@RogersHelps I understand technical difficulties and occasional outages, but this frequently is just terrible. And to make it worse, the response is “we’ll send a Technican in 3 days?”

@rogers @rogershelps You should change your motto from most reliable service to longest downtimes in the business and still **** people for the most amount of money and get away with it.

And no luck as I’m not authorized on account. I don’t need access to the account, I know it was cancelled, I just need @rogers to cancel the amount sent to collection agency given @rogers assured customer balance was cleared.
