RogersHelps internet is down again (Downtown Toronto Church/Carlton). It was down for more than 24hr last week as well. Is this going to be a regular thing? I'm working from home and it's getting annoying
