@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Why do you guys keep saying “intermittent”? in·ter·mit·tent /ˌin(t)ərˈmitnt/ adjective occurring at irregular intervals; not continuous or steady. "intermittent rain" This outage has been CONTINUOUS since last night, not intermittent. At least be honest.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Wow it took you guys not more than 12 hrs only to figure out the root cause!!? When are you going to fix it then? All affected customers deserve a compensation for this unacceptable service disruption which has lasted a total of 16hrs now!
