Vince Power (@vincepower) reported from Moncton, New BrunswickDear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

An hour and a half later, after talking with two sales associates and two associates on the phone, no one can help. Told to phone CC again. @Rogers HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE! (4/4)
-
Paul MacIntyre (@MacintyreP20931) reportedIt's not reasonable to be in line for over 60min to buy a coffee, clothes, vehicle etc. So why is it acceptable to be on hold for 60min plus waiting for someone from @Rogers to come on the line? If you sell a product, you should employ enough ppl to handle customer service.
