    The solution was for @RogersHelps to give me a phone number I obviously already have. I called 30 days before the move. The nice person I spoke to asked for my new address, checked and said “yes, we serve that location. Installation will be easy.”

    @RogersHelps The conference line was only at that number and area code, so I didn't have another one to use. Our rescheduled meeting will use an alternative number, but this shouldn't have been an issue in the first place, especially since this was an important work conference call.

    @asekander @Rogers My 7 is still going strong as well but the new camera sure looks nice. Since they no longer slow the older phones to a crawl with each iOS update, I haven’t had a reason to upgrade.

    @RogersBiz @RogersHelps just reiterating the fact that your new online reservation system is an absolute farce. Not sure how you can take 6 days to ship a phone when I was 3rd in queue to get it and reserved early. Meanwhile all the local stores have the phone in stock. Awful.

    @RogersHelps Save the patronizing bs. Happens too often. And because of the piss poor outside cable install by @Rogers @RogersHelps @Bell can't install without significant work. A 20+ year Customer /former employee and you've negated any goodwill.

    @RogersHelps I do not have family sharing plan Never subscribed to such plans always had issues with my e-mail and my password Had some kind of unknown files and some kind of users Safari would never connect to my network

    @RogersHelps Yes for Apple replaced this I phone for me and I still had issues with your SIM card everything is closed now only twitter is alive and whatsapp

    I have been using a @rogers unlimited plan for a few weeks now. I he speed it drops you down to after your “premium time” is unusable. It really is just a regular plan. Disappointing.

    God help me, but I love awards shows. Too bad I’m missing the #Emmys2019 because @RogersHelps couldn’t send someone able to hook up internet/tv in the middle of Toronto despite me waiting for 2 appointments. (1 was a no show.)

    @freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.

    @RogersHelps I got an email saying it “was being shipped” and to click the UPS link to track it, but you don’t provide any tracking number. The system is bad I don’t care about the wait

    @BordeauBrigitte @RogersHelps I dumped them in 2010, always overbilling by $100s of dollars, once they sent m a bill for $2,011 for one month took 4 hours on the phone to sort that one out it drops down to 10% of that , the real debt owing
