@ServiceOntario Ontario public services should not be unavailable because a private company cannot deliver contacted service. Please ensure @Rogers and any future vendors have backup contingency plans in place for operational disruptions.

@RogersHelps seriously this is ridiculous. My cellular service was back online early this morning. My Ignite came back around noon was able to watch tv. Now Wi-Fi is great but the TV is awful. No sound or channels not loading. GET IT TOGETHER

@RogersHelps Hey, i really hope when you say our wifi is restored that you’ll also mention how slow that internet is and that your working on a fix, all i can run right now is google and youtube, everything else loads in 10 minutes.

@RogersHelps Poor service. No regular television for two days waited for hours on hold to speak to agent said won’t be fixed for 24/48 hours.
