@RogersHelps No, restarting the app on my end does nothing. Your team needs to reset the back end, which seems to have been done at half time. To reiterate the obvious, this is ridiculously poor streaming service for a game of this magnitude.

@Rogers once again I felt scammed by you. One week ago I called about my services and overcharge in my last bill. The costumer service representative told me the bill amount will be fixed about 24hrs but one week later someone else told me a different version.

@RogersHelps please get back to the DM as I was told this would be resolved on this current bill and it hasn’t been, poor customer service regarding this bill. the bill is not updated as I was told it would be in December 2021. I’m owed credit on this bill where is it?
