    @IllumAbilities @RogersHelps I haven’t been holding out much hope for any kind of real updates since Sunday. And now Anna just says there’s no outage and it must be me. So I’ll just go back to watching my blinking orange light in the hopes that someday I’ll have internet again.

    Bro @RogersHelps is just ******* up. For the last week n a half, my internet has just been a mess/ just not working…. But if I’m a day late in paying my bill because the bill slipped my mind, Rogers marks my credit history as failure to pay for 30-days. Make it make sense….

    @RogersHelps No hope at all. I already DM @RogersHelps, but still no ETA, no any sign for the case escalation. Also repeatedly receive the same message about delay fixing the problem.
