  • simplychowdhury S Chowdhury (@simplychowdhury) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@RogersHelps Really long standing, I was told it would be resolved by 48 hrs...now we are in month three...can I get discount for service and speed I never received for 3mths?

  • lofty_murphy Lofty (@lofty_murphy) reported

@fionapettit71 @Rogers Sorry to hear, buts it's most likely a customer. The physical address is that of Rogers Cable, which is the same as chasing a Vodafone IP over here.

  • PeterDiPietro61 Peter DiPietro (@PeterDiPietro61) reported

@Rogers and less mobile services while charging me more than I have been paying for the last 3 years. Not what I call a great way to treat a loyal customer. Time to shop around! Any other companies want my business?

  • deltadawn69 Loridawn (@deltadawn69) reported

@PeterDiPietro61 @Rogers Rogers will do **** for you. I was a customer for 20 years and they wouldn’t give me a discount anymore that they offered me. Good luck.

  • ImBabyLamb Baby Lamb 🐑🍫🇨🇦 (@ImBabyLamb) reported

The fact @Rogers is forcing people to work during a lock down is embarrassing. You don't even need retail to make money you piece of **** company.

  • tuffy14u Randy Tufford (@tuffy14u) reported

@Rogers Your customer service and care is terrible

  • PeterDiPietro61 Peter DiPietro (@PeterDiPietro61) reported

@Rogers What would be a really anamazing Christmas present would be someone from Rogers explaining how after being as customer for more than 20 years you just doubled my bill automatically, took away my free upgrade and now want to offer me less channels ....

  • JoeinTO360 inSomniac🇨🇦 He/Him/His (@JoeinTO360) reported

Hi @RogersHelps so I just got my first phone bill but why am I getting charge already when I still haven’t receive my SIM card in the the mail yet nor have I even activate my Rogers service yet. #help this is #stealing

  • lofty_murphy Lofty (@lofty_murphy) reported

@fionapettit71 @Rogers Yes it's a Rogers Cable customer, unless they have got a VPN hiding their real one, or are using an onion router

  • fionapettit71 Fiona Pettit O'Leary (@fionapettit71) reported

@lofty_murphy @Rogers Yes but their customer?
