Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@Rogers When do we get our rebate for the day’s outages. I’m paying $700-$800 per MONTH to get internet service from you. (No there are no better options) and you were not there for a full day.

@GettyDal @sharib1959 @Rogers Yep and they haven’t had data here since then. Customer service is pitiful. They lie, and calls drop and no one calls you back.
