@erik_c @Rogers @TekSavvyBuzz I'll say this though, when things do go to crap (rare, but it happens), with the TPIAs, they'll have to file a ticket with R or B to fix their network, who, in turn, are known to drag their feet compared to when you're their client directly.

@RogersHelps It’s been 3 months and you keep telling us it’s going to be fixed. What is different now? Paying over $500 a month from @Rogers and it is out again. 25 years I have been a customer and nobody cares.

@Rogers so I can add myself to my elderly friends account so I can deal with you rather than making her do it because you are so annoying. I can add stuff and make changes to her account but I can't cancel it when she dies. Typical Rogers.
