Hey @RogersHelps, my roommate opened a ticket with you in March. Our internet still crashes daily. This is no longer acceptable as it directly impacts my work. It’s okay. No need to respond, I’m going to take over the account and cancel it.

@Distributel @Rogers no internet since Tuesday. Been calling daily asking that Distributel escalate as daughter is in Virtual summer school and we can't be without internet. Distributel tech says its a Rogers problem and we have a ticket. Will not call to further escalate.

@Rogers I lived in TO for a few years, leaving in 2019, and had Rogers service during that time. Service outages, ridiculously high pricing became features rather than bugs! Moved back West and resumed with Shaw. Surprise, surprise....no issues at all! Your Co. is a joke! 😟

@NightShiftMD I know how you feel. This week:1) Abscessed molar-requires root canal. 2) billing issues with @RogersHelps -impossible to speak to a human 3) City Of Toronto messed up my property tax bill for the first time in 16 years. Also no way to speak to a human.
