    @RogersHelps Iโ€™ve sent a dm, modem is flashing orange, rebooted twice and nothing changed, so no internet, tv or home phone. Weโ€™re in Courtice, do you know of problems in our area?

    @RogersHelps Spotty Tv and no internet. Tried rebooting multiple times, still nothing, yet the system says everything is fine, connected and there are no outages in my area. I'm losing the equivalent of three work days because of this. Please help.

    @RogersHelps Internet has been down in Bowmanville for going on 4 hours now. No notifications, response from online portal assistance other than to be passed between departments. Any word on a fix? All the neighbours with Bell Fibe are ok....

    @RogersHelps Thank you for the quick reply, but that doesn't work. When I select "video input" the menu displays, but the arrows or seiect/ok button don't do anything.

    @RogersHelps we are having the same problem as yesterday with our home phone through ignite. If someone phones it goes to voicemail and when I try to phone out Iโ€™m not getting a dial tone just a busy signal.

    @RogersHelps for the second time in two weeks I'm locked out of my Rogers yahoo email account. Password not recognized. I wind up in an infinite loop and there's no way to conduct a forgot password using a mobile. Is there a system issue? Why is this happening?

    @RogersHelps I've been trying to do this since May 14. Instead my plan automatically changed and my new bill is over 100$ more. Its not working and when I try and contact someone to make the change the chat ends or drops just as they are about to change it. Funny coincidence

    Is it just me or @Rogers has become really horrible with customer service. Was on chat for over 2 hours twice in one day and both times the chat ended when my turn was due. Tried calling them but was on hold for over 2 hours. Maybe it is time to let go of them & look elsewhere.

    @RogersHelps Your own outrage map says there is a service disruption that will be resolved in an hour. It's been saying that all day. It's now 1:15 am and there's still no service and it still says the service will be restored in an hour....

    @islgalwrites @Rogers we were told that a tech would take a couple of weeks (with no service), so my IT-Tech son diagnosed the problem, told the dude on the phone that he was qualified, to just give him the passwords and he'd fix it himself. HUGE NEGATIVE!! But our priority got bumped.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for the reply, I appreciate you! Issue is resolved now. Please provide feedback to Roger's that if a client's services are down, the client needs to be informed. Rogers outage map was not working and no info from phone/chat support or AI Anna. Customers left in the dark

    @Comwave @RogersHelps Huge failโ€ฆ Old service disconnected before new modem arrived/ connected. Bed-bound momโ€™s only source of entertainment is tv. Canโ€™t tether from phone becos Im going to the office to get work done that I expected do from home. No help from Comwave. Brutal.

    @Rogers the downside of you now having the majority of broadband services to Canadians is that you have the shittiest customer service. Your agents might be okay but I'm sorry over an hour on hold to speak to an agent
