@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions One that only offers price match with no additional discount for loyalty to competitors. One that has yet to credit my bills with the amount to make up for the #rogersoutage the first time. Oh and since the outage, the internet and data has been ever so unreliable.

@cmakcpa @RogersHelps Seriously though, if you drastically needed to call 911 for a personal medical emergency I doubt that would have crossed one's mind, and if it did, it may not have been possible to do this in the midst of a stroke or heart attack. #rogersoutage

Sometimes I feel like @RogersBiz call centres likes to get abused. Like Rogers genuinely likes it low key. I mean, if Rogers CARED to reach an agreement with customer more, maybe they won’t have problem. Only difference is I don’t like being abusive, both we both are.

@Rogers internet has been down for 17 hours and still counting!! 👎 Last time it lasted 25 hours...This is in Canada. In 2022!!! Today, we are switching providers.
