    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @RogersBiz The fellow at Argyle Mall London Store is always disrespectful towards international students. Rude and doesn't let them inside without IDs. Sometimes asks them to leave right from the door. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. DO YOU ENCOURAGE THIS? Today 2:26 PM

    @RogersHelps was escalated to a different department with no time given when an answer is going to be provided . Just a recommendation to check back in 48 hours . I am sure no one looked at my case .Zero customer service at Rogers . That's what you get .And lots of dropped calls .

    .@RogersHelps is a waste of time. I’ve been trying to get our internet fixed for weeks. We’ve replaced and relocated our modem and the wifi still drops multiple times an hour. They have a ticket open for us but given us no solution. What exactly are we paying for??

    @RogersHelps since apparently thats the twitter account for support. I waited 30mins for chat support and was "disconnected". Absolutely horrible service.
