@RogersHelps I’m at my wits end. This internet service is the worst I’ve ever had. We have two kids doing remote learning and one adult working from home, and the constant service interruptions are embarrassing and I’ve had enough. I’m done. Say goodbye to $400+ per month.

@RogersHelps it's been more than 10 days and I haven't had my cell number ported from Chatr to @Rogers. I know both Roger's owns chatr - still you guys are unable to port my number. Please look into the matter and close this issue ASAP.

@RogersHelps no email reply from RogereDirect for two days and no answer after 1 hour hold. My new phone got shipped but address is missing a unit number. Someone from Roger's needs to contact Purolator and provide the unit number. Please help!!!
