    @RogersHelps Rogers internet is down at my building (35 Finch Ave E), please look into it. Rebooted modem and only one light flashing + power light

    @Sandi_Mc @gmbutts @Rogers Oh wow, sorry! Our Nextbox just got better yesterday after complaining for over a week about sound and picture issues. They kept telling us it was our problem but we kept saying it is all the neighbours, it cannot be just our problem. They did send a crew up and voila no issues!

    @RogersHelps The Nintendo switch connects fine to my personal hotspot on my phone but will not connect to the wifi ever since the filter your service person put on

    I’d love to know why I pay @rogers $300 a month to have full bars in LTE in downtown Toronto and still I can hardly load anything. Everything freezes. Don’t @ me with restarting **** cause it’s been done. Trash as usual.

    @Rogers Hey Rogers, why are you billing me / sending me to collections for a PREPAID account that I stopped using? I've spent hours on the phone & online chat trying to reach someone that can help, and I keep getting hung up on, or told that I need to speak to someone else.
