The new system moves to a standby screen at 5 hours if it thinks no one is watching it. My old mom does not know know how to channel the move the remote to stop this from happening. We need a new TV box, so wife calls and waits, and waits, then gets a guy who says he'll fix it by reprogramming it, and to call back if further problems arise...which they did the first time we tried to use it. Now it's another phone call and a wait..WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CALL BACK FEATURE?? You're supposed to be a communications company and you SUCK at it. You NEVER follow up...
