SensSteadySteve (@SensSteadySteve) reported@netflix on @Rogers .. had to take as part of my package ..so many commercials itโs becoming unwatchable . This is a complete miss by Rogers. Donโt tell me to upgrade , I already pay for another 50 + channels Iโve never watched.

WoodsWhisperer (@WoodsW) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I see these tweets and it makes me feel sooo warm and fuzzy that I cancelled everything I had with Rogers 3years ago. I went from a gouging $200/mth rogers contract to a $40/cell phone and $200/yr TV service. Just calculate those savings! You can do it too!!

Berniceness - ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ (@Berniceness) reportedHey @Rogers why am I talking to a dude in the Philippines when Canadians can't find jobs??? Yet, you sure like to gouge us with fees for subpar service and then rob from us with extra billings if one doesn't look at their statement.

He responded on more than one occasion โ YES NO PROBLEMโ Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. โSorry 2cu goโ

BlindLiberalism (@BlindLiberalism) reported@RogersHelps i was advised by the account to send a private dm but Iโve only received an automated response. Can a human agent please help?

Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom
