Finally get on, basically tells me to wait for 35 mins only to provide a reference number to fix a simple billing issue. The level of service is at an all time low. What are you guys doing????

I WFH so I need reliable internet (which is why I chose Rogers). Today my internet failed entirely, and I'm having to hotspot. Closest tech visit is Monday. unacceptable.

Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.

Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.

Daisy E. Birch (@DaisyBirch59) reportedSo I was part of internet outage that affected parts of Ottawa. @Rogers claimed the outage was due to vandalism. I called the Rogers 800 number and was greeted by an AI chatbot. Rogers has laid off 900-1000 employees and are now using AI. Not cool.
