    @RogersHelps I need some help. I called Rogers looking to reduce my bill. The first chat girl gave me Essentials. Next chat changed it too Popular. On the phone offered a new package Ultimate with Netflix and Apple. Call lost while waiting. Just want Ultimate back.

    @RogersHelps Yes, and then I took some back roads into Orleans, but I’ve never had network issues previously. I do have 5G. I’ve shut my phone off and restart it twice die for the most part. It has not worked at all today.

    Has anyone else under @Rogers or Shaw wifi been having trouble with their internet connection the last several days?? I've tried all the troubleshooting they mentioned and none of it has helped with the internet connection going in and out!! Fix your internet connection @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Yes first it said it would be down until 13:00 and now it's changed to 14:00
