@RogersBiz I like these two initiatives :-) However I left Rogers (20+ year previous Cantel customer) because I couldn’t get decent roaming in the USA or Mexico my last three trips.

I have been with @rogers for many years. Now for 2 weeks we are having problem with the internet service. No resolution and it’s being escalated every time I call. No one is working on this issue. Very disappointed. Time to switch.

Why are Rogers retail stores so hard to get into? They require more documentation than an international border? They’re locked and require a facial recog. scan and govt ID to enter the store. WTF??? @Rogershelps can you explain this?

I have been without internet at my business because of a local outage since Wed afternoon – rogered! "Technician working on it." My cell phone is with Bell and I can remain operational. @Rogers, you’re advertising says you're "the best internet ever." Best internet? Never.
