Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

@RogersHelps it is absolutely insane that we get charged full price for service that with regular consistency just goes out for minutes at a time. Seeing as I rely on internet for my streams I don’t know what to do anymore.

Last summer a @RogersHelps technician climbed the pole in my back yard to fix my neighbours Internet and unplugged my @TekSavvyBuzz connection. I noticed and got him to correct it before he left. Today, same thing happened but I was too slow. Now I have to wait for a ticket 🤬

@rogers ... worst customer service EVER! I've spent almost SIX hours on the phone with them over the last two days. They are the epitome of Conway's Law. Who do I send my invoice to for the service I'm providing of "Wasting my time!"

If you own a @Rogers account, go change your password now, there is a leak, second time this happens to me with a rogers specific password, last time they didn't say anything about it, so don't expect them say **** about it.

@Rogers too much internet problems for the day already. Not so bad for me but son needs to be in his class and I don't want to spend my day emailing his teacher and the office.
