My problem, @RogersHelps, is I was told by the service rep who came to my home that I actually need to speak with an actual human being about my two issues but it seems impossible. Next chat changed it too Popular. On the phone offered a new package Ultimate with Netflix and Apple. Call lost while waiting. Just want Ultimate back.
