    waiting for @Rogers @rogershelps to do an 'investigation.' i am so completely right on this issue, if they decide to 'collect,' i will not be a happy camper.

    @RogersHelps @snake__rat I've spent over 3 hours on phone since Saturday to schedule installation of my Roger's internet modem. It's been a horrible experience so far. I'm basically paying for internet that I've not received yet, and don't know how long more I have to wait for an agent to respond.

    @RogersHelps Stop trying to pass the buck! I was a Shaw customer years and never received a single marketing call. NOT ONE. Since @Rogers acquired Shaw the calls starting coming and won’t stop no matter how many times I have requested them to cease. You need to lose your license!

    @RogersHelps On hold now 1:40 minutes that is one hour and a half much more than proper customer service. 2 weeks! I got cut off twice yesterday.

    @Rogers how sad is it, you have destroyed 230 peoples lives by cutting jobs, then became the sole owner of Maple Leaf Sports & Ent. All while you farm out your technical support calls to the Philippines! You are nothing but big bullies. Maybe the CEO should have taken a pay cut!

    @DivyDex @RogersHelps Still out. Apparently a cable was inadvertantly cut by a third party construction site. 24 hours w/o internet is terrible - never had this happen before. I hope we all get discounts on our monthly bill.
