@RogersHelps hey Rogers, are you guys doing okay in Unionville? Specifically in near hollingham road z? there was there's been some ongoing issues since 7:40 p.m. and the internet was down for a couple hours. Then it came back on and then crashed

@RogersHelps It's happening to internet and tv since yesterday. My girlfriend and I work from home and I have to tether off my phone. She reached out to Roger's chat support and they told her nothing they can do and offered us to cancel services. Great WFH day 👍

Update: it is still down! Not only are many families struggling to have enough tech for their children, but some don’t have unlimited wifi and others may have and it is not reliable - this is a concern if synch education is the way we are going. @RogersHelps @fordnation @Sflecce
