@bpryde @RogersHelps That's great to hear.... I on the other hand have lost count on how times I've been let down by rogers. The problem is they are just as bad as everyone else... but not informing your customers as to what's happening and how long it will be is very frustrating

@RogersHelps @Rogers This is outrageous. The service interruption has not been intermittent. I have not had any cell service since waking up this morning. This is absolutely unacceptable, @Rogers... I do hope you have a plan in compensating your valued customers when you’ve recovered your services.

@Rogers @rogershelp @fido I have been an uninterrupted Rogers customer since 2002 (a few years ago switching to FIDO for cellular). I’ve left your company. I fully expect to be compensated for the lack of service caused by this outage.
