    @babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

    @Rogers please cancel internet services for my account 903312643. I have been on call to speak to someone for an hour but can’t get through. Pathetic customer service. At least share an email where I can send my request to cancel internet services.

    And after an hour of waiting for “Lloyd” to come back I was on the phone with a woman who just hung up on me from @Rogers Customer Care… I will be cancelling all three lines and my home services. An absolute waste of 10 hours over 3 months! Rogers needs to be cancelled! Period!

    @wchay3 @G_l_i_t_c_h_e_d @Rogers They told me I can return everything but I'll be charged & I won't get my credit for the phone that they took from me. If I want my credit then I have to stay with them & pay for the plan from my old phone until they issue the credit even though I won't have a phone with them.

    @RogersHelps Less than stellar doesn’t even begin to describe my fourth interaction in three months, and 10 hours wasted just to be hung up on for the SAME concerns that J have called about which weee ROGERS ERRORS from September 2022!
