  Waited 2hours 08 minutes to get help for @Rogers, no answer and the call was disconnected. Wouaw, no words to describe the experience!!!!!!!!

  Hey Roger's can you explain to me why when you Roger's blocks for spam, I go in and block same # that your system STILL allows this number to go thru to my voice mail? Does this not defeat the purpose of the block? Getting 10 vm a day from this one spam# FIX YOUR SYSTEM @Rogers

  @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; their/your offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow home phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need/want)

  @Rogers my phone was stolen this evening (732 PT). Your virtual assistant Ana is lovely but appears to have been imbibing in some sort of AI Apertif and isnt getting help how I need it. Current situaion: I literally cant talk to you on the phone but have many client calls still

  hey @Rogers , I was supposed to receive a free wifi pod 15 days back and it is still not received, but it started showing up in my bill. Unble to reach to any live agent over phone and chat agents are not able to support. Confirmation Number: 2837312401 Resolve this asap pls.

  @RogersHelps can you please get your equipment fixed. Having lengthy outages every few days is not acceptable. Keep being told “there’s on outage in your area” without any clarity as to what is happening.
