    @RogersHelps Hi. I still don't not have internet and haven't for even 5 minutes since the outage. Is isn't going "in n out" like some people, it straight up does not work. When are you actually going to fix this?

    Oooo, that last windows update was a b*tch! Found my box shut down. Reboot came up in safe mode due to "unexpected event". Rebooted again. Took the machine about 20 mins to right itself & finish the updates. Feel your pain, @Rogers!

    @AboutRogers @Rogers It is so frustrating and ridiculous that I even though i have ignite home internet, it’s been down since morning 9am. After today’s outage its better that I switch to other network providers

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps My internet still hasn't worked well since the outage and you wanna give us 5 days credit. I was a new cell customer when the April outage happened last year. Really loosing faith that you will resolve these issues.

    @matt_lamers I have a sliver of hope that the @rogers absolute disaster can set something in motion to fix/nationalize internet access. It’s not an easy fix, but any step away for the cesspool we have currently will help.

    note: we need to have an actual phone line because our @Rogers cell service in our urban neighbourhood rarely works...but that's a whole other complaint thread.
