@theJagmeetSingh Internet is also big headache. @Bell @Rogers charge ridiculous fees, their services are bad, compared to G7 countries which offer a lot cheaper. Internet is lifeline now. My condo only allow us to have either Bell or Rogers. No choice. Not fair and they don’t offer us good deal.

@Rogers tell w/e callcenter you've contracted calling from 888-764-3771 to leave a message, consider the call a success, and then **** off. I'm never going to answer if I didn't request a call. No message = not important = no call back. Or here's a thought, send a ******* email.

@RogersHelps I’ve given you ample opportunities over the years! Today was the last straw! I’ve never, ever experienced such horrible customer service! You can put out as many ads about your improved customer service. ITS WORSE THAN EVER!!! You don’t deserve my money!! Time for a new provider!

@RogersHelps Can you give us an eta on when services will be restored in Tay twp? Been down 4 a couple of hours. No internet & tv, & mobile data is up n down. Becoming a very common theme in recent weeks. Very frustrating. Especially those of us working from home.

Seriously @Rogers .. You send an invite application for your credit card .. and I say “what the hell” .. Then you require a “Selfie” on my mobile device to complete the application?? .. Screw that!! .. Trust me, I don’t need your stupid Mastercard #InvasionOfPrivacy #Rogers
