    @RogersHelps I want to thank all staff at @RogersHelps for being able to carry out their work in a dark day like this one. You are the reason people like me stay with this service provider. By the way, still there is no service here in Calgary

    @RogersHelps This is completely unacceptable as we as Canadians pay the MOST IN THE WORLD for cellular service/data. 13 hours to restore service is a slap in the face to your customers and highway robbery.

    @RogersHelps why have I still not been notified about the outage by you? I could not make calls, access & send emails/texts for over 10 hours while driving 7 hours for a medical appt. A day full of unnecessary stress due to lack communication ability & feeling unsafe. Explain pls

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps From what I hear it’s because the network was trying to switch to 5G today
