    @RogersHelps Issue was sorted, no concerns there. Some training might be needed so upselling isn't a priority before the issue has been identified/resolved

    @RogersHelps Every time we log in it wants us to enable it. When I disable it after logging back in wants to re enable it. Email address incorrect won’t allow me to change it. Ready to cancel useless for our family if we get locked out

    @espnsyed @Rogers Down in ottawa, looks like another cross Canada outage. I thought mine this morning was weather related but guess not. Thankfully my phone is with Telus.

    @Rogers **** company. All of their agents have different wording. Never recommend Rogers to anyone. Gonna Sue Rogers.

    @Rogers Internet down, so I called Rogers. Selected the correct number and reached to a person who said I got the wrong dept. Transferred to a lady, who said I got the same(wrong) dept who promised to get me the right person, then I reached to the credit dept which is closed.
