    They are scamming retirees like my mother and this is completely unfair! I am demanding an explanation of this ridiculous error and a complete refund. @Rogers is about to lose a +20 years loyal customer because of their idiocy and negligence.

    This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! @Rogers suddenly charged my mother, who is a retiree, 10 times higher than her usual billing cost! They made so many changes that my mother NEVER agree/consent to nor were COMMUNICATED about!

    Same run around with @Rogers Dropped internet multiple times this week. Can't wait until I get a request for another DM to explain the issue. @RogersHelps No ETA. No updates as promised. Tired and exhausted fighting for this stuff.

    @RogersHelps Ignite TV is not working, on two TVs and on the iPhone app. It’s been like this since the afternoon, despite restarting boxes.

    @Rogers have INCLUDED a number that is non-existing and unassociated to my mother's mobile account! I just called @Rogers, speaking to one of their customer service representative who sounded like they just woke up from sleeping on the job.
