@Rogers worst service! Tech issues unsolved, sent to sales pushed upgrades, sent to retention no help, tried cancelling bundle to only keep internet & told I’ll be charged more at 120/month . Theyre website offers internet for 60. But they want to charge me 120. 3 hours on hold!

@mattskala @WomanCorn @RogersHelps Do you know if it was cancelled via rogers or just a port request via another carrier? Generally a lot easier to do the latter for residential service

Is this a deliberate strategy by @Rogers to bill multiple service calls to 3rd party providers like @TekSavvyBuzz? No idea, but 3rd party customers are constantly and systematically treated like crap. Extremely frustrating! Maybe something for you to investigate @CRTCeng 2/2
