C (@ConorCPaterson) reported@RogersHelps my home internet keeps going out at least once a week and no one can tell me what the issue is! Chats aren’t responsive. Can someone please help?
-
Cynthia Ronald (@CinRon2) reported@RogersHelps Gee, @Rogers RogersHelps was absolutely NO help! Where are the REAL people who can actually help?
-
jim shogren (@JimShogren) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers The really sad part is when you do get through you are guaranteed to talk to a foreigner. The other day I got a Moroccan in Regina! WTF Canadian companies should hire some white English speaking workers.

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedWell... @Rogers promised me that my shanty temp line running over my front lawn would be buried in 4 - 6 weeks. It has now been 9 weeks, and still no sign that the line is going to be buried. I'm starting to regret being a Rogers customer
-
Jay (@TheHeartPlumber) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers I’m very sorry, Jeff. Your post didn’t specify. It took me months to find someone within Rogers to help me cancel my Mom’s Rogers account after she passed. It was terribly frustrating. To boot, they wanted to charge me $1200 for the balance remaining for her iPhone. #F-Rogers

Chris Conley (@ResearchChat) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersHelps tried to reach out to support this morning and was hung up on for a third time. Sitting on hold, for fourth time.
-
Jessica (@SuckMySocks12) reported@Stagger1Lee2 @RogersHelps 🙄😑 I agree, it is AWFUL. I had to watch one show on closed captioning just so I could at least see what was being said. So that was really enjoyable! NOT! 🙄
-
Rick Young (@YoungerGolf) reportedDear @Rogers, Your Ignite service has dropped five times today already. How many more re-starts am I going to have to put up with?? And why am I paying for this??
-
Parth Barot (@Parth38622421) reportedRogers falsely flagged me for a business account I never opened, threatened suspension, and even closed my fraud report as “not fraud”. Weeks later they admitted it was their own system error. @Rogers fix this and compensate for the stress caused.

Brockus (@BrockWarkentin) reported@mattsekeres @Rogers @CorusPR They don't see it, they never saw it & I am sure the unfortunate people being laid off some how accept their sacrifice for their more Enlighted Toronto comrades. The irony is Brian Mulroney's talk show is probably the last thing left that gives Corus any relevance.
