    @RogersHelps In lower mainland BC myself and all my coworkers have to service. We are couriers and need out service. This is a joke that I have to find out online when I can grab Wi-Fi from my customers to find out about this outage. 🤬

    How is @RogersHelps @Rogers not able to resolve this major outage??? It's be 13 hours now. How can they not even "communicate" what the problem is and how long it will take to resolve??? As of now, no service and no ETA. This is unacceptable!

    @RogersHelps All of our 12 cellphones line are with Rogers, so 3/4 of my family are impacted. My mother, my husband cannot WFH atm because they use their phone. This is just horrible services for paying 1000$ on a monthly basis. I'm taking all my 12 lines away when our contracts are done.

    @RogersHelps How inconvenient for all of us!! First of all, you guys charge us like crazy and then we need to deal with this frustrating inconvenience service for everyone thats working and attending school online, i hope you guys will be compensating somehow.
