    @RogersHelps I shall. But when I called Friday ~ 8 pm, Rogers told me it was due to a fibre cut. It was Ontario-wide. A person 30 sec drive away from me with Rogers was and is unaffected. The TV and internet are _still not working _ for me. It’s Saturday 3:36 pm now! Sigh.

    @TekSavvyBuzz I heard a rumor that this was the reason for that outage day we had a while back. Did anyone ever get the credit they were supposed to get on their account for that outage day. I sure didn't. @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps The problem is all the lines in my neighborhood are over 20 years old and one by one are failing, so the problem may not even be with my line. Just replace the rest of the old lines in my area all at once to be done with these frequent issues every time another line goes. #CRTC

    @Rogers keeps pedaling their ****** service to my husband and me. Phone calls, door to door sales people, mail etc. What part of no doesn't mean no? When we were with them, they pushed for us to switch our cell phones. Constant calls to get the service. I constantly refused

    @RogersHelps Thanks @RogersHelps . I’m keeping faith this INTERNET *and* TV issue is resolved by 5. I know your technicians are hard at work. :/ I’m really trying to keep faith at least. But you try not being able to fulfill tasks where deadlines need to be met, and have to face this.
