    @City_tv FIX your CRAPP. It keeps failing, shutting down Google/Android version as soon as opened. SINCE Jan 1st. BTW @Rogers & @RogersHelps saying I should have bought an i-phone is Bogus! FIX the APP.

    @RogersHelps @EnochPang That’s a pretty vague statement for service that dropped 7 hours ago. This is wide spread in the GTA based on outage maps. Some insight into issues and service recovery would be appreciated. Thanks

    @RogersHelps what horrible service from Rogers. No service all day. I hope u will be giving me back my data I had to use for my son to attend his online classes today? Had to put my iPad in hotspot service to allow this and to watch tv. Not impressed at all.

    Update: So it’s > than 1.5 hours & now on a NEW ‘Hold’ que w @Rogers after technical support could NOT help me:so I was transferred. Im on hold again w/o even the option of a call back.... I know it’s snowing @Rogers Ignite, but my bills should reflect Actual Service!
