Once again, @Rogers ignite gateway is down. This happens pretty much every month! Awful service... @RogersHelps please resolve this issue

@RogersBiz Funny thing is, I had THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS two years and three months ago when I tried upgrading the phone. Finally got it resolved, now I ma trying to upgrade that phone, and it is all happenings again.

@Rogers kind of ridiculous to pay for device protection that you can't use because the insurance company @Rogers uses can't get their **** together. I hate bell but they're looking pretty good right now. 😡🤬

@Rogers Yeah. No kidding. Thanks for nothing. Your service sucks. Blackouts were once used to ensure that tickets were bought up before the game would be broadcast locally. Now YOU use blackouts as a tool to force consumers to buy premium 1/2

Every time I am on the phone with a Call Center Rep located in #CapeBreton, I end the call happy and feeling like I was delivered #excellentcustomerservice. @BestBuyCanada @rogers you guys should be using this area as your example of how to treat customers #eastcoastkindness

on top of that we have to pay $40 a phone for the preorder on a phone that came out on the 5th of Feb that we still don't have in our hands on the 8th of Feb.... NEVER EVER EVER buy anything from @RogersHelps never ever EVER preorder anything. We hadn't planned

@RogersHelps insanely slow wifi, paying 160$ a month just for 1gigabit down and 30 up is literally robbery. You guys should be charged with a felony for all those customers you’ve ripped off. Especially during these times when everyone is working at home studying at home. (1/2)
