    @RogersHelps how does one escalate repeated ongoing outages in the same area? me and my neighbours have been suffering down time on and off every other day for weeks. It is ridiculous that a company is allowed to charge money for a service that is so unreliable. L5W 1P9 Postal.

    @Rogers hey, i have virtual classes and i don’t have any service. Is there an outage? You made us switch to ignite wifi but it’s slower than the previous version we had. Pls fix this, can’t miss a class. Thanks.

    @RogersHelps is there a an Ignite TV service problem in Toronto area? Getting an error XRE03090 I was on hold for over 2hrs only to find out I was transferred to the wrong dept! I have turned on/off my equipment twice and still have a black screen and the same error. Help!

    Well @Rogers it's been a slice, after nearly 2 decades as a customer it's nice to know that @TELUS apparently values my business more...I'll be cancelling and switching my mobility over asap.
