@Rogers @RogersHelps you need to do something to help the customer solve their problem not only extend the estimate restore time. At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.

@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

@Rogers Why should we give a ****? You gave us a whack *** refund for 1 day's usage after putting everyone in BC with no service for a long time and made it impossible to reach loved ones. 1 day of a refund for people that have been with Rogers for over a decade. That's pathetic.

As I sit and paid my @Rogers bill of over $300.00 I am wondering why after looking a day of pay due to their issues I can't get any relief ? @RogersHelps offered 3GB more data for a month... we used 3.2 this month so nope... no break on the bill except one day service... joke

Me with proof of payment before due date, @RogersHelps still adding a late fee. They offer dumb fix, I say no. Get told to take it or leave it. Tell them I'll just file with @CCTS_CPRST ..."let me put you through to a manager". Sitting on hold for 20+ mins and counting.
