    @RogersHelps Hi Eric. I spoke with two different Technical Support reps and both told me they could not help me because I wasnโ€™t a customer. I have already been on hold for 2.5 hours, I am not calling back to wait on hold again. If someone can contact me, I will speak to them.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account thatโ€™s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!
