    @RogersHelps gotta love my internet going down 6 times in a single night. Absolute top tier service. Gotta love paying my hard earned money to get absolutely nothing out of it. The service rogers has and it’s lack of support should be illegal for the prices we pay

    Is anyone elses Rogers home Cable and Internet still not working? Mine works for a while, then disconnects for a while, and its been doing that since Saturday morning. ( @RogersHelps )

    @RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

    @RogersHelps Is there any update on when K2C is going to be repaired?? We had service up until power was restored yesterday. Anna isn't very helpful. People with Bell in my building have service, but no Rogers or Fido customers.

    @Ppanetta1 @RogersHelps Our Ignite service was also down before the storm. This is why it would be helpful for Rogers to explain what's actually going on.

    Hey @RogersHelps, I'm in London, southeast quarter and have been getting intermittent latency issues for the past few hours. I'll call it in tomorrow if the issue persists and prevents me from working, but thought you might want to notify the techs in case its a wider outage.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Not going to get a straight answer to my direct questions. Just wanted some idea what might be involved on Rogers end once Hydro does what they need to do so I can plan. Days or weeks to resolution? Disappointed no customer service. Will remember when Bell brings Fibe to my area.

    @RogersHelps @bwgreen999 Small suggestion. Maybe considering your customers have already been put out not having their service, maybe instead of putting the burden on them to chase after compensation, give everyone a credit for the time without services?

    Dear @rogers. Your customer service sucks. We’ve been without service since Saturday. We can’t even call 911! it took you 4 days to even acknowledge a problem, and still no updates or expected eta for restoration. Neighborhoods on bell have been up since Sunday. #switching
