Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@Rogers after 1.5hrs in an online chat w/an agent, I’m no better off than when I started. Paying way too much for services. And for what? Sub par customer service and unexplained outages. Time to reconsider my 15+ year relationship with your company.

@Bnudd @jpperrin @RogersHelps Interesting. I’ve heard it was good from several ppl, but never used it myself. Will likely unsubscribe to SportsNet Now… I may reconsider subscribing again if the Canucks get better next year and users share that the SportsNet Now app has improved!

@RogersHelps Thanks for the reply…. It’s about 14 years too late though. I’m no longer with Rogers due to being over solicited, over charged for services that never worked right. Retention team did nothing to try to keep my business either lol. Have a good day though. :)

@RogersHelps Your online chat email transcript mechanism is broken. I haven’t received the transcripts of my last three chats over the last five weeks or so. I’ve tried different email addresses, checked spam, and junk folders, but they never arrive.

@dynamiteBdog @Bell I’m with @RogersHelps. Occasionally they offer great deals for mobile services. I pay $75 for 50GB data… I won’t use them for home internet or TV. - The service is shoddy and frequently goes out and they offer nothing in the way of compensation other than one day refunded

@Rogers hey rogers been with you guys from more than 2 years now, switched from bell but your customer service representative’s are rude and not an help over the phone either. If your calls are being recorded why would your representative ask us about lying ? Do better.
