Now I’m pissed. @Rogers didn’t move their customer service to peoples homes so there are not enough reps to help. I want to change my home monitoring package & have been on the phone waiting for help for over an hour every day. I have a life. And they don’t give a ****. 🤬

@StephenPunwasi @Rogers @BellMediaPR I'd switch to literally anyone if anyone else offered service where I live.

@RogersHelps if a technician is going to be disconnecting the internet feeds into houses in a neighbourhood for whatever reason. A quick notification or something would work best, not just cutting the feed and leaving people to wonder wtf is going on. #Rogers #internet #KW

Hi @Rogers, my husband has been on hold nearly 2 hours to find out why you cut our cable and internet service. Any way to speed this up?

@howllr @Rogers I was going to invest some money but now I'm moving my RRSP from them. It was bad before the pandemic but has gone from bad to a nightmare. They're taking advantage of the pandemic to make shitloads of extra money.

@Rogers ...Then you get connected to person, they have you fill in ANOTHER form to ID yourself (despite 2 sign ins) then schedule a call where the tech doesn’t do what they told you he would after 2 days of problems. Sound about right?
