    @RogersBiz 4 d last 25 days ive been calling to get my account transferred to one of my flatmates's name.Ive been calling and waiting for 2-3 hours before getting to speak to representatives for so many days and today finally customer care said it cant be done.Poor.Unbelievable

    @sarrahh011 @RogersHelps I’ve had 3 emails from Rogers (July 10, 13 and 25) clearly explaining what happened, their next steps, an apology and that ALL customers will receive an increased credit, even if you didn’t experience a prolonged outage…

    @sarrahh011 @RogersHelps I’m not making excuses; I was very inconvenienced without mobile service on a travel day but I feel I’ve been sufficiently informed since the outage.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps received a text that we had 24 hours to pay a past due balance. Went online to pay past due. Online payments would not work. Went on Chat &had regrettable discussion with a support person who immediately told us we were being charged $50 suspension fee.

    All we get from the #rogersoutage is a letter saying well do better and invest money in A.I... Nothing about how they will repay for the damage they've done... thanks @Rogers

    So @Rogers im maybe a couple weeks late on a payment (for $200) and you send a collections email? after that outage? Are you serious? Maybe prioritize fixing your issues and not harassing people who consistently pay their bills and were away?!
