Spent 10+ hours trying to get help but calls keep dropping while waiting to be connected or while talking to reps after waiting for hours. No call back, even though you have my # (@Bell/@TELUS both called back).

robert frank (@RobertCFrank) reported@Rogers We’ve got Rogers Ignite, Bell Fibe isn’t available to us yet. Rogers internet goes down constantly or often long pauses in the signal. We’ve had tech support out many times, still not any better. All wireless services in Canada are extremely overpriced!

Such unbelievable bad form. The whole while he was on with customer service, the promo ad was still up on your website.
