Another day of me not doing internet based things (spoiler: that's my entire job). Still waiting on @RogersHelps to provide an update, & for yesterday's CSR to send me a case # (spoiler: it ain't gonna happen). Turns out most of the condo folks aren't having issues. *Sigh*

@RogersHelps Generator backups would help. Can’t believe we had no cell service for hours. Reliable network you claim… not this time. #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps For me - I've lost a day of working, not everyone has a long weekend - but I'm troubleshooting on Twitter mostly for my elderly neighbors who have no internet which means no phone or TV. At least 4 asked me to help them. Average age is 75.

@RogersHelps … but it is now getting to three full days without any service, when your competitors’ networks have been up throughout this time.

@RogersHelps we've had no internet or phone service at work for 2hrs now. Impossible to determine if this is down for the area or just a problem with our unit. M6H 1P6 I shouldn't have to give all my personal data to get a Yes/No for service information. Tech support 30-45 min !?
