CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@icetrillium @RogersHelps Was your phone available from Rogers? If not, it may not be able to use voLTE for calling. If that's the case, it would need to switch to 3G network for calls. Try disabling voLTE or HD calling or even LTE to see if that helps

Offered only 5days credit. So she gets hustled. She been w @RogersHelps for 40yrs. great customer Service.

Couldn't even take off the $3 which would be like her saving $36 a dollar. Is $36 dollars worth losing a customer that long? And When she doesn't need Disney+ they don't have anything to offer?
