@RogersHelps Issue has been resolved after speaking with you call center “Ricky” proved to be very helpful in this matter. It seems the cellular towers could not handle the traffic during this long weekend. Perhaps Rogers can have a look into this issue.

@mmofcan @rogershelp @Rogers We are in a rural area and ended up going with Starlink. So far so good, super fast, no cutting out, and only 10.00/ mo more than the inferior service we had.

@Rogers Get rid of your contracts, activation/bs fees and other tactics to sucker people in. If your service is that great, people won't want to leave.

@RogersHelps first the outage and now you guys don’t wanna do your job, by using the outage as an excuse to postpone the fixing of capacity issues in areas that need it, making customers suffer super slow internet even though they paying for much higher speeds.

@RogersHelps The initial customer service rep was rude & only interested in up selling. I’m already paying over $250.00 a month for internet & basic tv when I ask for my call to be escalated that service rep disconnected the call, I call back 2x asked about Oop then waited on hold for 1 hour

@Rogers Haha Rogers. It’s cute that you make public responses like that and yet _nothing ever comes from it_. Remember the salad days when you crashed the country? I wanted to contact you then because of an on going issue that y’all never followed up on. Still nuffin. 🙄
