The sad thing about the @RogersHelps, @Fidomobile and @chatrmobile outage is that any compensation offered will be for the hours you lost, so maybe 1/30th of your bill, maybe $2 or $3. For people dependant on cell services for their business, they lost a lot more than that.

@AboutRogers @Rogers When my wireless service comes back (its been off since 2am) will everyone who got affected automatically get compensation for the time it was down?
