    @Rogers I had an emergency alert test for pei come through on my phone this morning even though I have two nova scotia towers closer to me than the pei towers. What would cause this?

    @RogersHelps please check the Oshawa area for an outage. The wifi keeps dropping every 15-20 minutes. It’s very annoying. Been happening all day!!!

    @Ellie_Mirni @Rogers Why would they charge you for the service you never used in 6 months, don't they have the traffic logs on your usage to approve your claim?

    @Rogers To contact when the issue is with rogers CCTS said it's out of the mandate and I would have to resolve it with the provider
