Once again @RogersHelps @Rogers Modem not giving IPV4 address only IPV6. Can’t get to tech support anywhere. Please advise. I have important things to submit and if it can’t get fixed I will just switch providers.

@RogersHelps Called last nite, waited 3 hrs, Susan your empl. answered, told her my issues, she transferred me to Ignite techs., recording said long wait and disconnected. Only 2 channels, TV, they cut out, brantford ont. When fixed?

@RogersHelps INSANITY!!!!!!!!! WTF is going on? Granted, Rogers is busy restoring the service but at least have someone answer OTHER technical questions. After going through insane amount of press 1 or press 2, Rogers disconnected me. #steaming 😡😡😡😡😡

@RogersHelps @CHOODBOLOGNA Why have we been without our Rogers ignite tv for over 50 hrs now? You keep telling customers everyone is up and running and you know that is BS. You don’t have a 3 hr wait time to technical support at 730 in the morning if most people are up and running.
