  • karynhynes Karyn Hynes (@karynhynes) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

I typically always have a good experience dealing with Rogers customer service but the last 3 calls have been so brutal and I’ve gotten nowhere. @RogersHelps

  • Laineygirl Elaine (@Laineygirl) reported from Woolwich, Ontario

@RogersHelps - shocking I know, but Ignite TV is down AGAIN! I was trying to watch @BlueJays - another Rogers owned company, but your service is so terrible I can’t! #irony #ignitetvsucks #comepickupyourequipment

  • TheHowitzer9000 TheHowitzer (@TheHowitzer9000) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

I’ll be dropping @RogersHelps internet tomorrow and going 3rd party ISP once again. Could be the biggest NBA game in Canadian history and Rogers ******* app SN Now sucks once again. Missed a half hour of this game because of your shitty website.

  • AidenPurcell Aiden Purcell (@AidenPurcell) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

When you have been a @Rogers wireless customer for nearly 20 years and you call not once but twice (2 questions) and get quotes to cancel your service because it's too expensive and there are better offers out there and no one even tries to convince me to stay..easy choice

  • diva701 Caroline Wolff (@diva701) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Hey Sean, add @RogersHelps to your @DAZNSucks twitter page... just as bad, actually worse as people can’t even log in! @RogersHelps sucks! Never thought I would say a company is worse for media streaming than @dazn_ca but here we are!

  • karynhynes Karyn Hynes (@karynhynes) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

I try my best to be super nice to customer service reps because I’ve been there and the job can be awful.... but @RogersHelps CSR’s from the call centres turn me into that ******* everyone hates.

  • thechadrsmith Chad R. Smith (@thechadrsmith) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

  • AndyCWood Andy Wood (@AndyCWood) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

@RogersHelps my ignite tv, internet, and home phone went down this morning. #sad

  • Laineygirl Elaine (@Laineygirl) reported from Woolwich, Ontario

@babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

  • SallySarachman Sally Sarachman (@SallySarachman) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Andy_Babensee @Rogers We just had it installed yesterday after a year of problems with our nextbox. With no TV again tonight, my husband and I literally almost ran out of things to talk about - until we started chatting about switching to Bell.

  • kevin_maltby Kevin (@kevin_maltby) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

But that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.

  • LorenPadelford Loren Padelford (@LorenPadelford) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Hey @Rogers your process to help customers when their phone number is stolen is seriously broken. You leave customers at signifcant risk for further fraud for no reason. Super disappointing and dangerous.

  • Toyotasrgr8cars M (@Toyotasrgr8cars) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps very annoyed Rogers, 4 days of no service, now today having issues with my phone yet again, only to find out it’s a network outage, wow might be time to head over to freedom mobile. Tried resetting my phone, resetting network settings, re-instal SIM card

@pizz1986 @Sportsnet @Raptors @RogersHelps Exactly, zero issues on the TSN app when they have the games.... zero. @RogersHelps is shitting the bed tonight big time. Going to be a lot of cancellations tomorrow. **** you Rogers!

  • TheHowitzer9000 TheHowitzer (@TheHowitzer9000) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

A huge **** you to @RogersHelps and their SN Now that no one can access because they have shitty tech from the 90’s. @Sling saves the day again!

  • SchieckKaren Karen Schieck🇨🇦 (@SchieckKaren) reported from Woolwich, Ontario

@RogersHelps I think I have paid my last bill. I can’t afford you anymore. Any suggestions folks for cheaper cable and home phone and internet and I need to leave #Virgin and find a cell phone service and new cell phone.

  • WhiplashHimself 🇨🇦 Mr. Whiplash 🇨🇦 (@WhiplashHimself) reported

Wow… @RogersHelps Once my term is up, I am taking my business elsewhere. I defended the company and remained a customer for 12 years. And this is what happens? Absolutely pathetic. Can’t get with the times. That’s your fault. Maybe Bell or Telus will be better options?

  • Scscottish Ian Williams (@Scscottish) reported

@RogersHelps hi, I’m trying to help a handicapped friend in the 416 install their new Ignite kit. The modem is flashing yellow. What does that mean. We have setup the MyRogers and linked account. Should the provided pad be enough to login or does the modem need a pwd too?

  • winemaker1960 cliff wardle (@winemaker1960) reported

@RogersHelps Sorry, my friend in Mississauga says her Internet is down. Is there an outage?

  • eweststockboys E W (@eweststockboys) reported

Hey @Rogers when you order a movie on Rogers on Demand don’t you have to put in a code? How was my 16 month toddler able to order A movie? Worst part is we didn’t even watch it because we didn’t know he ordered.

  • FreePasghetti Tenacious N (@FreePasghetti) reported

@wilmot786 @mack3636 @Rogers I complained about the wait time and they suggested that the schedule a call back feature or using the web chat are the quickest ways to get service.

  • BelleKathybelle Kathy Belle (@BelleKathybelle) reported

@Rogers why do I have to wait 1 hour 42 minutes to get something resolved. Still waiting. Second night in a row that I'm hold for rogers. Last night the tech hung up on me. Got new service and there's a problem. But they can't figure it out... this stinks

  • aintyourcuppa (@aintyourcuppa) reported

Been with @Rogers for years. They couldn’t give me the same deal I’ve had for my internet. Being a loyal customer doesn’t mean anything anymore. That’s fine. I cancelled my services. Good riddance.
