@RogersHelps Yes, I would like to know what you are offering your customers for an outage in your service that effected millions of users. Considering we pay a premium price we expect a premium service and that was not evident on Wednesday

@juststacey_ @RogersHelps Had a similarly awful experience with Bell years ago, which made us switch to Wind (at the time, now Freedom). Yes, we buy our own devices, but our plan price hasn't changed in 10 years! I hated being locked into a contract with Bell.
