@FibeBell Fix your ******* WiFi. You're getting worse than @RogersHelps and that really takes some doing.

  • aspacemonki3 Aspacemonkie (@aspacemonki3) reported

@RogersHelps I don't find Rogers is very helpful when there is a service issue in the area. OFDMA levels have been at 0 in my neighborhood for a month. Your maintenance team closed my neighborhoods ticket without fixing the problem. So I had to get a tech to rediagnose.

  • aspacemonki3 Aspacemonkie (@aspacemonki3) reported

@Rogers you guys have failed to provide me working internet for over a month now. Your customer service has no control over your maintenance teams and your maintenance teams haven't gotten the job done. There's an OFDMA Issue that they have neglected to fix for a month. Come on.

  • JuleConway 🌎 Julie Conway 🌎 (@JuleConway) reported

@RogersHelps I committed to a 1 year contract at a set price in July 2020.. Since then my bill has never reflected the price I agreed to in the terms. I have tried to rectify this with customer service, but no has solved my issue. I continue to be over charged. #terribleservice

  • aspacemonki3 Aspacemonkie (@aspacemonki3) reported

@Rogers Failing to provide working internet during a time like this is ridiculous! What does it take for your maintenance teams to fix the OFDMA issue? It's been a month! My neighborhood is affected by this too. All of us have been neglected as customers.

  • _atchuthan Atchuthan L (@_atchuthan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Been on the line with them for 2 hours now, only to tell me something they could have in 10 minutes. Completely unacceptable! Clearly they don't value a customer's time at all! @RogersHelps

  • SMario51076459 SMario (@SMario51076459) reported

@RogersHelps it happened AGAIN!! Internet down

  • melissalagnada melissa&thechipmunks (@melissalagnada) reported

@RogersHelps No Internet an TV connections near Nielson and 401. Signal is on and off earlier and now No connections at all.

  • mainwich Paul (@mainwich) reported

@RogersHelps helping a friend out - they’ve been charged $200 a month for cell phone service for several years. $100 charges in extra data when they use less then 100MB/month. CS said they can’t do anything to compensate for the horrible overcharges. This isn’t right.

  • caiello2 Cristina Aiello (@caiello2) reported

@RogersHelps Don’t understand why in the last month or so my internet is slow to connect, trouble loading content. I dread calling tech support as I never get a straight answer or any resolution so I resort to venting on Twitter.
