Exactly how does Covid prevent @RogersHelps from answering the phone. Press 5 to cancel multiple services but then you spend an hour on hold and can’t cancel? Great trick! 🙄 Hello?! @CRTCeng

At my wits end with @RogersHelps - trying to get in touch with an Ignite sales rep...concierge...and have spent a total of 8 hours on hold, dropped calls, incompetent staff and still can’t BUY THE SERVICE I WANT!

@RogersHelps Tv was off 2 hours, gradually coming back. Was actually hoping it was problem in area and not our tv but apparently it IS our tv...still. MAJOR problems pretty much every day since switched to Ignite OVER A YEAR AGO! Last week techs came and replaced lines. We’re hopeful...NOPE
