Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

I don’t think this @Rogers outage is being taken anywhere near as serious as it really was. I’m thinking a class action lawsuit and full Federal investigation is in order.

@SaintofThrillas @Rogers Rogers employees are not the problem, usually, but if you want to direct your anger to the appropriate people responsible. Blame the corporation execs and the government for keeping competition almost non-existent. Want to take action? Just move to another network. Choices

@stockman187 @Rogers I was on hold with them yesterday as well. Only to be told that they couldn't help and would transfer me to tech support. After transferring, a recording came on saying they're experiencing high call volume and to call back later!!

@Rogers Probably should credit more than a day's service to any subscriber. People could not work due to no problem of their own. Companies were crippled. You seriously can't expect people to use their PTO or vac time for lost wages. #rogersoutage #rogersfailure
