Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@Rogers Thoroughly disappointed with my wireless port over. Still having account issues and am now told it will be up to a week to fix an internal Rogers account issue. I'm being charged and not receiving service.

Hey @rogers hours to set up and reschedule an appointment with dropped call, redundant questions and misinformation whereas with @Bell called and had an appointment in 5 minutes WITH CONFIRMATION! Next time I am flying with someone else. Oops…wrong issue!

@Rogers From our entire neighborhood (Huntington Ridge Dr in Mississauga) we have complained so often. No recourse. Only @Rogers and Fido (part of Rogers) service the area. So we are stuck.

@RogersHelps Or you could say what the problem is instead of making your customers waste time jumping through hoops. You know that I know that you know I am not uniquely without service but rather one of thousands experiencing the same outage for the same reason.

My @RogersBiz wifi box has been been since this morning. Why does rogers have the most problems and wanna try and charge the most?🖕🏽OFF
