    @Rogers home monitoring app is garbage. Delete app, reinstall app and camera video works on 1st log in and then doesn’t load again after that. Ready to cancel all of my Rogers services due to constant issues with all of them. #RogersSucks #cancelRogers

    @RogersHelps Internet and cable out in downtown Toronto. Please help get this fixed. My internet went out at the beginning of the pandemic and it wasn’t fixed for 3 days. Like many, I work from home and due to lockdown can’t go anywhere else to connect.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers you upsold me on the Infinite WiFi package and modem. After a painful hour long installation call on Friday night with your agent, it worked. BUT it’s been down since this morning and I’ve been on hold. The wait to speak to an agent is excruciatingly painful.
