@RogersHelps, this happened before less than 2 months ago when it was seemingly fixed on November 8 after being down for a month after going to store a couple of times and phone cutting out or not connecting to 611. I, like a lot of people, need my phone.I don't have a land line.

Trying to cancel my @Rogers internet: -2 HOURS on hold with sales "sorry, that's cancellations, let me transfer you" -1 more hour on hold "sorry they transferred you to wrong department, I'll have to transfer you, it'll be 30+ more minutes" And they said 0 way to cancel online

@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply. My neighbours and I have spoken to them. Despite none of us having working internet, they say everything is fine and send out tech agents. The tech agents say they cannot fix as the issue is the tower being oversold… corporate needs to fix this. #rogers
