I managed to get into chat in the app with someone whose name I donβt remember as the app crashed and erased all the chat history. Told me there was an outage in my neighbourhood. I was about to thank them when app crashed

Edith (@edpear) reported@RogersHelps I did and I talked to a Philippines who couldn't help me. Twitter is my last resort option after every oversea person I reached never understood the problem or worse thought they fixed it but didn't. They are not too smart in my experience.
