    @babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

    @RogersHelps I think I have paid my last bill. I can’t afford you anymore. Any suggestions folks for cheaper cable and home phone and internet and I need to leave #Virgin and find a cell phone service and new cell phone.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes I am trying to call Rogers for days to cancel part of my plan and as soon as they hear cancel either they cut the line saying all of he agents are busy call later or keep on pushing you on to different agents, no they don’t handle cancellations you have to talk to customer se
