    If you're a @Rogers mobile customer and take the Barrie Line @GOtransit train, does your internet just not work majority of the time once you leave downtown core? Is @Bell better? I just might have to switch coz this is pathetic

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Even Banks have customers services in other countries I guess it’s cheaper for them ? not to discriminate but I am paying for a service in Canada I would like them to employ Canadians

    @RogersHelps Is there an email solution? I did try the online chat, but they weren't able to access what was required.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I keep getting calls from Roger’s, Telus and bell and most times you can barely hear them from all the background noise. You can tell they are not in Canada so usually I just act like I can’t hear them and hang up. Not like I want to sign up to new service like that.

    @iCruiseify @RogersHelps @Rogers I guess 1 out of 2 isn’t bad. I hope you can get the 2nd resolved.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers To answer your question when Roger’s/bell sees nobody wants to work a garbage job. You know what they do. They move there business to a foreign country where people will cause they don’t have any other option

    @JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.

    @Rogers has been messing me around for a month. Hours on hold only to have them drop the calls. Payment arrangement made only for them to disregard it. How can I rectify these issues if I can't get through?!

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They used to, many companies used to. The standard for those centers was call time. So everyone basically had a manager behind them bickering at them to get the call time down. It becomes competition between teams who can get the call time down. The service standard dropped to nothing, people accepted it or in our case, have no reasonable alternatives due to the regulation of media and infrastructure in the country. Once people accepted it it was cheaper to outsource and automate.
