Shoutout to Amanda @RogersHelps in Toronto for finally pulling me out of this system hellhole I've been stuck in since my move mid-May. 🎉 And a reminder to all that when you're pissed at services/companies, it's a ****** move to take it out on customer service reps.

@RogersHelps Hi, I have trouble connecting to Microsoft Teams and other related websites. I realized it's a a problem with Rogers when there was no problem when connected to other wifi connections and my phone hotspot. Are there others facing similar problems?

@RogersHelps Is it true that “all you have to do is remove your SIM card” to access 911? How many people carry the tiny tool (or know where it is) to remove the SIM card? In emergency how practical is it to figure how to remove your SIM card? Please advise if I’ve misunderstood

My @Rogers is down again this afternoon. Total waste of a company. Between internet, multiple phones - personal and business - I spend over $500 a month and this is what happens. Unreliable. I don’t care about some toonie credit. I need something reliable.

Here’s my question: do the folks at @Fidomobile who also got their service cut because of the @Rogers fiasco also get some measly credits?

I'll never understand how @Rogers thinks that a $2 refund on my next bill will make up for the lost productivity and business during the outage. That's not a goodwill gesture, that's a slap in the face. And don't get me started on the @ShawInfo merger... BAD idea. #rogersoutrage
