@RogersHelps There is no assisting with you guys, had a Rogers guy in my area and in my house to “fix” the problem yesterday and it’s out again. I will be switching providers today. Get your crap together. You have people non stop complain yet you don’t wanna fix it. Worst company ever!

@Rogers everytime I speak with someone about the issues I have nothing gets fixed, because they can't see a problem on their end. I am waiting until Bell is available in my area which will be soon and I am Canceling everything with rogers.

Bro, super annoyed how @Rogers adds random packages to your TV plans without your authorization and you can’t remove it yourself and must go through the hassle of multiple customer support interactions
