@Fidomobile you disconnected my data over 100% usage when in reality your parent company @Rogers is the reason my home internet was down and had to use mobile data 😡 you got to be kidding me!

@RogersHelps @tim_brecht Same here. We generally only watch TV at night. My wife has gone to bed for the past 5 nights and put on tv…after 10-20 minutes it starts glitching and freezing. She just shuts it off and uses her Bell cell service to watch YouTube instead. As I type this it just happened again.

@CHEK_News Geez...I might get $5 for all the inconvenience for 15 plus hrs. wheeee, go grab a coffee. If there had been an emergency to 911, would have been screwed! and no cell tower in #Nanaimo #Hammondbay notoriously bad anyways. @Rogers

If you stop and think about it, the 5 day credit from @Rogers that so many are angry about because its not enough, clearly demonstrates that people value their internet, and cell phone service far more than they pay, while complaining it cost to much #rogersoutage

@JustinTrudeau @CRTCeng What happened with @Rogers is a disgrace. The Canadian Telecom industry needs competition to bring prices down and a public infrastructure so people don't die from 911 calls not being connected.

I haven’t been a customer with @rogers since 2018 and yet here I am still getting emails from them…

@RogersHelps Dear Rogers, Please give honest description on what really happened so we can make an informed decision whether your network is actually secure and safe and reliable in the future. You keep saying vague things about improvement and earning people's trust, earn it, by details.

The CEO of @rogers sends an email promising to invest in the network to avoid future outages and all I can think is “great, can’t wait for the new network improvement fee to show up on my bill”
