NO internet. We are still connected to our neighbors and waiting for the #Fiberoptics to be blown. We have someone coming but NOT until July 6! How disappointing! Our neighbor called @Rogers to fix their security system and someone came the same day (July 1). This is fair? (2/3)

@Rogers We have been long time customers since 2004. We moved to our new home in December 2020 and have been waiting for #newFiberOptics to be blown to our place. Technicians have come a number of times to make “quick fixes” but nope it doesn’t help. Now we have (1/3)

@Rogers why is even the top package you offer so small compared to other countries? 1.5 gig up and 1 gig down is nothing. You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.

@RogersHelps Are there service interruptions in Ottawa today? My internet and cable has cut out three times today. I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

@Rogers just so we're clear ... I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

Every time you go to see your bill and the MyRogers app is down you should get $10 off your bill this is like the third time I've gone to look to see can't get in is down for maintenance again! @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps any reason that your browser streaming platform for ignite TV still doesn’t support loading in Linux? Was hopeful after your service dropped the awfulness which was Adobe Flash that your browser and OS support would enable Linux users, but no go. Why?

I hate the way @Rogers way of doing business keeps putting their customer facing employees in positions where they have to face the wrath of an angry client. Nothing is ever what they tell you with Rogers.

@RogersHelps Nah just wanted to let y'all know. I had a family member who had someone get into their network (albeit they had a weak PW). When they called in for help they were told to block each device. Frustrated they called me, fixed with allow devices vs disallow. Have a goodnight!

2 mths after agreeing to price for phones @rogers customer services response: I do apology that you were given the wrong information on the offer. Tells me to go back to Rogers store to sort it out.14 Years a customer and they are going to lose me over $15/month.

My internet is still really bad and @Rogers still doesn't have a solution. They refuse to acknowledge this widespread issue in the province and has been an issue since November since they enabled OFDMA on the upstream and blame our personal equipment. I do not recommend Rogers.

@RogersHelps Then tried calling smart home monitoring service again at 18449434420. As usual, it reaches to some other dept (after waiting for 10 mins) then they were trying to send me to smart home monitoring, but call drops while waiting again.

@RogersHelps I already pay for the channel that is airing the game. Why would you try & squeeze more money out of your customers this way? No way Im spending $20-$50/mnth to get 1 channel. A better solution is to get a VPN & stream for free while canceling my Rogers subscription!
