What a JERK! He has NO CALL BACK NUMBER, and expects disabled people to wait ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR just to say "Yes that's OK". Abusive!

Also to the CCTS to ask about options of getting out of a contract due to poor service. If Bell will offer me a significant enough discount, I might eat the cancellation fee.

The ONLY reason the Jays went so far last year was Shapiro and Atkins were at the end of their contracts and would have been let go of the team sucked again.
