According to them my payments are not enough and they want all or nothing. Been with rogers 25+ years with no issues with payments and now all the sudden every month my account is suspended and then they charge me $80.00 everytime to restore it and not mention the 2 months of a close to $900.00 bill because they never sent me a reminder about the promotions that ended which is why I fell behind in the first place. Ceo changed and they wanted a bigger profit so they laid off a majority of the Canadian staff in favour of the cheaper labour outside of north america
