Bell TV and Rogers Ignite were too complicated for her to use and too expensive. @Rogers says basic is no longer available at her address.

Robert Kilin (@Robkilin) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Rogers Customers were promised 5 days worth of service credit. If you divide $240 by 30 = 8 *5 is 40 not 20 which is the credit I received. You may want to check your math Rogers.

Now myaccount past due, new bill has been issued, and I've been charged late fees because I can't reach anyone.

This is very poor customer service. If I go to a store they direct me back to technical support so it’s a never ending cycle. Rogers FAIL
