    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @Rogers I need help, I am still struggling to get full service in Mississauga, as soon as I drive off the 401 in meadowvale I lose service down to 1 bar and I have no way of calling someone or anything even when I am outside.

    My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hello Rogers, Two days ago your installation staff/contractor came to my neighbour’s house and installed a cable from your junction box and ran it over my tree on my front yard! That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Please fix it immediately!!

    @myrnalambert @RogersHelps @Rogers If you file through the CCTS, Rogers is required to formally participate and respond to the complaint through the process. It usually also escalates it beyond frontline support, so it gets assigned and tracked instead of being bounced around. #Rogers
