@RogersHelps what the hell is wrong with your service in Ottawa south. Every few seconds there is sound and video drop out. I have rebooted the box 2 times already. It is worse on the lower channels. VERY annoying.

@Rogers Customers were promised 5 days worth of service credit. If you divide $240 by 30 = 8 *5 is 40 not 20 which is the credit I received. You may want to check your math Rogers.

@Rogers @AEBT95825217 I got my bill with the credit for the outage, I'm not sure how Rogers calculates 5 days of service but a $20 credit on a $240 bill is not the cost 5 days worth of service as we were promised.

@RogersHelps 2.5 h last night to cancel TV service at the end of the month. Now I can’t even watch tv. Spent 1.5 h on chat still doesn’t work and service can’t give me refund. This is ridiculous!

@Rogers Useless Rogers Due to shut down, my wife entertains seniors on live stream. Free of charge. Speed from Rogers cable is not reliable. From 70 dowmload to 400 in matter of hours. Goes down fast too Upload, from 4 to 30. No steady speed. sorry not happy at all. Useless cable
