Sam Sung (@SamSunga3yr) reported@RogersHelps "I have already tried calling multiple times over the last 2 weeks, including a recent wait of over 80 minutes with no response. It is unacceptable to force me back to a phone line that doesn't work for a problem your system created by adding 2 unauthorized lines.

D (@OllKorrect_eh) reported@Karen22912 I cannot wait to talk to @Rogers about my plan and see what bs excuses they give me to not lower and change it. @CRTCeng needs to step in a bring down these corrupt companies who are literally sucking us dry for something thats not a luxury or an option but a necessity now

J_Hark (@J_harker82) reported@EdmontonOilers @Rogers @RogersPlace Gawd damn this oilers team ******* stinks.
-
Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps The email on file doesn’t work and I requested to be sent to my new email and no one has bothered to do something so simple as send a label to my new email. This is a lesson to Roger’s for cutting its Canadian customer service and contracting out to 3rd world countries.
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps Why would I give Rogers another chance? You didn't have any interest when I was a customer so why would I even remotely entertain coming back to you now?
-
hank ronson (@wiseguy_ocb) reported@idkallex @Rogers And I thought our Australian internet was **** dam
-
alex🛫 (@idkallex) reported@wiseguy_ocb @Rogers Oh dont even get me started. This **** internet comes in at SIXTY canadian dollars a month MINIMUM (abt the same AUD)
-
tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps @BawlingOnBloor You will be sucked into a time wasting vortex that will enrage you and not solve your problem. Speaking from experience. The absence of humans now to deal with the endless billing errors is enraging. But good luck!

BeyondOldfashioned (@Karen22912) reportedSooooo….. more on this, the info that I could find indicates a @Rogers tech support worker in Morocco earns $500-$700 U.S. per month, more if they have more specialized skills- Does Rogers have difficulty finding Canadians to do this work?
