@RogersHelps Pretty milk toast response. “Not fun” is an under statement. I was over billed and need to have a conversation with a CSR so it can be settled. I guess the only solution is to continue not having fun by waiting 2 hours on hold. I’m not on contract anymore so hello Bell??

1 hour to talk to an agent to get assistance, 40 min hold to get issue solved, call got disconnected in the middle of the process, agent doesn’t call me back and I’m waiting AGAIN on the line for another hour… @Rogers 👎
