@AskPayPal Canadian customer here and reporting that MFA codes for my PayPal login attempts are NOT coming in. Is this related to the @Rogers service outage in Canada?

I came back home and found my @Rogers router back to factory reset!!!! What a mess @rogers sending a remote reset operation over the network. Now imagine the less tech savvy users they are still out I am sure.

Not an @Rogers customer (ditched mobile srvc 14 years ago, crap in BC) but all that went sideways the other day has sure brought forth and rightfully so, the conversation about deregulation and allowing others in. The @CRTCeng is complicit with these companies. #rogersoutage

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers In fairness, it could have happened to any carrier. But if someone wanted to ensure 911 access they can’t rely on cell only service and need to have a landline to mitigate the risk. But many (including me) don’t want a landline.

@RogersHelps Here's what happens when your social listening bot is tuned more for damage control than customer service and advocacy.

@CFHarrisNet @RogersHelps Business is business, and when we do business we can't work with approximations, we need stability andconstantly deliver.

Reading posts by friends who still don't have their Rogers Internet. Recalling the @rogershelps CSR who said, as a client, I have no right to Internet service from them, & later their CSR who said "you'll be back" when I cancelled cable & switched to an Internet reseller.

@Rogers When are you going to get this outage fixed?! It's been 3 days man. My area still has no service, internet, cable or wifi. I hope you're going to owe your clients back something cause of this outage.
