    @RogersHelps going on record here that our TV service is still disrupted as of July 9, 2022 at 6:05 pm. No other way to let you know basically so here it is. Collecting all the time for credits plus the extra we had to pay on family Koodo to top up data for credits

    @RogersHelps My elderly mother is unable to receive calls. It goes directly into VM. She has a wireless home phone. Are you working on restoring the issue?

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Lol “services have been restored” I can use YouTube on my phone but can only use twitch after opening and reloading the app 4 times… can’t game online on my PlayStation, neither can any of my siblings but yet we had no problem playing apex legends last night? Pure boredom…

    @RogersHelps You’re telling me that Rogers has no redundancy built into their network in case they have a patch that does not update properly? They should have been able to roll back within an hour or so to minimize the customer impact. Where is the government oversight? @RogersHelps

    @AboutRogers @Rogers So is this going to be an annual thing Rogers?? This same exact thing happened last year April as well when an update wipes off wireless, internet and phone services to the entire nation. You guys really need to get your **** together.
