@Rogers Worst customer service ever. Reserved a device on the app which they charged me for. I called to cancel, got transferred to multiple departments, spent 3 hours on the phone with these folks trying to get my money refunded and they couldn’t.And the end they hang up my call

@RogersHelps Service went down an hour ago, did the usual and tried restarting the modem but no dice. Second light will either go light blue or dark blue, the third light will blink and not connect, then it restarts again. Been like this for an hour. Any ideas? I'm in Toronto.

@Rogers why it is called MOVE IN service when you need to change and have NEW EQUIPMENT, NEW PLAN And NEW SERVICE. It should be more like new activation!!!!!!!
