    @RogersHelps The problem is this, your tech-support people say there’s no problem in the area yet I’ve gone out and mapped the exact area where there’s no connectivity and there’s definitely a problem. So when is someone gonna show some ***** and take responsibility?

    Today had 2 internet #rogersoutage . Anybody else in #Toronto ? In my new @Rogers bill: "Due to the service outage which occurred on July 8th, you will see a credit equivalent to 5 days of your monthly service fee included on this bill." Only $8? wow ... so generous! 😲

    @Rogers this is garbage!! a $20 credit for the day you guys were out and not just for a day ... that's an insult!! you've got tons of money to do better than that! hell, just being on the phone with you guys is never less than a two hour deal...that cost time / money! i'm disappointed!

    @RogersHelps ...constant problems here in ottawa...receiver for tv...cuts out...still out after 1 minutes...is this inferior equipment that I R E N T at high price?...

    @NascarWeeWee @RogersHelps @Rogers Mines back up now. But yeah service has been spotty here for over a year I’ve had lines and splitters changed twice

    @RogersHelps once again the Rogers monopoly in our are strikes again. Our area is constantly having connection issues and despite numerous tech visits and hours wasted on calls, no one seems interested in fixing this. You owe your rural customers and explanation.
