@RogersHelps @Rogers Wow, five whole days? I doubt you will ever be able to restore our confidence. You lost my confidence during the April 2021 outage, which was also attributed to an upgrade gone wrong.

@RogersHelps Service is still noticeably worse than before the outage

@RogersHelps OK Rogers help! I'm going to try my question one more time. My home services were down for 5 consecutive days. Given that you are crediting customers for 5 days regardless of the down period, do you think that it's fair compensation for me?

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps I saw that - but strangely there is no official email communication from the company about it. Not everyone is on Twitter. Getting out ahead of issues is something they need to actually get better at.

@RogersHelps It’s been days since service restored and my net is still broken as hell. Swapped to bell today and will never come back.

@RogersHelps That would be still not enough. Not enough for those who had to stress out to go to office since there was no internet, for those who vouched on emergency services and faced challenges. All subjected to just 5 days of service. It should be 3 months of free service at least.

@RogersHelps When are you going to fix ignite TV. Mine still is freezing and or no sound. Done all the tricks of unplugging and restarting. This is getting ridiculous and then have to wait and take time off for a tech. Very effen annoying
