    SO @Rogers billed me for a netflix account which I didn't order. I call them to complain about it and they tell me this is a Netflix problem not theirs. Ummmm no jackass I didn't order it and YOU are billing me for it. This is definitely a ROGERS PROBLEM.

    @Rogers so angry. Outstanding amount on my account. No one can justify. Just keep getting told to wait. Someone needs to get their **** together and tell me what is going on with my account.

    @RogersHelps I have sent DM's. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone tonight. No one has any answers. It is unbelievable that company of this magnitude can't justify a bill. A customer for 2 months and already disgusted with level of service.

    @RogersHelps I replied back. However internet is on and off because of the exception service. Perhaps it will take a while to reach you. Carrier pigeon perhaps ????
