So our internet went down here in #OldSouth #ldnont for 4 hours. I just lost the majority of the ‘work day’ due to @RogersHelps. It’s not the end of the world... I’ll work into the evening to make up the time. But I’m SERIOUSlY feeling the stress. #LearnAtHome

@RogersHelps problems with MyRogers? Every time I try to log in it says your session has timed out. Go to log in again, same message. Why did you remove Face ID capability?

  • missSARAHirene
Sarah Irene (@missSARAHirene) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps I've sent the DM already, but surely your company knows if there's an outage in the area. So far it seems as if GTA is affected as well after doing some research. It'd be nice if you could answer directly and honestly to there being an outage, and when it can be fixed.

  • MarcWatson8
Marc Waston (@MarcWatson8) reported from London, Ontario

@Rogers we want this fixed now. Ridiculous having no cable since Tuesday and now not having internet and no cable. Complete bullshit. Worst Customer Service ever

@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

@RogersHelps gotta love my internet going down 6 times in a single night. Absolute top tier service. Gotta love paying my hard earned money to get absolutely nothing out of it. The service rogers has and it’s lack of support should be illegal for the prices we pay

  • SomiaGrooves
Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps hello, my elderly mother has been having problems with her home phone- you've sent people out to fix numerous times but it still doesn't work. She was sick, & couldn't call 911- THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Please tell me how we can rectify this issue

  • SomiaGrooves

    Allan 3 (@Agent365) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

@RogersHelps hey rogers, Why is my wifi not working and I am on a hold for last 2 hours with you guys???????????😡😡😡😡

  • CanukBigPicture

@princessrica84 @Sportsnet @Rogers Unfortunately, this market can't sustain sports radio. I don't think there is enough fan support. We have seen it fail 3 times already. Maybe someone will do something to fill the void.

@JayGenXer @Rogers Cancel it all and go with Starlink

  • Briancobalt
    Brian (@Briancobalt) reported

I needed help switching to a new phone, the esim isn't moving. I read all self help stuff but the new and old phones just won't communicate. I tried twice with online chat, getting in the queue just to have my chat ended as soon as it was my turn. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps You can’t get an answer from Roger’s no matter what time of day but they happily take your money for services that are down way to often

  • stitchlady
    Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@RogersHelps the batteries in my remote were down to 56% so I put new batteries in but it still says 56%. I used brand new batteries. I’ve had this happen before with remotes. I even restarted my TV box. Why doesn’t it show the batteries at 100%?

  • kerrykakes
    kakes (@kerrykakes) reported

@Loveataurus @Rogers Drives me nuts. If I block a number why would they let it still leave a vm? Like make it make sense. So aggravating. Im thinking of changing carriers. I have 3 phones with "unlimited" data. The highest internet which seriously sucks *** goes out more than its on 1/2

@Rogers you guys should be sued and butt ****** into oblivion for how **** your ******* internet services are you greedy *****

  • dnadoesnotlie
DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported

@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable
