@RogersHelps No thanks I've spent probably 30 hours between phone calls and texts trying to resolve the issues. Not interested in continuing the nonsense.

  • PeteDeCourcy

I'm not normally someone who complains too much about service but damn @Rogers sales and retention are rude and just obviously burnt out. Just a complete headache dealing w them over and over.

  • BrashEndeavours
    BrashEndeavours (@BrashEndeavours) reported

@RogersHelps Just taking a look back through your replies to others in the past. If the call volume is ALWAYS "higher than normal", isn't that just...normal? I'm experiencing patience that is lower than normal. Cancel all services under my account (see DM).

  • MarkShyzer
Mark 'Another User' Shyzer (@MarkShyzer) reported

@PeteDeCourcy @Rogers Teksavvy's customer service is pretty great and they use Rogers' lines. Pretty sure they're cheaper too.

  • jnnfrmccann
    Jennifer McCann (@jnnfrmccann) reported

@rogershelps you need to stop spamming my phone with phone calls. Leave a message if you want to talk. Many calls a day is leading me to cancel my service

  • RedEdison

@Rogers the way you treat customers having financial hardships is absolutely disgusting. Covid has certainly opened my eyes to that. We've been trying to catchup for a few months now, getting there slowly but surely. Rogers answer? Cut the internet without warning.
