@AboutRogers @RogersHelps My cell service has been down all day. Only intermittently able to use wifi calling. I would love a days credit to my and my wife's bill. It's the least you should do

  • BigNasty6oh4 Dr.Cheesy McTits MD🇨🇦 aka CheeseTits (@BigNasty6oh4) reported

@Rogers is there any ETA on getting your service up and running? Will I be seeing this lack of service as a credit on my bill? If I pay a day late you charge interest so are you able to take the cost of this day off my bill? #Rogers #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • hasanilyas811 Hasan Saiyed (@hasanilyas811) reported

Toronto hits differently fam here mobile services are also under Lockdown. @Rogers @Bell @fido..... Doghford had issued stay at home order for people and that only for nonessential activities and not for services and service providers.. #StayHomeToronto #PHNSERVICESLOCKDOWN

  • joemeawasige Joee (@joemeawasige) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Eh I don’t care what the issue was, just as long as it’s fixed. Thanks.

  • JoTimez Joel (@JoTimez) reported

@kevrevrun @AboutRogers @Rogers But in canada there is a monopoly. Rogers and Bell take advantage by this. They charge the highest in the world and give us the worst service and connectivity in the world. This will never change unless more competition comes in. And the gov will never allow that

  • cswanton23 Chris (@cswanton23) reported

@RogersHelps This is beyond unacceptable. If this is not fixed by this evening then I expect to be credited for 2 days of no service.

  • 0bserveroftime Observer Of Time (@0bserveroftime) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps @Rogers Why is it acceptable to charge customers for a service that you're unable to deliver? What's going on? Almost a day without service, the $4.50 I pay a day pale in comparison to the lost business. How will you make this right?

  • Sweetsherene1 Sweetsherene (@Sweetsherene1) reported

@130n3thr33 @AboutRogers @Rogers You may be able to work without internet connection I cannot! This has ZERO to do with being spoiled last time I checked I pay for a service! You can keep you opinion to yourself as you’re just talking but not saying anything relevant.

  • grapedevine Tracy Lynn (@grapedevine) reported

@Rogers still no cell service...12 hours and counting in #britishcolumbia #rogers

  • RajSent87704765 Raj Senthil (@RajSent87704765) reported

@RogersHelps Hello Rogers, it is not an intermittent issue. I have been out of service since 7 am like most people here. Unable to receive business calls.
