I'm glad I kept my wifi service as a back-up! I might be frantic otherwise, wondering what happened and if we were under attack. Wifi is also amazing to stream music and Netflix! @Rogers

@Rogers people need their phones. You say you’re working quickly but it’s been over 10 hours & you’ve only just bothered to address the issue. This is unacceptable as people still are paying full prices during this pandemic but now have no access to the service they’re paying for
