@RogersHelps Lucky for you guys though I will continue to pay over $120 a month and I’ll just have to learn to deal with the issue after @Rogers strings me along for months of meaningless troubleshooting that gets you nowhere.

@RogersHelps No, I am talking about full 5g speeds. 5g speeds are significantly slower on my iPhone 12pro max than any other phone or LTE network I’ve used in the past. This goes for many of my friends as well. Probably why “why is 5g so slow” is a popular google search ;).

@Rogers your 5G speeds are concerning. Paying hundreds for an upgrade only to have your internet speed drastically reduced is extremely dishonest. When will the paying customers get the service they are paying for?

@RogersHelps internet has been down for 4 days since my move. Been on the phone with you guys 5 times no one know how to fix it. They keep telling me they are working on it and should be up in 24hrs same thing next day.. getting very frusterated and thinking about leaving rogers
