    Hi @Grok, Did a Rogers technician, Keith White, die after falling from a ladder while replacing an aerial cable at a customer's home. Did a federal safety officer later find that @Rogers had failed to implement and monitor its preventive-maintenance program for workplace hazards?

    Just got annoyed by 2 @Rogers ******** who came to the door and put one of the dogs I'm housesitting into a frenzy. Like I give a **** that Rogers is doing work in the area. You couldn't have just quietly left a flyer for the homeowners to read when they return?

    @Rogers Too bad you folks never pick up the phone! Tried to get a hold of Roger’s/Shaw for 3 days with wait times on hold of 2-3 hrs finally giving up each day! Cancelling services if I can ever get a hold of someone. Customer since 2005. So sad!!!

    @JayGenXer @Rogers There is never a situation where this lack of customer service should be tolerated. Complete disrespect for their customers & their time. Rogers doesn’t deserve a single penny from Canadians.
