    @Rogers My parents called Rogers asking why our internet was down, and their response? They 'Knew' we had a Virus and said we are a threat to the network and they had removed our internet access until the virus was quarantined/removed. I **** you not, I am not making this up.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers I have a better idea. Shut them both down. Rogers and Bell. I don’t have Rogers but when Bell went down we didn’t get a refund. When power went out for 6 days a few weeks ago my food went bad. Enjoy the refund. Things happen.

    I woke up to FULL internet service @Rogers That was 2 days no Streaming Prime/Netflix or wifi in house. You Suck. Thank God cell is not with you.

    So woke up to an email from #Rogers telling me the service will be up and I will receive a credit for Friday. News flash @RogersHelps my ignite TV is unwatchable and it’s Sunday. You are going to have to do better then 1 day credit.

    Just called @RogersHelps and the automated message said they were experiencing extremely high call volumes and to call back later..but they want you to believe the issue is fixed for a “vast majority” of its customers? 🐟🐠
