    @RogersHelps @ChristineHems10 If nothing has been working for 24 hours, mobile data, texting, phone, any advice on what to do in the case of needing emergency services?

    @RogersHelps you guys advertise availability of Yankees vs White Sox today on MLB Extra Innings but it’s only on Prime Video (which I also have through Rogers) but only in the NE States. Is there a solution?

    @RogersHelps you really make it very difficult for non English speaking elderly who are alone and do not have a computer or cell phone to do business with you. It’s as though you want them to be without service on purpose.

    @RogersHelps Hello - thanks for the reply. We didn't have a Hydro issue in this immediate area, but understand that it could have happened to Rogers equipment elsewhere. Also - our internet (and therefore, TV services) came back up at 4pm. Sat 5/21 @ 1 pm - Sun 5/22 @ ~4pm.

    No phone, no internet, no cell, @rogers you need to do better. Internet is not a luxury but an essential service that requires uptime especially during emergencies. Very disappointed customer.

    @RogersHelps I'm getting a "can't detect cable signal" error, is it related to the current outages

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Over 24 hours without service. No updates, no ETA. NOTHING. 😡 😡 😡 #rogersdown #rogers

    @Rogers An update on when service in Ottawa will be back would be nice. Maybe stop tweeting about hockey long enough to let your paying customers know when they’ll have internet again.

    I’m surprised @Rogers has said nothing about their outage. Even the social media account has been crickets. Do we have any idea when services will return? #Rogers @RogersHelps
