The change to Infinite plans are pretty terrible for those of us with multiple lines and bonus data on ShareEverything. After many loyal years I will be leaving @Rogers

@6ixbuzztv Doesn't matter. Ordered my @koodo SIM card today. @Rogers was out during the storm blackout, Koodo wasn't. Rogers was out LAST year from an outage, Koodo wasn't. Rogers customer service is lousy. Koodo's isn't.

  • oldsukkur Saeed Ahmed (@oldsukkur) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Since Saturday home internet service was choppy but this morning it is completely gone, can’t work coz of non availability of internet.

  • maryannefowler Maryanne Fowler (@maryannefowler) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Still waiting for internet on Day 4 in L1K area of Oshawa (Harmony/Taunton). I am not even a rogers customer but with Teksavvy who is YOUR customer as they have to use your infrastructure. This is insane. Remote workers need internet to work. What are you doing for me Rogers?

  • kairojade77 Kairo (@kairojade77) reported

So @Rogers what’s the plan to compensate me for the Internet outage that cost me a whole days business ? Thank goodness my phone plan is up in a week I probably will be moving to Telus or Bell.

  • TheGospelOfChad Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps You just sent me a message about a service interruption in my area. Again? So is this going to be a weekly thing from now on? Way to incentivize me into switching to Bell.

  • uncast Æthelðan (@uncast) reported

After dealing with the @Rogers outage on Friday, I cross the river to Montréal only to have internet go down at my @Airbnb location halfway thru my work day. Third internet related issue on this trip. That’ll teach me to trust working remotely in Canada.

  • CPercySearle Carolyn 🇨🇦 (@CPercySearle) reported

@RogersHelps we are still having problems! Yesterday we had email connectivity! Today nothing but error msgs saying server issues! Another hour on the phone with your tech! Now escalated to investigate server problem! @CraigSearle1 pls fix this!

  • it_Dave Dave the I.T. Guy 🇨🇦 (@it_Dave) reported

@RogersHelps my Ignite TV is still not working right. Still freezing and glitching on all channels. I've rebooted my gateway and TV boxes many times to see if it helps. Guess the problem is STILL on your end after 4 days. I guess I'll see about a $3 bill credit for it 😡 #Fixit

  • Kushal_Geesawor Kushal Geesawor (@Kushal_Geesawor) reported

Just switched to @Bell. Friday was awful with @Rogers and my LTE access still doesn't work...

  • chrisstoneburg Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, Ontario

Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022
