    @RogersHelps Don't be patronizing to me, no it wasn't the end of the day nor was the issue with the chat box exclusive to me. We all know Rogers fired 12000 people and now whatever service is being offered is crap.

    @RogersHelps I tried below steps but no luck: Reset Network Settings (iPhone + all devices) Reset hotspot/APN settings(change to mobile.apn) Toggled Maximize Compatibility ON/OFF Change manual IP, proxy, many other DNS Removed all VPN profiles All DNS can not work normally

    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

    @RogersHelps It resolved itself last night while I was in the queue for support. It was the second time in the last few days the issue has cropped up, so I’m hoping it won’t be back.

    @RogersHelps No - despite talking to IT four times. Also, I have been told I must return old equipment and would be sent a return label 3 times but never received the return label despite having the correct email address - and yes, I have checked spam and junk
