@RogersHelps It’s very sad that your decisions are solely based on your bottom line & not thinking long term for customer retention. You’ve shown no commitment to right what you did wrong. Mr. @Rogers must be rolling in his grave. You are destroying his legacy.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps this is becoming a joke. Still having intermittent (constant) loss of sound and picture on TV and sketchy internet signal. Not to mention still having problems with cell service. When are you going to fix this.

@TheChicken24 @Rogers @supercell no blame the season on this crappy layout. I have complained before but this has to be the worst season yet. So frustrating and can’t go forward takes to much time to collect keys to try to make a move

@RogersHelps @Rogers On Tuesday you called 3 times, yesterday twice harassing me for $ but NOT ONCE DID YOU APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE OUTAGE ON THE WEEKEND. You want me too pay you but where's my credit? I'm ready too leave. I'm NOT ready to pay you after this outage.

@RogersHelps No problem. It took me an hour to switch to Telus the day after, plus I used the opportunity to locking for 2 years with a new phone. Thanks Rogers.

@RogersHelps How about breaking up the monopolies. Break them all up and have some actual competition to bring prices down. No more of this 'infrastructure' BS for why you limit data. C$30 for true unlimited data, calls and texts in Europe. Canadians are ripped off in everything I was shocked

@RogersHelps $15 for another lost day of work because you screwed up your maintenance again? You need to do better, but you wont cause your Rogers. Sincerely future Bell customer.

@markblevis @RogersHelps In all likelihood your wifi is limiting your speed. Consider upgrading to a wifi6 mesh network, especially if you have a large home. Also directly connecting TV(s) to your router with TPE will also free up wifi bandwidth.
