Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

@RogersHelps Not only is our service out, your online tool says it isn't and yet says you're too busy to connect me to an agent. Same message when trying to call in. Maybe someone should tell Anna? Maybe Anna is useless and you should hire more actual people?
