@Rogers my internet, phone and cable are all down in Mississauga. Are there any outages? Your map seems to indicate no. We rebooted everything.

  • geraldine637 Geraldine C (@geraldine637) reported

@RogersHelps how do I fix my screen? Was on guide then went to exit now half the screen is gone

  • ow Owen Williams ⚡ (@ow) reported

@fiede @Rogers I think the point of eSIM was mostly to make it easier to support dual-SIM capabilities in phones, portability, and getting rid of all that plastic, but they somehow bungled it and made it worse

  • SuperSparkplugs Jordan Sparks (@SuperSparkplugs) reported

@rapidlytapardew @Rogers Oh really? With all the money Bell & Rogers get, how can they not make something better? Whenever I think of Crave, I remember an awful lecture during my Masters where the institution/professor was bribed into letting a Bell exec shill to us about Crave TV for over an hour...

  • joelpisani1979 Joel Pisani (@joelpisani1979) reported

After 20 years with @Rogers we cancelled & moved to @Bell for TV, Phone & Internet...Rogers raised our bill by $100 a month without notice, the internet & cell service is terrible...the Bell Fibe TV app is unreal...billing app is far more superior...why did we not switch earlier!

  • docprb1 docprb (@docprb1) reported

@Rogers no internet service in Thornhill since 11.50 am. Any idea when service will be restored?

  • sheldonj1983 James Sheldon (@sheldonj1983) reported

@rogers I don't think I've ever had a good experience on your website. Something is always broken.

  • iamtomcee I'll Be Tom For Christmas (@iamtomcee) reported

So @RogersHelps charging me 2.50 for paying 2 days late is a new thing. Never seen that before. Being with them for over a decade gets me no leeway at all? Maybe it’s time to switch soon.

  • cH40zLord Kai Eichinger (@cH40zLord) reported

@ow @Rogers It's the same **** here in Germany for some carriers (Deutsche Telekom is one of the offenders). Their eSIMs can only be activated once. So if you get a new phone, you have to pay €30,- to get your old eSIM disabled and a new one (a "replacement" SIM).

  • ow Owen Williams ⚡ (@ow) reported

@bonq @Rogers Only valid for new customers. Hope you never need to migrate to a new device lol
