  • 802Tophat Richard McIntosh (@802Tophat) reported

I’m wondering if a commit confirm would have been enough to prevent this outage @Rogers. Assuming it was an automation script that broke some stuff. Hopefully we’ll see a proper RFO.

  • Bharps1 Bianca (@Bharps1) reported

@tosajohn @RogersHelps Yes, but that doesn’t help when this happens at a store. And if your landline is with Rogers, you’re no farther ahead.

  • ElCanaco El Canaco (@ElCanaco) reported

@jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps Out here in BC, still no text messaging. But I can send this tweet, so I guess Rogers considers that restored service.

  • KimberleyCoultr Kimberley. I stand with Ukraine 🇺🇦 (@KimberleyCoultr) reported

@Syncretiphile @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Yup. I changed my home phone from bell to Rogers. I don't know anyone that has a "landline" anymore. Rogers had never been reliable. It took 5 years to have normal internet service. Never found out why it went dwn all the time. Imagine how bad it will be with shaw added. DARK

  • GhostOf_J The Ghost of Juergen (@GhostOf_J) reported

@cco8226 @RealAndyLeeShow @RogersHelps Well, if you were a lowly paid support person in the Philippines, and your take home pay was based on how many calls you could handle in a day, wouldn't you give people the same answer? It's all about volume. Helpful advice is completely optional.

  • carla_mackay Carla MacKay (@carla_mackay) reported

@RogersHelps 10:55am on July 9th in Rural NS… still no service. Guessing “vast majority” means Ontario

  • GimmeUnits Gary Bet Man (@GimmeUnits) reported

@RogersHelps This so damn bad they straight up lying!

  • carollou72 Carol L. Edwards (@carollou72) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Since the outage I can’t play my recorded programs on my Ignite PVR. It goes straight to delete when I choose PLAY. Anyone else?

  • Phil_SDP Phil Parsons (@Phil_SDP) reported

@RogersHelps Home phone still down (Newmarket)

  • My_opinions74 STOP (@My_opinions74) reported

@ElmDrawsStuff @RogersHelps How about a month's credit worth instead of $1.60? No service has caused much more losses for some people who own businesses, no debit.
