It can't be done with chat function and every time I call it tells me its too busy and to call back later. I cannot continue to keep trying to call multiple times a day. How else can this be done?

I was promised a free phone, which happens, so it sounded legit, but when I got it, they insisted I not call Rogers. Now I'm just trying to return the phone and cancel the order. I have their info.
