They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I was just making sure people knew the risks of using Rogers and working from home as Rogers will do nothing!

Apparently they upgraded my neighbourhood last week… made no difference. Pay for 1 GB download speeds. I get 30-40 MB.

Jo (@cherrypinkpeony) reported@RogersHelps Hydro, natural gas, driver’s licence, health card, banks etc - literally took < 5 minutes each to change my address/move my service. I must have called Rogers 3-4 times trying to set up this move … last phone call was over an hour wait. It’s the ONLY company that was a hassle.
