@Rogers One of your customer care team cancelled our account when we scheduled a transfer of service to our new home on Dec 4th. Within 15 minutes our internet service was cut. Now we’re being told it will take a “couple of days” to get service back. I work remotely.

My internet is and ignite tv is down. I have an error showing that there seems to be a connection issue. Please check your gateway or modem connection. I already unplugged & restarted the modem. Had an outage 5 days ago too. 1hr 20 min wait for phone support @RogersHelps

@Rogers Watch when your promo is up, Roger's 2ull offer 2-3 year plan and when it's up they don't tell you just send a really big bill. Many customers have logged same complaint with CRTC
