Rohit Kumar (@rohitt25) reported@Rogers I felt cheated as my contract is breached by you - I signed my contracg at $35 and my bill is double. Though, I confirmed with customer service twice and got assurances, but I got charged doubled.

Carolee Herbert (@Cherbert50) reported@Rogers Too bad you folks never pick up the phone! Tried to get a hold of Roger’s/Shaw for 3 days with wait times on hold of 2-3 hrs finally giving up each day! Cancelling services if I can ever get a hold of someone. Customer since 2005. So sad!!!
