    @babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

    @RogersHelps I think I have paid my last bill. I can’t afford you anymore. Any suggestions folks for cheaper cable and home phone and internet and I need to leave #Virgin and find a cell phone service and new cell phone.

    One hour and 45 minutes later someone from Customer Care is finally on the line. I have to start all over again with him. Ask me how much I hate @Rogers ... go ahead, ask me. 🤬

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Called last week, on hold 1hr 25mins. Agent did not resolve issue. Its absurd and unacceptable that Canadians are held hostages by these telecoms. They have no problem taking exorbitant fees from us but have issues providing the service that go along with the cost @FP_Champagne.

    @treverleblond @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Isn’t it wild? Terrible takes and constant negativity. You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Cdhd123 @Rogers gotta love "one view" no more Vision 21 access. so ya everything needs a manager now. I used to have V21 access and never needed a manager. Unless it was revenue based.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

    PSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.
