    @Sportsnet @RogersHelps your company should be penalized for such a brutal service while collecting our money, you literally rushed a beta version full of bugs on to paying customers, all involved in this project should feel embarrassed

    Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent an hour and a half ‘chatting’ with one of your help specialists. everything was almost resolved & the chat unexpectedly disconnected. Now I can’t reach anyone. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Beyond frustrating.
