@RogersHelps my dying grandpa was in the hospital for 28 days and went over on his calling minutes, unlimited calling a month is $35 and he received a $400 bill for daytime minutes, absolutely ridiculous, was on the phone for over 3 hours and got a $50 credit, horrible service

@Rogers @NHL on rogers is absolutely horrible. Constant buffering with 150 Mbps Rogers cable, I pay for an app and have to watch an ad before streaming a game. Not impressed

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps your service outage in the area has been reoccurring ever since I got the service few years ago and have become more frequent. Today, it’s twice in one day 👏! Seems like you need to invest in your infrastructure rather than band aid fixes.
