Don't expect them to come through on that. Their wifi 6 modem has the same issue their AC one had with concrete walls. Their mesh pods can't be hardwired 😢

Why haven’t telecoms companies made agreements w/each other to ensure service during outages-it works for travel, why not at home?? It’s 2022.
