@RogersHelps You link brings you to support page which is a never ending get help faq which I’m not interested in. I spent over 4 hours of my time speaking to rogers which lead to my discovery that the agent put a neighbour address in and wrong package shipped. Canceling this is painful.

@RogersHelps Get your **** together. Took 4 transfers and 1 hours to get a subscription removed. +Signed up for future date roam like home on app. Got the email said that is expiring soon as the date starts March 28 2006 - March 4 2026 AND it wasn’t even for the line I selected.

@RogersHelps Just switched to @RogersHelps home internet from @Bell a few months back and this is the second time it has gone out for more than 4 hours. This time it was 12 hours! What gives? Absolute garbage internet service!

@RogersHelps Can’t log into my Rogers/Shaw account since Feb 10, weekly calls end wth ‘someone will be in touch’ but they never do. Today was told account comprised due to too many attempts, duh.. that was me w your tech support. When I asked to speak w mgr and they refused to talk to me.
