    @RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I don't know whether I should say that it's working again. It is, but a phone service that only works for part of the day is not ideal. I highly recommend that people avoid Fido. Is Fido affiliated with Rogers? @Rogers ... Yep owned by Rogers. Will avoid them too then.

    On the phone playing the pricing game with @Rogers Customer Service... Amazing how "new discounts" just appear when you're ready to port over to @Bell

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I did call within business hours. It's ok. I've gone with @FreedomMobile. Way cheaper for the same service anyways. After being with Rogers for 30 years, I've never felt like I was a valued customer.

    @Rogers we have a cable line down across our street. The town sent Bell but it’s a Rogers line. It’s causing a hazard. Been on hold to try and reach support for over 5 hrs. Can someone contact me or please just open a ticket? 60 Machell Ave Aurora

    @Rogers phone and internet down for third time this month for my business. The Canadian government has allowed you to operate a duopoly with @Bell . Telecom in Canada is a bloody mess.

    @Fidomobile Satellite mobile beta experience is very poor so far. Received e-mail inviting to trial, @rogers account is required. Rogers/Shaw account not accepted. Creating new rogers account refers to phone number, called. It is main line with no clear path to account creation.

    Hey @Rogers , that’s twice today I’ve called for customer service and twice I’ve been hung up on because you’re “extremely busy”. If this is the kind of support I can expect, you’ll lose a customer of over 30 years and I’ll sign up with @Bell @cbcmarketplace

    @Fidomobile @Rogers please please cancel my FIDO mobile connection. I have been trying to get it done for last 3 months but apparently your customer service doesn't work anymore. My account number is 50470501
