    @RogersHelps your streaming service is so bad. I have tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge), and it still buffers every few seconds and freezes for minutes at a time. What's the deal?

    @RogersHelps Tried the self-help, it didn't work, the chat gave me the number to call and evidently was wrong, he switched me to business that says they have a backlog and hang up on me! It should be very simple especially when adding services

    @RogersHelps Thanks for replying. The issue isn't that cancellations have to be done by phoneโ€”it's that I've been on hold for well over an hour trying to reach someone. Sales answered immediately, but customer service hasn't.

    @RogersHelps @nestapendragon This is ridiculous. If your tech cut the lines, he can easily splice them. You can not damage service and simply leave it. I, as the lead telecom tech for a major city, would never conduct myself with this egregious level of unprofessionalism. How low can you go Rogers?

    @RogersHelps Somehow they are not there today. Still my wasting two hours on hold is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! You say that your technical support is open 24/7 which suggests you will actually answer the call! Iโ€™m seriously looking at other carriers now.
