    Dear @RogersHelps why can I not upgrade my phone within 30 days of changing my address? I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and that loyalty is worthless apparently. This is not how you keep customers. @telusmobility might be getting a new customer tomorrow

    @gregnine1963 @Rogers @NHL Fido does not have customer service training! Harassing a senior that has health issues over something he never made a payment on billing address I never lived there! I told them this they don’t care not paying for something I never paid for once or used broken phone Fido sux
