    @RogersHelps I am much more angry about the lack of information than about the outage. How can I mitigate the situation if I have no idea how long it is going to be?

    @Rogers your staff are rude and incompetent. How do you expect to run with this crap service! Staff didn’t even want to give his name, cut us off. He was based in Kitchener! Have a look into this and hear back his call. Terrible company!

    @RogersHelps I'm very disappointed in the service I'm paying for. I can't get through to anyone to chat with and it's becoming increasingly frustrating to work from home and to wind down from it

    Enjoying @Steve_Dangle's book so far - a great read. But I have to say, a billion dollar company like @Rogers having unpaid interns is ******* ridiculous. Not paying your interns perpetuates inequality. And interns shouldn't be grabbing folks their coffee. **** that ****.

    @Rogers another outage it seems, this is like a daily chore, get into a call with tech support, wait for 1 hour in the queue, then they say they cant help, pathetic. intermittent internet issues for past 3 months with no resolution

    @ctvottawa @CBCOttawa you should do another investigation into the fraud company that is @Rogers. Rude staff who lie, don’t give their names, shout at customers and when asked for a manager they cut you off. #fraud #overpriced #monopoly needs breaking!
