@peeraniflooring @Rogers @RogersHelps Oh no, they won't do a better job. Never. I'm with them over 13 years now and I had too often desperate times with them. They are pulling too much money out of the customers pockets and on the other side they don't have ambitions to serve the customers with an adequate product.

Rogers support is so bad. I had to wait in queue for 15 mins in chat to wait in queue for another 30 mins just to have a text chat?!? I spend hundreds of dollars a month and this is what I get when my damn internet is down. Sigh. @RogersBiz
