    @Rogers you have the worst service ever- talking to tech support on live chat and you shut down my internet and disconnected me and now I have nothing- not just crappy speed!!

    @RogersHelps sitting on a phone for 30 mins to more than an hour to speak to a human is ridiculous. After more than 9 hrs on the phone over 3 days and still problem not fixed!

    @Bell_Aliant in the amount of time I've been waiting on hold for a supervisor I managed to get ahold of @Rogers , discuss my Tv and internet options and book an install. Awesome customer service guys.

    @Rogers I’ve been a customer with Rogers for 26 years & last week a retention manager by the name of Louise was so rude that once all the recorded phone calls I requested & had with Rogers personnel are received & reviewed...I’ll be requesting 2 years free service with a new iPhone or 👋🏼

    @RogersHelps Are there known issues with MyRogers? On both the website and the app I'm not able to view any of my service details, it says I have 0 TV channels and such.

    @XVG_Alchemist @RogersHelps North work has been outages for 5 days and two years on top of that of weekly outages in so ******* over them! I upgraded my phone plan to 20gb and I’m already over cause this internet never works

    @RogersHelps It's still there. And it looks like I can still view my bill and things like that. It's just the Internet and TV details giving me problems.
