    @RogersHelps What’s the number for emergency repair or an escalation department obviously reporting it over and over and over to tech-support still hasn’t gotten anyone out there to fix it.

    @RogersHelps I can’t. It’s too complicated to write out as it’s a continuation of previously reported problems. It’s now been 90min. Which seems really long for this time of night. Should I assume I’m in a glitch and try again tomorrow?

    @Rogers Appropriate Credit For the Lack Of Service! please NOTE: i did waste time over the PHONE with YOUR customer service department who did NOTHING but REset the Mdem and Obviously that did NOT HELP! so what are YOU going to do about it?

    @RogersHelps I’m trying to reach internet tech support. Usually I’m offered a call back. Wasn’t this time. So I’m on 100+ min later. Even the call backs weren’t this long... which makes me think I’m caught in a nothing...

    @Rogers phone service is NOT so good. when you are talking to people on the landline phone, you get a chalky, staticky type of service where the voices go in and out. it is very strange and this Started near the End Of May 2021! Yes, this is Continuing, especially after 10:00 p.m. at
