I pay over $100/mo for my phone. I get between 2 and 3 weeks of marginal service and then another 1 to 2 weeks (until my data resets) it’s throttled so badly that I can’t even use Spotify. When are Canadians going to get affordable, unlimited, UNTHROTTLED plans? @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Can't wait to get my bill! Seeing no discount for this outage is angering because when your a day late and they bombard you with auto dialed calls demanding payment and then charge u obscene amounts for paying a few days late. #timetoswitchtobell?

If I were on the @RogersHelps social media team today, I would just turn the computer off and go away. Clearly, they're not being given any information to actually help people or at least to help manage the crisis. Just sign off, go home, and let the executives manage this.
