  @Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.

You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here.   @RogersHelps Your frontline support team already wasted 5 hours 35 minutes of my day. I have tallied all calls and AI chats and there are such long queues that end with being cut off. It is despicable disrespect for your clients’ time and lives. Your CEO made $15.45 Million last yr. HIRE MORE
