@RogersHelps Not really sure what the issue is you have a 77-year-old senior that you have cut off from being able to make any emergency calls and rogers hasn’t send anyone out to repair this cut cable what is the problem here look on the file see how many reports you have requesting service

@Rogers twice in a week internet drops mid work day...like come on this is just plain sad. No phone service for hours just a few weeks ago and now unreliable home internet? Supposed to be one of the top providers in the country.

@RogersHelps Do you not have an emergency service department to handle emergency repairs? You have a senior who can’t call 911 if she wanted to. Let me know who I can escalate this to.
