@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo Looks like this outage has been going on for 13 hours so far. I wasn't notified about the outage and had to look it up. What caused this outage and what is taking so long to fix it? I haven't had an outage this bad with Rogers before so I hope it gets fixed today.
