    @RogersHelps called @Rogers for help. (Ya it’s funny). They rebooted modem. Pods don’t work. They asked me to try again. Pods don’t work. ANOTHER technician now booked because the first one that was completely incompetent left us stranded. 30 minutes on hold for customer loyalty

    @RogersHelps 3 services from a 20+ year customer that is now gone. Teach your staff some phone etiquette. You’d have my money for another 10 if you could do that.

    @RogersHelps hi folks outage in Tillsonburg (N4G 0H1) area?? Cannot connect to wifi even after rebooting ignite modem multiple times and even LTE spotty, can't access Rogers outage info. Thanks!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers is down in the Port Credit area. Seem to go out daily now at random hours of the day. When u call them, they r not aware of any issues. They don’t have a clue of anything. Meanwhile I work from home! The most unreliable service ever. Looking into @Bell
