@Rogers good to see your service and customer service (at all levels) combination is as bad as ever. It takes real skill to be worse than airlines, but somehow you always manage it!

@Rogers Hey Rogers… loving the lousy service this morning… it’s so great to have unstable internet … awesome… give your ceo more money.

  • Justagirll Janet (@Justagirll) reported

Found out that Rogers has been stealing our money for 7 months. Charging me for a service which we terminated long ago. I'm owed close to $800 & I'm jumping through hoops to get my money back?! What's wrong with this picture? @Rogers @RogersHelps Are we needing to hire a lawyer?

  • marclight Marc Light (@marclight) reported

@robertk37010126 @Rogers Starlink is not for mobile. It might help lower the price by getting internet to mobile towers for less but I haven't seen anything about it.

  • rajeevmohanty12 rajeev mohanty (@rajeevmohanty12) reported

@Rogers it’s really pathetic the way you guys are providing service to the customers. Since almost 24hrs there is no internet for the area L4Z 0A3. During pandemic while all are working from home and kids are doing remote classes if the internet doesn’t work everything stops.

  • Jeymie_J Slxm (@Jeymie_J) reported

@RogersHelps still down in Burnhamthorpe area no idea why

  • ketchupchip192 ketchupchip (@ketchupchip192) reported

@syddmaracle @RogersHelps it's down everywhere right now I'm pretty sure

  • AnkitaKayal Ankita 🏹 🚜 (@AnkitaKayal) reported

@RogersHelps It almost a day now and my internet is not working! And why do I have to speak to you on DM about this. Why can’t you guys just openly say what is the problem and when it will be fixed. This is crazy?!!

  • doris_peixoto 💙Dory Peixoto BeLeafer 🏒🥅 (@doris_peixoto) reported

@Rogers I went to Bell because you guys couldn’t give us good service

  • cosmicaith cosmic aith (@cosmicaith) reported

@RogersHelps My internet down again. I have now been told I can no longer work at home bc of internet outages. This adds 2 hrs per day commute time + gas etc. When will Rogers ever be accountable for their terrible service?
