@AboutRogers @Rogers Service have absolutely not been restored… I even stepped into one of your physical locations yesterday and your own staff said this is a joke. They couldn’t even dial out themselves yet nor access all parts of their own systems…?!? It’s going on three days

  • shawnfhohoho shawn fitzgerald (@shawnfhohoho) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers Hahahaha, what you guys think your gonna get rich cause your phone was off for a day. Time to get back to basics for awhile and put down the phones.

  • mayimsmom Melissa (@mayimsmom) reported

@bhaumik52 @vote4robgill @Rogers Okay, then once you have your services back, call and be polite to the underpaid Rogers rep you get on the phone and see what they can do for you. I guarantee kindness and patience will get you way further than the junk solution Rob is proposing.

@RogersHelps Wow this is the worst experience with an internet provider I have ever witnessed. Your just copying and pasting bs to everyone. No time lines, no info coming from Rogers. I work from home, requiring me to now not work at all. Better off changing providers just towork

  • whitewolf1423 jamie (@whitewolf1423) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers More than 2 days still not working properly. What about all the people that could not work what a joke from a joke of a company. Time to let other companies into the country.

  • sharpedgepicks sharp edge picks (@sharpedgepicks) reported

Most high school grads could have crafted @Rogers CEO apology and done as good a job. Standard BS. Monopoly/duopoly power sucks for the people!

  • Crichtonstreet delphine16@sympatico (@Crichtonstreet) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers I think a class action lawsuit should he launched. Th8s would be the approach I the USA. Roger's likely has liability for this. It is simply not the loss of service for one day but also the inconvenience and alternate measures individuals and businesses had to implement.

  • GenevieveCrabe Genevieve Crabe (@GenevieveCrabe) reported

Dear @RogersHelps Still no home Internet service, I’m in St. Thomas, Ontario. Guess I’m not part of the “vast majority”. 🫥

  • sdcctnj Dave (@sdcctnj) reported

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos This guy couldn’t fix squat. He is an executive. It’s the senior technicians that actually fix things.

  • dharboy18 dharboy (@dharboy18) reported

@Peterlizard @RogersHelps but, the servers went down because we did an update... you know how it is.
