Sydella (@newfiegirlrules) reported@RogersHelps The pictures were lost in the phone switch over. But as explained for hours in a previous call to customer service. I have no reason to send back a broken phone we pay insurance to replace if damaged. Our phones live in an otterbox or Speigen cases with screen protectors.
