    @cco8226 @RealAndyLeeShow @RogersHelps Well, if you were a lowly paid support person in the Philippines, and your take home pay was based on how many calls you could handle in a day, wouldn't you give people the same answer? It's all about volume. Helpful advice is completely optional.

    @RogersHelps This is a great reason to switch to Bell or Telus. Rogers infrastructure is horrible in terms of reliability, management and commitment to quality. What is this, the third time in 5 years Rogers has had a major outage? Telus and Bell at 0 in the same time frame.

    @RogersHelps When are my cell services going to be fixed??? 2+ weeks of calls dropping/not getting through, with no answers from Rogers - "everything is fine," "tower is down," "everything is fine." We live between Owen Sound and Meaford, ON. FIX THIS!!!

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps We lost a lot of buisness yesterday because of this . You guys need to act and do something about this . I except nothing less then 6 months of free service or else myself and a lot of other business are heading over to bell
