Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

Been more than FOUR HOURS & STILL our internet is down!! I have got a monster headache & need to lay down… I gotta get Cat to call @rogershelps & see wtf they ****** up this time bc at this point I’m fkn livid & want to light things on fire At this point I want a FULL refund🤬

@Rogers What’s the point? There’s nothing you can say privately that will change what’s going on, & quite frankly I’d rather keep your company’s incompetence as public as possible. Regardless, we finally got thru to someone on the phone. The problem isn’t our modem, it’s your network.

Hey @rogers @RogersHelps wtf is up with the internet… AGAIN!?!?? It’s been crapping in & out since yesterday, seeing lots of complaints on DownDetector from other local ppl too. WHY DO YOU SUCK SO MUCH!?! And where are our fkn refunds from the major outage last time?!
