Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.

I knew it was the line outside that needed to be replaced but they wouldn’t listen or knew what to do. Finally after 3 months and 5or 6 indoor technicians it got fixed. No compensation.

After almost 50 years as a loyal customer, I cancelled all my Roger’s services after they contracted out their customer service to people that are clueless and always give contradicting info
