@RogersHelps It's not intermittent. There is no cell/text service available. At least I have Bell Fibe Internet so my whatsapp works. You guys are a disaster. And my cell bill was wrong AGAIN!!#rogersoutage

Seeing bad CS response from @Rogers is kind of funny. Can imagine the poor workers unable to express or respond to the situation clearly, being handed down approved automated-like responses to spam mad customers with. Bet hardly any customers get any compensation. #rogersoutrage

@RogersHelps @Rogers Everyone be sure to call or direct message Rogers about this "intermittent service interruption that some customers are experiencing" to get some form of credit for this major outage. We pay top dollar (out the a$$ really!) for wireless and data services through them. Ridiculous.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Another reason it's dangerous for a telecom monopoly to exist. People can't even get access to life saving drugs and emergency contacts. This should be declared a national state of emergency and Rogers should be held legally accountable for every death or injury that occurs today
