    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    @RogersHelps Hi! My network cable (coax) branches from the upstairs to the basement, but I have no ethernet cable downstairs. Can I hook up a second modem to the downstairs coax or will that not work? What if it is a non-rogers modem? I have one lying around...

    @Rogers why is it I cannot lower the amount of Gs per month to lower my cell bill in a way that doesn't make me break my family plan to go on multiple solo plans that doesn't include smartwatches? So I'm stuck continually paying for Gs I will never use?

    @RogersHelps Well this isn’t helpful at all - service out completely (I’m in Etobicoke) but I didn’t find that out until I called. Why even have a link like this posted when you don’t use it? How do I actually get updates to know service is out?
