Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Wow it took you guys not more than 12 hrs only to figure out the root cause!!? When are you going to fix it then? All affected customers deserve a compensation for this unacceptable service disruption which has lasted a total of 16hrs now!

@moiza67 @rapsdiehard @RogersHelps Defending billion dollar corporations from poor customers who are complaining is a weird way to live life Maybe customers think they should get what they pay for, and that this company that over charges us already should have some way of fixing this sooner than 18 hours

All @Rogers customers better be compensated for today’s outage they should at least take $50 off each phone.

@AngelStar254 @Rogers went down nation wide, things are starting to be restored. I just got data and phone, but still no SMS. My guess is that they did a system wide update and some kid couldn't find the "any key" to continue
