    .@Rogers has been making life really difficult. Been without internet this week. 3 technicians came by on 3 days & don't know what's going on. This is RIDICULOUS! I call tech support & they know nothing. I can't work, kids can't attend classes. @RogersHelps do something!!

    @Rogers worst experience ever. Four days, five calls and being on hold for over two hours and I still can’t speak to a live agent! What a great way to spend a Friday night!

    @Rogers @Rogers multiple agents started this mess earlier this week, more agents today. the ONLY department who can fix this was closed by the time I was finally connected with that agent. So how can you help / fix this if no one else can?

    @RogersHelps my ignite service is freezing and cutting out 50 times a day. It’s been two weeks with no resolution. I’m starting to believe staying with Rogers is hopeless.

    @Rogers your customer service department is ridiculous! On and off hold for 5 plus hours & yet counting, spoken to 1 service tech, 4 agents, hung up on2x & waiting on hold again for someone can actually help me! And your customer service department closed while I was on hold!!

    @Rogers so what’s the point of having 10gb of data when it’s soooo slow? I’ve got two iPhone 7’s and both behaving the same way. No wifi so relying on data (LTE) that’s terribly slow. And it’s not just today it’s anytime e we try to rely on data.
