.@RogersBiz Your Customer service is absolutely disgusting. After being transferred and waiting on the Phone for 20+ minutes , someone answered speaking a foreign language and hang up. I’m sick and tired of the bad service. Its annoying trying to get hold of tech support

I hate @Rogers. So they got this new remote control you can talk to..whoopy but the problem is it sucks batteries like crazy and even when the batteries aren't dead cause it uses so much power that you can't use your remote and get stuck not being able to use your TV. Annoying!

@RogersHelps Hi there, really annoyed with the service being provided.We are told that internet is not available due to provisioning issue.Thats not our fault and why should we suffer ? We need internet connectivity today can't loose tomorrow too.Ticket numbers - C169547131 and C169559268
