    Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

    @RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

    @RogersHelps gotta love my internet going down 6 times in a single night. Absolute top tier service. Gotta love paying my hard earned money to get absolutely nothing out of it. The service rogers has and it’s lack of support should be illegal for the prices we pay

    @AboutRogers @Rogers You should be embarrassed & appalled. You charge huge for any service, but service is not even close to it. You have monopoly, but you are not fit for it. You will be losing residential & commercial business; not to mention lawsuits. The service is not fixed, internet or network!

    @vote4robgill @Rogers You going all out! It cost me thousands of dollars and life experiences of my children as we were in the US and not able to get our flight information that had several Air Canada cancelations and delays. Your service is terrible and I will be moving over to Telus ASAP.

    @RogersHelps moving on to 3 days without internet definitely will be canceling with you guys, this is ridiculous, I've had more problems with you guys in 1 year then I've had problems with any other providers. Been a long time customer and won't be coming back!

    @RogersHelps 1 day service credit? Is this that simple to fix and forget ! What is Roger's action on missed bill payment! You take 1 day or more than 1 day charge?

    @birgitomo @Rogers I had been saying this for years cell phone in Canada are a robbery, while in Mexico for close to $30 Canadian you can have unlimited calls to USA, Mexico and Canada and also unlimited data here in Canada something equivalent will never more than $250
