@morganArseCan @Bell Not much better service with @Rogers either... not sure why these big name companies don’t get it yet! #CustomerService

  • a_shaily
Shaily Allison (@a_shaily) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

I need help with my grandmother’s TV situation. Antenna’s won’t pick up more than 2 channels (ground floor, too far from window). Bell TV and Rogers Ignite were too complicated for her to use and too expensive. @Rogers says basic is no longer available at her address.

Pete Patterson, Spatial Cadet, 𝑥R Dev (@OttawaPete) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps my internet has been out since 7 am this morning in K2L2A2 area? Is this a known issue?

  • cliffyryan22
Ryan (@cliffyryan22) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps a long time ago we broke up. I’m feeling really bad about this now that @Bell_Support has taken advantage of me. I thought they were different, I was so wrong. Can you have me back? I want to keep my number. Bell can’t take that away from me. #grassisnevergreener

  • PubsSr
King of Hintonburg (@PubsSr) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

.@RogersHelps just a guess, have you checked whether there are compatibility issues with the Covid vaccines and your 5G network? All these folks that are now 5G chip enabled seems like most plausible issue!

@SaveitlikeSully @RogersHelps I had to do multiple reboot of my router and cable modem. Anil, what time was yours down?

  • OttawaByMike
Michael Lewicki (@OttawaByMike) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

  • CicelyMcWilliam
Cicely McWilliam (@CicelyMcWilliam) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps what the hell is wrong with your service in Ottawa south. Every few seconds there is sound and video drop out. I have rebooted the box 2 times already. It is worse on the lower channels. VERY annoying.

Hey @RogersHelps - internet up and down in my area for 5 days, have called several times, now tech support says maintenance should look at it in the next few days. Why no urgency?

  • LeonardSurges

  • Robkilin
Robert Kilin (@Robkilin) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@Rogers Customers were promised 5 days worth of service credit. If you divide $240 by 30 = 8 *5 is 40 not 20 which is the credit I received. You may want to check your math Rogers.

  • Glenn_A_Johnson
Glenn Johnson (@Glenn_A_Johnson) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps one day after changing our modem, our wifi is down AGAIN, continuation of an ongoing problem NOT solved @Rogers. It may be time to switch to @Bell

@RogersHelps You are my internet provider because you are supposed to be the best hence the high prices, yet the game I looked forward to watching kept freezing on my new 80 inch TV. You guys are the worst.

  • farmloaner
    Chris (@farmloaner) reported

@Rogers ruining the birthday. Can’t watch @tigershockey or @EdmontonOilers due to a service interruption. Lots of upset hockey fans in Medicine Hat tonight!

  • ppsgrover

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Unfortunately Customer Care Team is not able to help me much so I am requesting you. Please make sure nothing is charged extra to my account since I already paid regular amount of $64.40 #Rogers #CustomerService

  • EddieSheerr
    Eddie Sheerr (@EddieSheerr) reported

@RobertChaulk @DaveJSullivan @Rogers I'd say it'll be in a band that goes with one of the carriers. So Rogers may offer it as an add on service

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @ryangerritsen @Rogers With current Grok capabilities, AI agents could automate most routine customer service, billing, technical support, and admin tasks via chat/voice. Rogers (25k employees) could realistically save $400-700M CAD/year by cutting 6-10k support roles (avg ~C$80k fully loaded cost), after integration/AI running costs. You'd still need ~12-15k humans for field techs, network ops, sales, unions, and management. Full replacement isn't there yet—agents augment fast.

  • MikeTheNavyGuy1
    Michael Mahoney (@MikeTheNavyGuy1) reported

Pretty disappointed to see this from @Rogers Been a customer for over a decade. Not sure I'll stick around with them after seeing this.

  • Brsrkr30835
    Ryan (@Brsrkr30835) reported

@EdmontonOilers @Rogers @RogersPlace Jackson was a very bad hire. Good job Katz, you wasted 97.

  • loyaltybuff
    Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported

@RogersHelps @Victorie0000 @RogersHelps the problem here outside of being universally common is that calling puts you in a ridiculous and endless queue with the worst music. When u do get through you get passed around and you get different answers 1/2

  • sotiredsotired
    tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported

@RogersHelps We can pick up in another thread, or if you can direct me to a human. Two cycles through the rogers helps system with a totally incorrect bill followings service change resulted in nothing but wasted time. If you have an email with a human to review the matter pls share.
