I’m sorry, Marina. Welcome to Canada. @RogersHelps is the worst (except maybe next to @AirCanada)

@RogersHelps I haven’t had service since 10pm last night and when I call Rogers, the Ai just says you guys are busy and to call back later. What kind of crap is this ?

@RogersHelps The explanation is a lie. My service continues to get worse. Drove the Trans Canada Highway from Falcon Lake to Winnipeg, lost service dozens of times. Yet you continue to charge more. How is this even remotely acceptable?

Hey @Rogers, I get a call from your people almost literally every day. Without fail. I’ve tried asking them to take me off their list but they don’t care. I can tell you that you can offer me free services and I wouldn’t sign up with you ******* just for the way you harass me.

@RogersHelps when is the service coming back to Livingstone Ave M6E2L7. Since yesterday and the timeline keeps changing.

The best part of a @Rogers customer service representative calling me to ask about my service was when I was in ND where the cell reception is the worst and having them hang up on me…

  • iCruiseify
    Donna (@iCruiseify) reported

@RogersHelps Internet service has been on & off, mostly off all day in Dorchester, ON #stilloff

@RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I guess we've lowered our standards for good customer service after waiting the length of time you did. That's unacceptable.

  • TheRobertRock
    Rob Rock (@TheRobertRock) reported

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because we want cheap prices And because of stupid economic practices we've raised the minimum wage too high to sustain entry level positions like call centers. If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy
