Jo-Jo 🇨🇦 (@JoJo1135) reported@RogersHelps The Rogers Xfinity boxes are JUNK! Even the service tech said they aren't reliable. There was a service disruption yesterday. No shows recorded. While trying to watch a program, a network error appeared. Sound kept cutting out. Rebooted but this is terrible service.

Unfathomable way to treat long-term loyal customers. 6 hrs spent on the phone only to still be hugely disappointed.
