    @RogersHelps So a few people are asking me how this ended - So @RogersHelps was able to resolve the issue at 12:30am. Seems that they ported to the SIM card that was not in the phone. Danni did a great job over the 4 hours we spent together.

    @RogersHelps I've spoken to the Collections Agency and finally got a call back from Rogers Customer Service. Issue should be solved. Equipment received by Rogers. Funny that I have services from Rogers subsidiaries and the products/CS/pricing are equal or better than the Flag Ship brand.

    @RogersHelps I’ve called Rogers support already and on the 4th day was finally told that this is a 4-5 day job where you’re upgrading access boxes in the area. Would have saved a lot of aggravation if I was told that on DAY1 and not required me to waste my time calling daily #terribleservice

    Dear @RogersHelps I am getting this message for the last 4-5 months. "Rogers svc msg: Update on ticket number C1****. There's been a delay in fixing the Rogers Internet Service problem you told us about, ........... When will you able to fix this issue? It is frustrating...

    Stream was popping off, very unfortunate the internet went down because @rogers is the worst provider. Pretty sure 3rd world countries have better providers than them. Finally switching LOL

    The worst ever broadband connection should go to @RogersHelps I will never ever recommend Rogers to anyone in Moncton. 2G doesn't work often , 5G keeps disconnecting

    @recce71 @Rogers Left Bell years ago because they were absolutely atrocious. I try not to support any of their brands. Just frustrating overall. I had a simple request for Rogers which they botched and I almost paid for that mistake on my credit rating. Bring back tin cans and string!

    @RogersHelps Here's the problem I have with that statement. If equipment return times can be delayed, why did this get sent to collections when, after speaking to your CS Dep't, I said I'd be returning the equipment? Also, why tell me to go to a store when the store refused to take it?
