James Cable (@jimjam1317) reported@kaleemullah19 @Rogers Mine has been down since Friday. Made the call to bell after 8 attempts to have rogers fix the problem. Rogers is still down at my home and bell is now running perfectly allowing me to return to work.

Chibuzo Nwankwo (@ChibuzoNwankwo2) reportedOnce i decide to end this frustrating relationship with @Rogers my number will suddenly become visible to me with all manner of offers to come back. I’m frustrated. I can’t keep giving my organization excuse that my home internet is not working.

Burnstation3D (@Burnstation3D) reported@MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.

Canadian Titan (@Canadian_Titan) reported@SzteinCreative @RogersHelps The best service I've had with Roger's is when the people on the other end aren't following the script and are genuinely trying to help me.

Heidster (@heidi_l_pacheco) reportedThe way I just experienced the worst customer service experience with @Rogers . 3 hours of being placed on hold and being transferred three times for a total of one hour each transfer! DO BETTER

kaleemullah (@kaleemullah19) reported@Rogers I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My Rogers Home Internet has been completely down for the past 2 days (flashing orange light on the modem). I work from home and was forced to take leave from work because of this outage. I spent over 2 hours waiting for support, multiple calls, and finally a ticket was created (Reference: i2598853033). Despite explaining that this outage is impacting my job, I was told the earliest technician appointment is Monday. I was also informed that any compensation will only be discussed after the technician visit. Who will compensate me for the leave I had to take from work and the inconvenience caused by this prolonged outage? I expect this case to be escalated and resolved as soon as possible.
