@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

@Rogers @RogersHelps you need to do something to help the customer solve their problem not only extend the estimate restore time. At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.

@telus throttling my mobile data speed after I used up all my data during the @rogers outage. Despite the fact I am under my data every single month. Telus taking advantage of the #rogersoutage is going to cost them customers.
