    @RogersHelps 2nd time we lose power this week and again, power comes back and Rogers is offline This time power was out 3 seconds, this is so unreliable and then tech support can’t do anything because they’re running an update…

    They sugested they cancel the online order& told me to go Into the store to grab it Instead. So,today I go to the store to do just that JUST to get told Im now not approved to get this phone after I talked to NUMEROUS @Rogers People over the phone who all told me I was approved?
