This is unacceptable . You have been charging me the wrong amount on two internet accounts even after I changed the plans three times through phone and chat. I have the chat logs where your own agent apologized and admitted the previous changes were not properly applied. I agreed to pay the first 2 incorrect bill trusting it would be fixed, but two months later I am getting the same wrong charges again. This is extremely disappointing. I have been patient long enough. Please fix this properly and make the necessary adjustments. I just want this sorted out once and for all.
