@Rogers hello, new rogers customer here. I ordered S21+ ultra 5g 256gb black, over 5 weeks ago. No shipping confirmation, just back office email weeks ago saying backordered. I've called once per week, no customer service rep has any idea where it is or when I'll get it. HELP!

@RogersHelps Hey, I have no home internet service here in Ottawa. The connection went down about 20 minutes ago. Diagnostics from Ignite indicate that there is an issue on Rogers' side. Any ETA on resolution?
