  • rawbex Rob (@rawbex) reported

@RogersHelps looks like there’s a cell service outage in Pickering. Any idea when service will be back up?

  • menmcdou_cathy CBB (@menmcdou_cathy) reported

@RogersHelps have had no cable or internet in Kitchener since noon when the storm blew in. Power went out for a few seconds but came back on but no cable/internet since. Rogers says there’s no outages. Tell that to all my neighbours. Over 7 hours now. Please fix it!!

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@dmkhan @RogersHelps @Rogers Since there was a power outage, EVERYONE wanted to use cellular services at the same time. Cellular data has a vastly limited bandwidth vs broadband

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@dmkhan @RogersHelps @Rogers One should expect cellular services to be in high demand following a widespread Force of Nature power outage

  • biffeh C'est moi (@biffeh) reported

@Chirag057 @RogersHelps @AbsoluteCooky I don't see why Rogers have removed - read:hidden - their outage map. There's def and outage in your area, as Tekssavvy confirmed this (they're using Rogers infrastructure in Vaughan).

  • zparyani zahir paryani (@zparyani) reported

@mysticcshadow @RogersHelps Nope. It’s always the same story and never any credit for lost time on my bill. #rogersdown

  • YongeSavagePSA 🅂🄴🄽🅂🄴🄸×🅂🄰🅅🄰🄶🄴×🅂🄷🄸🄽🄾🄱🄸 (@YongeSavagePSA) reported

@Fidomobile struggling with my data & @Rogers struggling with my internet. Y'all good? It's giving 2003 blackout

  • UtterlyNutZ Kim (@UtterlyNutZ) reported

@RogersHelps I fail to understand why you can't just post that you are aware of an outage impacting many in the Ottawa/Kanata area thanks to the storm. Stop with the canned response asking for a DM and post an outage notice

  • RamblingMoth Meg (@RamblingMoth) reported

@Rogers internet has been out since the storm in #Guelph are technicians working on the #outage for N1G area? Your outage tracker reports nothing for this area only N1E... it would be nice if you had twitter updates for those of us waiting for hours
