@RogersHelps By Some you mean All Across Ontario, by Intermittent you mean No Service, by Working quickly you mean just not paying overtime, by Apologize you mean Keep Paying for No Service and we'll get to it sooner or later. Regular updates mean, leave us alone.

@RogersHelps My wife and I pay through the teeth for a ‘premium’ wireless carrier to avoid these situations. Very hard to conduct our business when your entire network is down. For a communications company, you’re doing a horrendous job communicating to your customers! #rogersdown #gta
