    @CheriDiNovo @Rogers The compensation offer they emailed me is insulting many lost hundreds thousands some companies millions over the weekend a single day of service is what they are offering they caused 25% of commerce to grind to halt we pay the highest rates in the world.50% or more is owed

    @RogersHelps My internet is super slow and I haven't been able to connect with Rogers Customers yet. I am an ignite customer and i am getting 10mbps speed while my plan is for 500mbps. This is really frustrating as I am unable to download files. Need some resolutiion asap.

    @Rogers At first it seemed like the services have been restored, worked well for Saturday and Sunday, but it’s back down again. L7A, is there is another area outage? No mobile data or wifi services working. @RogersHelps ?

    It took a painful 1hr and 12mins to set up a new account with @Bell_Support but worth every minute to switch from @RogersHelps after 15 yrs of customer loyalty #byebyerogers

    @RogersHelps Hey @RogersHelps, My Wifi connection was back up that night, however Today a lot of my Office's program are giving me issues, I logged in via WiFi, Not working, Log in using my Phone's Hotspot, and they work. Any changes u made to the network, didn't go that well.

    @RogersHelps #rogersoutage #rogersdown I'll say this: YOU report the VAST MAJORITY of Rogers customers back online. Where? A 10 block radius in T.O.? Not even close! In Guelph = day bloody FOUR! I feel for you but THIS is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! EPIC FAIL!
