Monarch Butterfly (@savemilkweed) reported@Rogers FYI- after over 2hrs waiting to talk with a person still only in online chat because there is literally no way to talk to a real person- I got a follow up text that said sorry the issue was “resolved” but couldn’t pinpoint the cause. Are you even checking anything?
