    somewhat due to the congestion that @RogersHelps notified me of the other night in relation to the node. So it looks like the fix until the node is split is to buy a second connection to the house. I have a few phone calls to make in the AM but hopefully it gets sorted soon. 3/3

    @leerathje @Rogers It doesn't mean coverage will improve in Tofino itself where we actually live. Here Rogers service is still weak. I switched from Rogers after dealing with it when I first moved here.

    It's a new day @RogersHelps so don't **** it up with bad internet connection and outages. That's not asking alot from a company who calls itself Canada's leading ISP

    @Fidomobile @Rogers you guys are the scum of the earth. Your customer service hangs up 3 times on me and and says they are transferring me to a supervisor.

    @RogersHelps Now I know why people leave Rogers - just absolutely atrocious refund policy when it's not the customer's fault. It's YOUR fault not mine.

    @Rogers @Rogers - this clearly needs to be changed. Ex: Netflix, amazon, music services, etc don't charge your account ANYTHING if a CC expires. They simply suspend your service. You guys have treated a customers account like your own bank account. #notcool Stop that right now.
