@RogersHelps IgniteTV provides U.S. network stations out of Seattle, not Toronto. Ridiculous! Can't watch evening news at 6:30. Sunday morning talk shows are not on Sunday morning. What moron decided to go with this setup? @Rogers

@Rogers Decided to switch to Rogers Ignite. Received 2 TV boxes and a modem. Turned out 1 TV box was delivered in error and not set up for immediate use. Called in Friday morning. Still waiting for the fix.

Was on hold with @Rogers for 48 minutes today waiting to speak to a Manager to find out why they have left a senior without any phone for 4 days, due to their errors. Still another 48 hours & it 'may' be fixed. After 48 minutes, @Rogers hangs up the connection. Unbelievable!
