    My @RogersBiz @RogersHelps internet is not working since few hours now. It seems some work in progress by @Bell_Support to replace optical cable. And they have removed all cables. Why was I not notified for this outage ? What is the ETA?

    The person working outside mentioned that they are working to install @Bell_Support but someone might have broken rogers cable!! @RogersHelps @RogersBiz can you look into why my internet is not working

    @RogersHelps My internet connection keeps on getting interrupted. Our modem keeps rebooting usually 10-20 times a day. We also got a new modem last friday and the same problem still exists. This is literally unacceptable

    @rogershelps @rogersoutages more periodic drops again today. I just don’t understand. You’ve had plenty of time since your canda wide debacle to be more stable. I’ve been a customer for many years but I think it is time to say goodbye.

    took 30mins on hold, then agent took average of 5 minutes just to respond to anything i typed...& just kept repeating that they could change my plan/charge me...they keep saying NO @RogersHelps agent will ever be able to help with the offer that @rogers sent me!!

    Hey @RogersHelps I work from home. Contractors cut the internet at the driveway and you can't come til Friday! Your commercials are full of ****.
