    @RogersBiz I am with rogers for years now, I’ve multiple accounts with rogers, paying almost 800 dollars a month for services. I feel rogers hiring all untrained people in the world to frustrate it’s customers, when I call to solve any issue they transfer my call here to there….

    @RogersHelps staying at a friends place and their internet is down due to "ethernet doesnt have a valid IP configuration" How can we solve this problem? All the lights on the Rogers modem are on but nothing seems to work!

    @RogersHelps You live & die by your ToS related to the massive July outage. I, a 20-yr customer, lost over $600 in wages thanks to you. Spoke to an unsympathetic manager. “Our ToS dictate that we are not financially responsible” “100% reliable coverage isn’t guaranteed” Paying for “maybe” ?

    @RogersHelps I had better customer service and more perks as a brand new customer to @TELUS than I’ve ever had in my 15 years at @Rogers. You’ve already lost me and I’ll be encouraging all my friends to switch.

    @DianneDuguay @Rogers I am having the same issue! I did the troubleshooting that is recommended restarted the modem and did the System Refresh and that did not work.

    @RogersBiz tech guy cane to install internet, that guy was in so damn rush didn’t do proper wiring, removed wires from another customer’s router in same unit and installed mine, that guy was mad at me for Rogers’s stupidity.
