@UbakaOgbogu Always always! Best use of Twitter frankly. I use it and get instant solutions. Like Rogershelps, Air Canada ( esp so you can avoid the foreign call centre), Loblaws, etc etc. They don’t like public criticism, like the ‘glad we could help’ tweet

@RogersHelps I got a new internet plan from Rogers and suppose to get an amazon gift card. But after 3 months, nothing. I called multiple times and have spent hours waiting on the phone, yet I sees nothing. Can I also delay my payments for 3 month with no consequence? Terrible!

@Rogers I have been trying to talk to the customer care since the past few days regarding a payment credit, but not a single time have I been able to get through to an actual live agent. Do you expect customers to wait on the queue for hours without any option of a call back?

@Rogers We've been with @Rogers for 13 years and our household spends $4k annually with you but he's returning the phone + this will lose our business. Such unbelievable bad form. The whole while he was on with customer service, the promo ad was still up on your website.
