Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

The change to Infinite plans are pretty terrible for those of us with multiple lines and bonus data on ShareEverything. After many loyal years I will be leaving @Rogers

@Lumeena @RogersHelps I used to work customer service/billing for Rogers (for cell service) An the hold times were a nightmare. Too many calls and not enough agents to answer them. They also pretty much took away all of our options for helping a customer. Have you been able to talk to them yet?

@RogersHelps it is astonishing that after having 2 service outages in 2 years and so much from your ceo about customer service etc, you guys are impossible to reach on phone, spent 3 hrs trying to get connected and finally had to hang up in frustration. Can you guys help me?
