    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @RogersHelps Lie after lie after lie.. this is absurd. No internet since 2Pm Saturday and nobody wants to fix the issue! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS JUST THROW OUT RANDOM NUMBERS TO SEE WHAT STICKS!

    Large swaths of cities west of Toronto have had intermittent cell and television service FOR 24 CONSECUTIVE DAYS! Both the @Rogers field techs and their customer service have been rude AF. No solutions, no timelines, no significant refunds. #Unacceptable #AvoidRogers @CRTCeng

    @RogersHelps I replied on DM too. It is 2 weeks we have internet issue. You guys should focus on resolving the issue. I didn't work last week and not able to work this week too.

    @RogersHelps Shame on your company. My neighbourhood has been down since 2pm Saturday and your company has lied to us all. “It will be fixed Sunday night”. Nope. “Oh it will be fixed 9am this morning”. Nope. “It will be fixed by 7:42pm tonight!”. Nope. NOW YOU ARE SAYING 245AM!!!
