The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!

We moved to our new home in December 2020 and have been waiting for #newFiberOptics to be blown to our place. Technicians have come a number of times to make “quick fixes” but nope it doesn’t help. At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.
