Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@Rogers certainly cared to get me back through loyalty dept offering great deal but once I was back with them, they never bothered. 20+ days +6 ph calls yet no one has solution to fix the issue of me seeing the right offer on my account which was promised while bringing me back!

Never got order conf, upon calling turns out my order was never processed by @Rogers. They shipped order w/o contact no and the courier guy never dropped though I was at home. Drove an hour to pick up the order. And till date I don’t see deal promised & nor do they seem to care!

One of #Canada's worst companies, @Rogers, gave me a dead PVR, DOA, for Christmas. Last time I was exchanging PVR boxes they did the same thing. This company wastes our time and money. But you all believe in monopolies so lets keep giving them business! :)

@RogersHelps how the hell is using a visible and known email address more secure than a login name??? Your just making it easier for hackers to figure out the logins taking out half the guesswork.
