    @RogersHelps tech guy sets up new modem at parents house who R 85 years old and berates them for not knowing system. Unacceptable. Mother was in tears. He only did 2 TVs and they have 3 said other one not needed. Now not working. Over 35 min on phone so far trying to fix

    @JasonHodgson @RogersHelps Going by the last outage, I wouldn't rely on this service. They'll let you know a few days after the internet is restored.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps When are you going to fix the bloody cable, and internet? I switch to Ignite because it was supposed to be better, I have had nothing but problems. It has been down for over two hours now. #RogersIgniteSucks

    @RogersHelps internet & cable are randomly not working. Neighbours had same problem. Water damage at the box that supports our 4 houses. Please send someone to fix asap. 2 neighbours had theirs fixed this week. Repair man said ours was badly damaged.
