@RogersHelps Fourth time my show’s been interrupted. I’ve called your service, I’ve sent you DM’s, nothing works because your service is good for nothing.

Hey @Rogers #Rogers you are the worst. After having to switch to #ignite because you could not replace my modum, and more than a week after sending customers coast to coast into a black out my cable is still locking up, as is my internet. Cannot believe this is happening.

@RogersHelps Any idea when the credit from the massive outage will be applied? I just received my bill and it was the same amount as every other month. No credit given.

@snowmanonfire @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Well usually the limitations period does ‘em in, but I guess some are just extra stupid. Out about $150 in postage, too?

@RogersHelps Internet has been down since 10:30pm EST in Toronto and I've provided everything you asked for in DM's with no response in an hour. What ********? If I'm out another day of work because of this, you are causing me serious problems that you can't fix.

@jbernoff @Rogers Great article. As a Rogers business customer for many years, I also found their communications response insufficient—on the crisis that day, and the later apology. I'll check my bill next month for that refund but I doubt it'll afford me a pint of beer.
