Andrew Wade (@AspieAndy) reported from Dieppe, New Brunswick@RogersHelps Hi I was just wondering if there are any known outages in Dieppe, NB? My internet and cable are down and I'm trying to figure out if it's an area issue or if I'm having technical problems. Thanks

Rusty Shackleford (@PhysicsIsMyGame) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@Rogers This is the third time this week your shotty internet services are down. It's impossible to work from home like this. Your partial credit for every day that it's down doesn't cover mine or my spouse's lost wages. Get it together, please!
-
Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New BrunswickDear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow
-
Patrick Buick (@pdbuick) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.
-
Adam Lund (@hotshot8774) reported from Moncton, New Brunswick@mcknight_david @MonctonWildcast @nick_ph7 @alangdon17 @Bell @Rogers That’s very true, and something you don’t think about until u move from the region But streams are a way to watch for sure, but most games that are “regional” are starting at 11pm soooo it’s not the worst haha

DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable
-
@HolyDegenerate (@RandySaretzky) reported@RogersHelps Absolutely inexcusable service. Canada has the highest cell bills in the world and hands down the worst service . I’ll cancel my payment and you Roger’s can chase me down for payment. my recommendation is NEVER SIGN UP WITH ROGERS nightmare
-
caitlen (@caitlennn) reported@RogersHelps is there an outage in Brampton? Router is flashing orange & also data is lagging extremely
-
Shye K (@ShyeKlein) reported@Rogers You have fired hundreds of employees and changed your agents with an ai unable to help with my issues, for 3 days i have called to resolve a phone number transfer issue and your ai system keeps hanging up. I would like help with your nonsensical service before I cancel.
-
Robert Dobalina (@VickVinegar007) reported@1987boy25 @AustonStachews @Rogers The market sets the price. If those don’t sell they’ll lower them. The problem is the people buying them
-
joe faddoul (@joefaddoul7) reported@Rogers @DirkSwagger I would love to get some support also. How does one actually achieve this with your company?
-
Sydella (@newfiegirlrules) reported@RogersHelps The pictures were lost in the phone switch over. But as explained for hours in a previous call to customer service. I have no reason to send back a broken phone we pay insurance to replace if damaged. Our phones live in an otterbox or Speigen cases with screen protectors.
