    @RogersHelps And they haven’t been able to address the issue and seem helpless - raised a concern with them !! I would like to definitely consider alternatives outside of Rogers.

    @RogersHelps its monday and people have to work on their laptops with Internet. Your internet is off in our area since yesterday and I dont know why is it always #Rogers that has issues. Can you please provide me with a response as when can we expect your internet to be workin

    @RogersHelps this is ridiculous. No notice or estimate to when my wifi will be back up and running and it’s been the greater part of the evening now night. How is this problem so major that my internet is down for so long but no info?! #RogersOutage

    @RogersHelps Much appreciated for the quality and quickness of your response. Now if you could just tell the CEOs, that get the big pay bonuses, they need to focus on better products/services instead of focusing on damage control: that would be great. Thx
