    @Rogers @Fidomobile @CRTCeng How is charging for roaming based on a calendar day good for the customer? Recently crossed into the states a half hour before midnight got back in less than 24 hours I was charged for 2 days.

    @RogersHelps Anna the chat bot ended my help session for the second time with a specialist, leaving me with no resolution to an issue that Rogers created. Now its closed for the day. Cheesed.

    @Rogers is their a process to request high speed internet be installed in the area I live? We currently have very poor options in Bloomfield,NB and I'm sure all residents would love a solid internet/tv option here!

    @RogersHelps Even the gas station said they weren't getting any service. Neither of us are getting any service.

    @RogersHelps TV is missing many channels. Just a black screen. Customer service phone line said to take in the box to store and exchange. Store said there was a problem with the account, and they couldn't exchange. Had no answers. What is next step?
