    @babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

    @RogersHelps I think I have paid my last bill. I can’t afford you anymore. Any suggestions folks for cheaper cable and home phone and internet and I need to leave #Virgin and find a cell phone service and new cell phone.

    @Denrite_Mech @Rogers Agree, but I know for a fact I’m one of the few people in my circle who EVER calls customer retention and pushes back… how many Canadians are over paying because they have bills on direct payment & never call in about plans or competition prices? We are soft.

    Sooooo... I called TV Tech Support "your estimated wait time is: between 1 1/2hrs and 2hrs" EXCELLENT! Customer Service - ONCE AGAIN - demonstrated AT. IT'S. BEST! #RogersHelps > "I'll be the judge of that!" *Imma already exhausted. "Verbal abuse of the Tech Team NOT Tolerated!

    @RogersHelps Its not yesterdays problem. Service still hasn't been fully recovered. I lost money on Friday because of this. How much do you think you cost Canadians because of this. Time to break up the monopolies
