    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @Rogers CSR support “ Canadian based agents” Yep they may live here but know *** all about the Treaties !! Immigrant answered call. Has no clue what Canadian Treaties are !! It’s been months & every csr that answers is stupid !!!

    Another day, another unpleasant experience of sitting here waiting for @RogersHelps to restore my internet and fix their extremely unreliable service. Atleast once a week my internet goes down and I live in one of the biggest cities in Canada, unacceptable. Going on an hour now.

    @Rogers This company is unreliable. Without a court judgment, she restricts her client's data service and still makes him pay for the service at full price. She appears to be sharing client file info to a third party without permission. Business People DO NOT TRUST Rogers #Sharing #bad

    @RogersHelps after connecting with CS rep online and told there was an outage in my area and to wait for my ticket resolution. I received the most vague “resolution” I have ever read over a text and my internet and cable issues continue and somehow the ticket is “resolved”.

    Rogers tv down all evening. They better be compensating the last 7 days of lack of service AND the 36$ I have lost online this to them @RogersBiz

    @RogersHelps Total time in hold was 3 hours. You need to train your customer service reps how to use the phone system and you need to change wait times. Everything was 3-50% longer.

    I’m getting 20Mbps download on your gigabit package. I guess whatever problem I reported a month ago hasn’t been fixed. And yes I’m talking to your support, though I think they’re located in another galaxy. @RogersHelps
