@Rogers @RogersHelps very frustrating that our internet has been down allllllllll afternoon with no help. I have reset....restarted etc... Our modem to no avail and out neighbours have said theirs is also been out for the same time.

@RogersBiz @rogershelp We have a corporate acct and have been trying to to upgrade our phones. Once I got disconnected the second time I spent 3 hours and thought I finally updated my acct. I'm still waiting for my phones. Your customer service is lacking.

@RogersHelps hey I got no internet and I have tried restarting the router and unplugging it. No luck, the issue is happening in cambridge
