    @RogersHelps Thanks for getting back! I was told earlier in the day that I could not cancel since Roger is experiencing issues with it's internal systems and to come back in a couple of hours. Chatting with the customer agents later on, I am now being told to come back tomorrow.

    @RogersHelps So I'm just trying to cancel my Rogers internet service, but I keep getting told by every agent that they can't cancel for me right now, what gives?
