    @Rogers once again worst customer support ever. Just trying to link my daughters birthday Apple Watch to cell phone. Now 2 hours in and no one can say why or how I can change my cell phone plan!!! Time to look at another provider?? Anyone got suggestions for provider in Canada?

    @academyb612 @ThomasRVPE @LndOntRetweets @Rogers @TekSavvyBuzz @FidoSolutions even went out of there way to add a 24 month discount to my home internet plan when they failed to changed it when they said they would. Just truly amazing customer service in my opinion.

    Hi @RogersHelps, why is my Internet much crappier than usual and tv not working today in #ldnont. Have had internet issues all afternoon and cable not working. Yes I’ve unplugged your modem for a hard restart.

    @Rogers so now after the Technician leaves we have no internet and no cable. Technician never told us we would be out of internet for 24-48 as the system will "reset itself". Called technical support and they haven't done anything for us. We need the internet for work.

    @SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

    @RogersHelps you suck! Ignite sucks. You can’t maintain our service. What am I paying almost $300 a month for? Planning to leave because you can’t keep ignite connected at night. I have been up all night and can’t keep you going. #rogersignitesucks

    And Tony, your comment that you can't help people to change subscribers is bs. If you are not happy with @Rogers, first find another provider. TAlk to them about how to switch. Then Unsubscribe from Rogers & join the network you trust more.

    @RogersHelps I filled out & sent the form back. Her phone and internet went down again last night. Someone needs to fix this & compensate her. She needs to be able to call 911 & have a reliable phone connection . 2 years this has been happening

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused.     @Rogers we moved out more than a week ago and they said our new home doesn’t have Roger’s. We are trying to reach you for a week for days and hours waiting on the line and no one answers? Even chat help says call again. What kind of service is that? We want to cancel our subs
