    My internet has been down for over 16 hours now. This is the 10th extended outage (hours not minutes) I've had since December. Rogers needs to be more proactive about informing their customers about issues and maintenance work. Super disappointed @RogersHelps 👎

    So, @rogers online bill "Save PDF" feature has been broken for at least four months now. The workaround is to choose "Print PDF" then select your systems PDF print driver. #psa #fail

    @startca @RogersHelps can you guys get moving on this broad outage affecting Brantford/Brant. Reports are at 12hrs outage now; in 2022, at the price we pay, the lack of clear communication with folks who rely on this service to make a living is wholly unacceptable.
