But what you didnt do was increase your staff to match your accounts accumulation...to the point where, I heard "Sorry, we are too busy to take your call, goodbye" Over and over and over for more than a month.   @RogersHelps Stop it. Rogers net income for 2025 was $4.93 BILLION. Ours was $8200.00 There were no service upgrades, nothing is clearer or faster. No extra channels. Just a $5 increase for no reason at all. STOP IT
