    @p_khunger @RogersHelps i hate to be a jackass but depending on your device you should be around 200-300 download, its a shared speed, so 3 equally powerful devices getting 300mbps, or 5 laptops getting about 200mbps each, yes 18 is bad, mine was 30 paying for 500.

    @Rogers is a joke. Would rather someone who pays $200+/monthly switch to Bell than resolve a simple customer service issue that happened BEFORE their stint on Friday. 0 retention. 0 customer service. The rep I’ve been on the phone with for over 90 minutes did NOTHING to help me

    @cooper_kunz Cornwall Ontario Canada last Friday It was a natuon wide outage of the largest provider in Canada @Rogers Not only was it internet it affected POS systems, certain banks, emergency services. Perfect example of why the world needs to be on decentralized systems. @leemonbaird

    @RogersHelps No offense, but 5 days is crap. I missed work because of this too. Plus my TV is still acting up. Try again, you can do better than that.
