@RogersHelps Is your IT department ever going to fix the MyRogers site? I've been getting an error stating the problem is on Rogers' end when trying to change my flex channels on Chrome. On Edge, the site thinks I'm in Nova Scotia so I can't see my TV or internet usage

@KatieRossco @Rogers We had our modem fail, in a work from home household. Called Rogers to see if I could get data overages on my phone forgiven for the day. Their solution? Try to upsell me on a new cell phone plan. They are unbelievable.

@ItsDeanBlundell @merry123459 @Rogers The problem consumers have is the lack of competition in Canada telecoms, they don't give a care about what customers think. Same with Cogeco, Bell.

@RogersHelps It’s showing something like “please contact Rogers to allow wifi calling” and when I spoke to a tech specialist on the website they said it’s a “known issue” and that people are working on it. Calls and texts are fine when I’m in service but I’m not in service when I’m in my apt

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Scotiabank. Customer service is dead. It has left the building.
