That means if you're still having issues connecting to certain sites, or, say, images aren't loading on Discord, you're prevented from fixing the issue!

The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps I have reached out to tech support on previous occasions when this happened and all they do is reauthorize my modem etc etc. The issue keeps happening! Its always during a game on the 4K channel so obviously this is part of the problem!
