Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SweetSpotRD Cheryl Strachan RD (she/her) (@SweetSpotRD) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@adolwyn @RogersHelps @SaskTelSupport We have Shaw mobile and the coverage in real Saskatchewan was abysmal. Although I couldn’t even get coverage in Regina so I’m wondering if my phone was having a hard time connecting to the network for some reason.

  • Kingelin1 Alison Kingelin 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@Kingelin1) reported

Hey @Rogers My internet is as slow as dial-up but I pay for the highest speed. I sure hope you’re rebating everyone for five days.

  • goodkarma4344 Good Karma (@goodkarma4344) reported

@RogersHelps 5 days!!!! You keep bumping the fees annually using the alibi that you are investing in the infrastructure. The outage proved what was total nonsense. Stop treating your customers like idiots, you plainly greedy.

  • SparkerSteven Steve Parker (@SparkerSteven) reported

@RogersHelps So what about the other 5 days in Ottawa last month? Why does my next door neighbour pay 40% of what I pay for better service?? You better start treating customers like people…we talk.

  • Kilani_Family The Kilani Family (@Kilani_Family) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps you can avoid a insane lawsuit if you just credit your customers a month worth of service because EVEN THEN the damage you have caused is beyond a months worth, especially to some people who lost thousands of not more from the outage,Ike my family for example.

  • JustinCalow Justin Cālow (@JustinCalow) reported

@RogersHelps I was impacted but no longer a direct customer... I can DM you the address to send my cheque.

  • 11LisaMarie ✨LisaMarie✨ (@11LisaMarie) reported

@LeezerShort @MjbOriginal @RogersHelps I’m still having that same issue with mine.

  • originaljcl Dutty Boukman (@originaljcl) reported

    @Trinityneo2 @Rogers Yupp, a months free service minimum,not this!!

  • silkycallaway72 silky (@silkycallaway72) reported

@RogersHelps Still moving my phone service to bell once I’m out my contract

  • K1_Macc Stretch (@K1_Macc) reported

@RogersHelps I don't really care much about the credit. I just want an internet connection that is stable. Mine has dropped once or twice a day since the outage. Get it together.
