@RogersHelps my Internet keeps going in and out all day today, is there an issue in Pickering, or is it just my Internet?

@RogersHelps Twitter agents found nothing. The phone tech not doing what she said she would do is infuriating. My problems are the same as described in the multiple forum posts & on Twitter. It’s a hardware issue that Rogers needs to fix as all the other “solutions” don’t work.

@wendellwaldron @RogersHelps Confirmed that I should be able to stream the game in my area but could not tell why I couldn’t. Asked me to call their technical support number. No time for this. I’ve asked for a refund. Ridiculous. #rogersfail

And like that the least I can do is change my #bell cellular plan to @Rogers after the #bellmediacuts and seeing @notontvotoole and @JayOnrait viciously ripped from my life again. Leaders suffer too not collect tax dollars and issue dividends. #NoMoreBellCanada

.@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for over 1 hour. I was supposed to get installation done today between 4-6pm and still waiting. No phone call, no confirmation, nothing. What type of service is this. We have 3 people working from home. How is that even possible? Tony

@RogersHelps Already tried. Also called in. Supposed to monitor my signals for 5 days, but a couple hours later got an email that the problem was fixed, so nothings been done! The community forum posts show the *massive* problems. Experts suggest solutions. But Rogers ignores.

@Rogers only has TTY for deaf communication, which is extremely outdated, and asks me to have someone else call for me. By the way, I was on a live chat asking for help about my account and device order that I made over a month ago that STILL have not yet shipped.
