waiting for @Rogers @rogershelps to do an 'investigation.' i am so completely right on this issue, if they decide to 'collect,' i will not be a happy camper.

@cc_pover @Apple I wouldn’t trust companies like @Xplornet or @BellAlliant or @Rogers etc. because I don’t wanna have to pay the extra charges 💰 for my iPhone 📱 @Xplornet1 but I would wait until I get my own 5G Service and keep getting new updates for my iPhone 📱 and I keep using @Twitter

But the problem with 5GTechnology is that it comes at a huge price which means that @Bell and @Rogers Provider were definitely within their rights to restrict my 4G Internet Data so they don’t have to keep paying money 💰 for my Internet so I can get better service @RadioIP

@RogersHelps my wife can't call me and I can't call her. I get a message about the call can't be completed. What's the problem now?

once again the @Rogers @Sportsnet app is acting like utter ****. Trying to watch on dely - freezing, jumping making it almost impossible to watch. For a media company you app is an embarrassment

1 of 2. @RogersHelps I'd like to discuss with an agent Rogers' poor execution today of the Rogers Yankee Offer. There's no way for a user to know to take a screenshot of the code or write it down first before tapping on the Rogers mobile in-app notification...

@Rogers you need to do better with customer service. 4 times with AI and no way to speak with anyone.

  • vanriderfan

@landoncreasy @Rogers @RogersHelps Yet they love to take our money for their sub par service and crappy sports teams.

  • MikeDelpieroX
    Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported

@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP

  • valleylily56

@Rogers doesn't have customer service on Sundays now. Their service continues to get worse, more unsolicited scam calls, with fewer options in doing anything about these issues. Not pleased!!! @CRTCeng

  • UberJumper
    Tyler Higgs 🇨🇦🌻 (@UberJumper) reported

Absolutely ridiculous service from @rogers. Two plus hours on hold, 3 transfers, asked to dial a different line, transferred to a closed department and an hour and 50 minutes off and on hold. *still* not resolved. Last person at least tried to help!

    Landon Creasy (@landoncreasy) reported

@RogersHelps @rogers… your team is impossible to reach on the phone. Impossible after three days of trying. #help
