@babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

@RogersHelps I think I have paid my last bill. I can’t afford you anymore. Any suggestions folks for cheaper cable and home phone and internet and I need to leave #Virgin and find a cell phone service and new cell phone.

@RogersHelps Rogers chat got back to me. Told me Rogers is doing equipment upgrades in my area and to expect intermittent service until 5pm. Ok, that's fine but it would have been helpful if Rogers would have communicated this to its customers to allow us to make alternative arrangements

@Rogers @RogersHelps I am traveling abroad and trying to use your Roma like home feature. Doesn't work. Called support line and get an answer that fue to technical difficulties you can't answer my phone now. Isn't this a 24x7 support line? Why charge $14/day if you can't fix?

Hey @RogersHelps? Is there an outage in Bradford right now? My home internet is down, and I REALLY need it to be up this afternoon... Virtual “Anna” isn't helpful, and the live agent is taking too long to pick up. (Also, will you be automatically applying a bill credit?)
