Babak Morshedizadeh (@iambmorsh) reported from North Bay, OntarioGlad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

kenny (@kndalglish) reported@alancross @Rogers I feel you lol I am a new rogers customer and ordered Roger’s for the place I am moving into. I ordered it in early July for an August move in date. I got a bill already lol for a service I havnt even used yet. Apparently it’s Roger’s practice to bill from order date.

susan🌴🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@feb0219) reported@RogersHelps Good morning, I am still trying to get through to arrange a move. I called right at 9am this morning. After on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes, they told me to hang up and try again!! How is it possible I could not have my call answered when calling at 9am???

Ron Fox (@foxron72) reported@JayJanower @Rogers And this is something that just rogers is doing?? 2026 customer service doesnt exist anymore period.
-
Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@alancross @Rogers The call center was moved to India. Calls are dropped. There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Rogers needs to know.
-
UntamedVoice (@UntamedVoice) reported@Rogers still no resolution. Why would you email an offer $45 after autopay for 5G+ unlimited data popular high speed, and then put $50 on offer page? Yes I’ve been on phone with your customer service for 4+ hours. This is ridiculous.
-
roodawakening (@rood1983) reported@alancross @Rogers the only time they want to talk is when you cancel service, then they’ll call you 3 or 4 times a day….
-
Harriet 🦋 (@longlivetay_) reported@Rogers been trying to get tech support to help me since 6pm. What gives? Haven’t been able to talk to an agent all day
-
Gabriela Cecilia (@gabycecilia82) reported@rogershelps @rogers you guys have actually broken me. After being on hold for hours, speaking to 5 different customer agents & 2 managers I’m no closer to resolving my issue than I was when I started. Every call was a start from scratch. I have no more strength for you.
-
Canadian Girl (@ClownsAreEvil) reported@alancross @Rogers Omg so is Bell! Tried to change one thing and it led to 3 weeks of trying to fix it afterwards! Canada's telecommunications companies suck.
