    So explain to me @RogersHelps why I have roaming off on my phone but it still connects for split seconds randomly and results in roaming charges. And the best solution you have is oh take the sim card out to be sure. That's not an option. Roaming off setting means roaming off.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers A load of hogwash. Why is my Internet down again today @Rogers ? My kids have online school (Post Secondary). Your $2 a day BS refund does not reflect the seriousness. You need to cover the real costs.

    I literally was on hold with customer retention at @Rogers for 40 mins and then the man says "my system is not working and I had to reboot 3 times so can you just call another person?" wow wow
