    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @Rogers I called Roger's Aug 21st 2021 to let them know I'd moved out of my unit on Aug 7th & no longer need the wifi service. They suggested I put it on hold so that I can transfer the service to my new apartment. I did. I put on hold for 2 month.

    @rogers #rogers #horriblecustomerservice Been cut off line while talking, and more... one person told me "we can't cancel without your permission" but I suppose they can keep taking money from my account without my permission even though they knew I had disconnected the modem..

    @rogers one informed me that after 2months hold, my account will be activated again!! They have been charging me for 6 months, ~$100/month! I have spent more than 3 hrs on phone with their customer care service. I have only been blamed, called irresponsible, twisting words...

    @Rogers better re-evaluate your deal with @ETECSA_Cuba... The service is super atrocious as of late. Nobody using roam like home in #cuba is getting their monies worth let alone SERVICE. What the hell people. It is 2022 is it not????? Or does the internet have covid?

    @AkhgarSaman @Rogers Exactly! Apparently they won't cancel or call when your hold period is over but they are OK with charging you after without your permission.
