    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @JacquiKJanes @Rogers @RogersHelps We have also had multiple issues. Beyond unreliable and concerning as it affects my husband working from home and causes a loss of income for us. We question how long to tough it out before switching providers.

    @RogersHelps I'm currently on the phone with one of your customers service"representative". There's an issue with my Bill This person haven't said a word yet and I could here their TV back ground noise!! Like wth!! And I'm not hanging up. (calls are recorded right??)

    @rogers @RogersHelps I have been without any TV channels since Thursday and no one can give me an ETA when it will return. Also, this is the 8th or 9th outage this month again what am I paying for?
