@RogersHelps I just spend 22 minutes and 2 transfers across CSRs to receive a credit of $6 on my account for todays services and was informed it was “a gesture of good will”. To be clear…the good will gesture is me not switching to Bell after all the down time this past month.

Someone from @Bell_Aliant called us and offered us an amazing package deal since we just walked our service back and we accepted the deal but it never happened and now bell won't give it to us. Awful. @Rogers sounding nice right about now.
