@RogersHelps very annoyed Rogers, 4 days of no service, now today having issues with my phone yet again, only to find out it’s a network outage, wow might be time to head over to freedom mobile. Tried resetting my phone, resetting network settings, re-instal SIM card

  • craiger_c
Craig Campbell (@craiger_c) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

@RogersHelps any ETA on when the latest session timeout/unable to log in issues with the MyRogers app for iOS may get resolved? Maybe time for a new and reliable developer?? @rogers

  • scoghlin
S.Coghlin (@scoghlin) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Hi @Rogers fix the internet in Kitchener-Waterloo already. I don't pay my bill every other month, so let's get this stabilized!

Thanks @Rogers for being a useless service.

  • pixl_frames
PixlFrames | Veni, Vidi, Cepi (@pixl_frames) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Hey @RogersHelps why is it that a 10 yr loyal customer pays $96 for the EXACT same service that is offered to a 1 yr customer for $60?

  • AidenPurcell
Aiden Purcell (@AidenPurcell) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

When you have been a @Rogers wireless customer for nearly 20 years and you call not once but twice (2 questions) and get quotes to cancel your service because it's too expensive and there are better offers out there and no one even tries to convince me to stay..easy choice

  • kaylacforget_
KaylaChristina (@kaylacforget_) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

For the amount of times service has gone down (and long periods of time) this week in my area, @Rogers should be offering their customers a bill credit....yeah right 🤣 PS. I still don’t have my services back. Doubt they’re going to pay the overages on my cellular bill 🙃

  • TheGospelOfChad
Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Another day of the week ending in "y" and another lie fed to me by Rogers. I was assured multiple times by phone and DM that the work order to fix my cable TV issue would be fixed by Tuesday July 13th. Just checked and all my channels are still out.

  • TheHowitzer9000
TheHowitzer (@TheHowitzer9000) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

@pizz1986 @Sportsnet @Raptors @RogersHelps Exactly, zero issues on the TSN app when they have the games.... zero. @RogersHelps is shitting the bed tonight big time. Going to be a lot of cancellations tomorrow. **** you Rogers!

  • karynhynes

I typically always have a good experience dealing with Rogers customer service but the last 3 calls have been so brutal and I’ve gotten nowhere. @RogersHelps

  • JoshBroderick17

Thanks a lot @RogersHelps gotta love not having internet because you guys messed up my account. Would love some proper Service from your credit operations department.

  • TheKarltopia
Karl Zenith Nieva (@TheKarltopia) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

@RogersHelps This was pathetic. I'm pretty bad about this. With all the technology that you guys advertise, the fact that you don't have a Call Back option is mind boggling.

  • 1_bande
Brenda Atchison 🇨🇦 (@1_bande) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Thanks for your help all worked out. Sorry I thought that I had DM’d that.

  • TheKarltopia
Karl Zenith Nieva (@TheKarltopia) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

@marty_d_ @Rogers I figured as much. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a system issue. Looks like a capacity issue

  • dantran88
dantran 🇨🇦 (@dantran88) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps your pay as you go feature is extremely challenging and difficult to sign up for. And no one in the Rogers stores can help guide me?!

  • gastropod225061
Allan Thompson (@gastropod225061) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

I'm glad that Rogers Communications got rid of the hiccup from yesterday blackout, but not happy that OLG still had numbers drawing even though their system was down all day 🙃😔🙃that some of us couldn't get to play there numbers for any game @Rogers @OLG_CA

  • gastropod225061
Allan Thompson (@gastropod225061) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@vidman hey Dan what do you do when Sub Contractors from @Rogers Communication can't seem to be able to fix a issue with your house phone which has been down since Thursday night, look at by 3people on the weekend, still not working, talking to someone on phone doesn't help either

  • AbhaK24
    a k (@AbhaK24) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

    @FidoSolutions , @Fidomobile , @Rogers #fidodown #rogersdown no network since midnight of 19th April for call + data .

  • kevin_maltby
Kevin (@kevin_maltby) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

But that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.

Rogers Issues Reports

  • beem3er
    Gobi Anpalagan (@beem3er) reported

@Rogers Communications Just had internet issues and called tech support—only to be told the system they use to check connections is also down. So… nobody can actually check anything right now? Feels like the blind leading the deaf.

  • aap53
    Andy Potter (@aap53) reported

@RogersHelps That comes up with nothing. The myRogers(Shaw) app tells me there is an outage but when more details are requested there is nothing.

  • DegenApeDev
    DegenApeDev (@DegenApeDev) reported

@40PlusImmigrant @Rogers I've always known these guys were the enemy which is why I cancelled my service after they bought Shaw.

  • sanwins

@MelissaLMRogers Holy crap indeed. Just think, your painful support calls will now be handled by "Akash from Nova Scotia". @rogers sucks.

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers USA Blackstone owns a big piece Rogers & service doesnt exist; called twice told call back lines busy, bill wrong for 4th time (still try fix), many CDN employees GONE replaced by international call centres & $5/month price hike for no reason. @CanadianPM 🇨🇦run competition pls

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?
