Ever since the outage that @Rogers had. I'm still having problems with my connection. One of you maintenance guys came. Changed a cable and it got worse!!!! I think it's time to change service provider

Hey @RogersHelps I keep getting notified that I am roaming, and I cannot connect back to the Canadian Rogers network. I'm hearing from others they're having the same problem. Currently have no service because I don't want to incur more charges. Fix this!

@mahtabahmed54 @RogersHelps They won’t. They give 3 dollars for 24 hours you think they will care. I mean I renewed then sent to wrong address and I had to drive to get it and they wouldn’t own up to mistake in sending me correct things to cancel phone.

@Rogers @SamsungCanada Very disappointed with your service. My wife's Flip 3 cracked along the fold after 9 months and nobody could tell us if it's covered by warranty. Took it to a Samsung authorized repair depot and was told they don't deal with Flip 3. #poorcustomerservice
