@RogersHelps I’m now able to go online but there are certain websites (e.g. twitter, prime video, lowes canada, etc…) that I still can’t connect to. Am I alone in this or is everyone also experiencing this problem? Please look into this Rogers. PS: I’m sending this tweet using mobile data.

  • kirstie_drumm Kirstie (@kirstie_drumm) reported

@fischer_catey @jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps Wrong, I’m not in Toronto, actually almost 2 hours east of Toronto and I have service again.

  • SteveJanik1 Steve Janik (@SteveJanik1) reported

@RogersHelps you can stick your measly “credit”you know where. 3 consecutive days of service disruptions here in St. Thomas before this “brown out”. Going to take a lot more to keep this dissatisfied customer of 25+ years content. Retentions dept get ready

  • MrsRose2020 Christine Rose (@MrsRose2020) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers We have no internet in Oshawa even though our modem shows we now should and we can’t call or live chat as you get booted saying it’s too busy. You should be providing an outage map with expected service return times

  • niallison23 Allie 🇨🇦 (@niallison23) reported

@JeremyDBradley @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m not with Rogers for phone service. I’ve always heard it’s crap lol never had trouble with internet until now though.

  • MeanMrWolf MstrWolf (@MeanMrWolf) reported

@RogersHelps Still no service after 31 hours in Markham.

  • CryptoRickPDAO CryptoRick (@CryptoRickPDAO) reported

@ageofsamnft @Rogers I work at one of those banks bro crazy that it took so long to fix this outage.

  • RustyandJohn John Drinking Beer (@RustyandJohn) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m not even a Rogers customer and this is unacceptable to me. I couldn’t connect with family or needed healthcare services all day. Everybody’s impacted by your monopoly. PS your comms people could be heard shutting down the CBC interview when asked about a merger with Shaw.

  • BryanDurham16 Bryan Durham (@BryanDurham16) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers what caused the problem in the first place

  • ahhegab AhHegab (@ahhegab) reported

@RogersHelps The basic idea of a mobile phone, that it doesn’t lose connection in emergencies. I would rather get a GSM or UMTS service rather than loosing everything. Or even partnership with other networks to get a minimum calling services in case of loosing yours! LTE is not enough!
