    @RogersHelps One of the sensors is not working, a technician came and changed it, but still weโ€™re not able to alarm the system. Weโ€™ve called so many times to no avail. Very frustrating and yes to be on hold for almost 2 hrs is a waste of my time.

    @RogersHelps Iโ€™m an old school, need to talk to someone to make sure my issue is resolved. Please fix your billing customer call line! Itโ€™s not fair to hold the phone for hours with no response. Thank you.

    The amount of times I keep calling @Rogers just to downgrade is ridiculousโ€ฆ @RogersHelps either answer the call, or Iโ€™m canceling my service
