    @RogersHelps I have called support. It has now been 5 days straight its been unusable. And i just received my first bill for over 100 dollars . My internet had been unusable for 16 of 23 days ive had it. Do you think thats worth 100 dollars?

    The irony of Ted @Rogers shuffling around his CEOs is that it’s long been a terrible company regardless and I left its @FidoMobile division largely because of HIM. Following @MarthaLRogers has been a treat though

    @Rogers totally unsatisfactory service even , i can’t browse anything in search engine. Bad quality calling service. Rogers must work on it. When you go out of your fast speed data you cellphone become useless without internet.

    @RogersHelps @Lamchop99 I’m having the same issue when I try to reset my password and I had a live chat with an agent he told me that today it would be fixed but it doesn’t work so i’m stuck.

    @RogersHelps So... are the streaming quality issues in many devices at least being recognized by the technical team and are working on a fix? As a customer, at least knowing the issues have been recognized and that the tech team is working on a solution, would give us some peace

    @FidoSolutions Hey Fido my internet has been down for the past 10 hours. Is there an outage in downtown Toronto? Looks like I’ll lose another day of work at this rate. Please provide a solution. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Will the stability updates fix the stuttering and frame skipping that has been going on ever since the app was launched? Or does it only addresses the constant blue screen for errors? Or will it address all of that?
