JMB (@jmb_photography) reported@Rogers knows how to reward loyalty…customer of 20+ years…internet rates go up ~$8 every year. I want a new phone after 3 years of the same phone. Kent Knox (@gunz89) reported@Rogers doesn't service the place we moved to, (Warman,SK from Saskatoon, SK) but are still going to charge us the $400 early cancelation fee. That seems pretty crooked to me. 🤬🤬🤬 @GlobalSaskatoon @ctvsaskatoon

Sh🎯t🌛is🌴urber (@amatoudi) reported@krissiepoo72 @Rogers Correction. It's not a "customer service line". It's a "customer avoidance line".
-
Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!

Ryan Planinshek (@planinshek) reported@Rogers your automated phone system is awful. My mom was disconnected after waiting on hold for 1.5 hours multiple times trying to report a hacked account. Shoutout to the Coquitlam Centre store for finally fixing it in person today, but your phone support needs serious work.
