    @Rogers so now after the Technician leaves we have no internet and no cable. Technician never told us we would be out of internet for 24-48 as the system will "reset itself". Called technical support and they haven't done anything for us. We need the internet for work.

    @RogersHelps Well we've had issues with our cable since last Tuesday on and off and finally lost it completely on Thursday. This comes just 4 days after getting upgraded to Rogers Ignite. Very disappointed with the outcome of "upgrading".

    @MikePMoffatt We cancelled and went with @TekSavvyBuzz years ago. Never been happier. Had weird hard to replicate problems with @Rogers that never got resolved. Sucks. Now @Ooma @hulu @PrimeVideo for way way less $$.

    @Rogers very disappointed in Rogers customer service. Constant intermittent or non existent internet, over past 6 months called them 4 times with issues. Offered rebate of $10.86, then$25, then $50. The impact on our lives costs way more than this, got to love loyalty, not.
