@RogersHelps Hi, just wondering if you are having issues in St John’s NL area the evening, no matter what channel I have on every 1-2 minutes the show skips to black for about 1second.

@RogersHelps hi! My dad is currently on hold with Rogers right now, but I was wondering if I could get some help on here :) We're looking to switch my number from being the main to his being the main-- is that something you guys are able to do?

@RogersHelps You should really rethink your hold-line message - hearing the talk about exceptional service for almost five hours between calls this week while getting zero progress on an issue you’ve admitted fault for seems exceptionally ironic.

When @rogers won’t get back to your internet provider @startca to provide a tech to fix their line... so you just make besties with all the start customer service folks from your frequent calls.

Why does the @rogers website continue to be the worst? I'm just trying to remove device protection from my phone, which is now too old to need it. But the site says I have to call? It's literally a 2 click process, now turned into a 20 minute call. WHY.

Apparently an issue being sent to the “same day escalation team” means you don’t get a call on the same day. Seems suspect, but so does a lot of things about how @Rogers operates I guess..

My household has been having major issues with @rogers this month — several internet/cable outages a day, super slow connection — we’ve had technicians by multiple times and things have been replaced but nothing has improved. Anyone else dealing with these issues?
