Babak Morshedizadeh (@iambmorsh) reported from North Bay, OntarioGlad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

Stephen (@SBMiron) reported@RogersHelps My solution to this problem is I assume they are all scammers so I don't engage in conversation with them. There is no way to know for sure if they are legitimate calls from Rogers. Or is there ?

DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps Your response pretty much sums up how Rogers wants to deal with customer complaints. I will pay my outstanding and port my number out. It’s extremely sad to see such customer service even for sub standard service and connectivity.

PATEL HITESH (@Patelhits2511) reported@Rogers @AbdulWa53997552 Never recommend red wireless. Instead of giving discount to uber blue account holder they are looting their customer. First they have showed me that I will get mobile device plus plan for just $51.50. But what am I seeing that they are charging me $112.
