@Rogers @RogersHelps have the worst customer service out there. Two months trying to close an account. Everytime an employee says they put it through, they didn't and I still receive a bill. Unfuckingbelievable.

Frustrating.. Being a Customer for 3 years calling Several times to @RogersHelps . No Coordination in teams .. Not body know what happens but my bills Sitting Very High on Repeated miss billing . Suggestion: Never Upgrade phone when you in contract #frustrating #needsupport

@globalnews Along with all necessary work, I hope Canada and it’s government will work on the major internet/tv/cable providers (so @Bell & @Rogers) to reduce the service fees. It’s super expensive but not greatest service. We need internet but the fee is so expensive.

@Rogers When we ask when we are getting something better, the answer is always vague. Soon. Yeah, I'll be dead before @Rogers voluntarily improves rural internet. It will never, never, never, never happen. They will take my $$$$$$$$$$$ and give me crap. That's how capitalism works.
