Basically, like banks, an oligopy (protected by our government) and cares about their customers about as much as our govt cares about its citizens.

In the last two years we've replaced the router half a dozen times, had many techs come out and look and "fix" things, have called more times than I can remember... I've never had so many issues in my life, it's ruining my ability to work.

Then dsy after service tech came and replaced faulty Alarm Panel . So I’m all reality your defective Alarm Panel caused all this
