Hello @RogersHelps, have you resolved Ignite cable and internet in Newmarket? You’re telling the press almost everyone has service resolved but most of Northern Newmarket is still out. Also, you won’t be charging data to cell users during this period as well, correct?

  • nitishcsharma13 Nitish Chander Sharma (@nitishcsharma13) reported

@RogersHelps I believe we need more telecom operators in Canada to get better service and coverage and NO more outages in near future.

  • pronto_news ProntoNews (@pronto_news) reported

@Rogers, Canada's largest network goes down for almost 24hrs while they're pushing through censorship bills. #wheird

  • DylanP909 Dylan Partridge (@DylanP909) reported

@RogersHelps 5 hours after the tweet and still no home internet. Seems like a lot of home internet is still down. Is that being fixed after?

  • DrSoofi Muhammad Soofian (@DrSoofi) reported

@RogersHelps my internet service is not working properly

  • cocahogany cocahogany (@cocahogany) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers How were you able to provide updates if your system had an outage?

  • reddys2leaf plant dad (@reddys2leaf) reported

@RogersHelps Why are you guys offering to look at certain areas for those who reply? Why not restore service for all areas simultaneously? Surely a team as broad as Rogers should be able to fix multiple areas at once. What are you guys doing to make sure customers don’t leave?

  • ShariWeech Shari Weech (@ShariWeech) reported

@Rogers you say the majority of service has been restored but I still have no internet. Do you not care about your customers in the north?

  • lakituthecloud Jen (@lakituthecloud) reported

@Oliphantsfont @RogersHelps You don’t know my story, so don’t presume you know the circumstances. You’re fixated on the “lost internet” and not enough on “no one on the Rogers network could call 911”.

  • SylkRich Sarpong #Gracefound (@SylkRich) reported

I love @Rogers @Fidomobile and will always be a loyal customer. That's just how I roll. Still waiting for service to be restored #rogersoutage #RogersLetsNotTalkDay #RogersOutage2022
