    @Rogers @RogersHelps Be better. Internet speeds incredibly slow, was “transferred to another agent” and waiting half an hour and counting. I’d rather pull my own teeth out than deal with your customer service.

    Been on the line with them for 2 hours now, only to tell me something they could have in 10 minutes. Completely unacceptable! Clearly they don't value a customer's time at all! @Rogers

    @Rogers I ordered my iPhone 12 pro max with phone channel and customer service said Sonos just who apply online channel. And you said all channel. Why you guys have different informations. How can I get my Sonos speaker :(

    @RogersHelps helping a friend out - they’ve been charged $200 a month for cell phone service for several years. $100 charges in extra data when they use less then 100MB/month. CS said they can’t do anything to compensate for the horrible overcharges. This isn’t right.

    @RogersHelps Been Rogers customer for 20+ years with two internet packages for two homes n yet the bill keeps going up annually. I look through ur website I didn't come across anything related to home internet deals. I even get emails but never got anything good. How do u expect to help?

    @FibeBell Fix your ******* WiFi. You're getting worse than @RogersHelps and that really takes some doing.
