@MrNeu_ @RogersHelps Same here, it's horrid not being able to watch anything. It was better yesterday not having any access at all. This is much worse. Is there any eta on a fix for this?

@RogersHelps your service is garbage. Heard about the outage overseas, return home to spotty services, poor quality, limitations for travel needs, poor wifi and cable and overages on my bill. Done.

@RogersHelps your cable services are down for the last 2 hours and the internet speed is still poor. Will try again tomorrow morning with the cable and hopefully by then your technical teams would have found a solution. I honestly wish that you take ownership of your problems!
